Sorry for the short posts and just bbeing absent. Long stories but I still love to check on the Gorgeous dragons here. Here are a few that i have gotten and hatched, :

So happy! Thanks to Ashaine and her friend's generosity, I traded for this handsome brute!

I love his colors (though apparently his previous owner didn't, haha...) but I'm a little stumped as to where to go with genes. Poi/tox and skink/spin have weird orangey highlights that I don't care for, so I figured I'd go for the 'naturalistic' route. I'd also prefer glimmer for a tert BUT gems are tight so I chose an alternative. Not sure which of these is better tho. Thoughts?

Tarn: Wow, I really like how Mistmoore scattered. The Nightsky Silks are a pretty combination with his glimmer.
Bowno: That's a handsome Bog. I think his water eyes go great with his colors.
Syleye: The little Bog is really cute, and I think the Maize tert is going to look very nice when she's all gened up.
Nef: I'm a fan of the sparkly-ness glimmer on her
Peridot: WOW, I really like Moonclaw, he's so colorful! And Pride is lovely with her pastel cotton-candy look.
Nachtwulf: I quite like those colors too :O He does look rather nice with spines, Bogs are one of those few breeds I think they look good on. Are both of those pictures supposed to be the same gene preview though? They're showing up that way to me.
Dewclaw: A very pretty imp! (Her apparel just made me realize how "wing" apparel for dragons always sits on the underside of the wing. I've never fully realized that before xD Despite all the imps I've seen wearing feathers and such)
And of course, a number of beautiful hatchlings from everyone!

A brief post, to show off my new (and first!) Bogsneak. Thank you again, Vare! This girl was born back on my birthday, the daughter of my birthday ID dragon Laurel. Better yet, she was born on my "golden" birthday (24 on the 24th!), so I felt she deserved some kind of special treatment.

The eventual plan is to get her Poi/Tox/Glimmer, but that's probably a ways off still.

These unsold guys grew up. Man, if I ever get my hands on a bog scroll, I gotta change the noodle in this pair. Their babies are BEAUTIFUL but because they aren't the New Hotness... they never sell, qq qq qq...




Edit: also got the first gene for this guy. Went with Runes instead of Spines... and because of his outfit you can barely see it but so it goes. Hoping to get one more gene before Plague loses dom. (And the two files I linked above should've been Vipera and Daub as options for primaries.)

It's the husband and I's 9th anniversary today! So I'm just popping in real quick to squee at all the gorgeous dragons and plop down a few of our own.

I bought the hubby a bog egg to hatch on our anniversary and this odd little guy popped out. Funny enough, he's the same colors as my high school. Purple x Gold. I also bought him this imp boy which he named Paladine.



The husband also surprised me early yesterday with this boy I'd been extremely hesitant on buying since the owner was such a jerk. I do love the little bog boy though. ♥

Also, over in the family wind lair, Corvus x Raven hatched a pair of beautiful corvid skydancers. Both girls. I believe Makoes gets first dibs for being on their pinglist. Also, these three beauties grew up.



Over in the family fire lair, two little poi/tox/glim springy spirals were born. Both boys.
