Fury of the Twilight Clan
Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Burning Steppes
"I tried draconic, tried some orcish. I'm not exactly the best at it though, so you may have better luck than I will. It may still be the best option to prevent all this misery."

Glix nodded at Kozri. "Hello," She offered to the dragon, switching to Orcish. She watched it expectantly, waiting to see how it would respond. "We're nice, we're not going to hurt you." Probably, she added silently.

Myri got up and stood a little to the left and behind of Glix, ready to pull the goblin out of harms way if she had to.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
The black drake stared at Glix, russling his wings. He looked aroudn warily, unfurling his wings a little in case they attacked him.
"Hurt." He croaked out, voice cracked from disuse and thick with a Blackrock accent. Last time he spoke, he had been beaten until he couldn't stand. He did not want that to happen again.

Glix brightened. "I can understand him!" She said excitedly. "He said 'hurt'. Think we can help him out?" She winced at the raw spots on the young drake's body before switching back to Orcish. "We can help you," She told the dragon cautiously, noting his tense stance.

"I think that is more of a job for Willowe, though I can use my Gift to start. What do you think?" The hunter asked Kozri.
Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Burning Steppes
"I still think it's a bad idea. If we do fix him up, he'll be dead within days anyways, or return to the orcs and start the process all over again. Still, I hate to see a dragon die. If Willowe wants to put in the effort, then fine." Kozri said, moving away from the dragon to give the others space.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Willowe--Burning Steppes
Willowe had faded to the shadows when the group approached Burning Steppes, severely disliking that she couldn't feel nature's presence coming from within. She lashed her tail angrily as she watched the others pass by her, upset with her weakness.
Quite some time passed as Willowe fought with her inner demons about going into the nature forsaken lands. Finally summoning up the courage, she came out of the shadows and began bolting headlong through the lands, following the footprints of the others, skidding to a halt when she saw the remains of the battle. She cursed at herself for not having the courage to follow them in the first place.
The worgen ran to the middle of the group, shifting into her worgen form and apologizing profusely. She then calmed herself and began singing, raising her arms in the air to channel what healing energies she could from the lands around them for the entire group ((tranquility)).
Indigosa--Elwynn
Getting worried about how long Zaruuk had been gone, Indi panicked when she saw the arcane energy blasted into the air. She immediately dove out of the tree, and began running through the forest trying to find Zaruuk. She ran headlong into the mage, letting out an "oof" as she fell to the ground. She looked up and exclaimed, "What happened?!"

Kozri
Burning Steppes
Kozri tried hard, really hard, not to give a delighted whimper, but the sudden relief from the pain was amazing. He relaxed a bit as the pain and exhaustion faded some, watching the black dragon carefully to see what it would do.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Karzix stood by Glix, watching the dragon warily and drumming his fingers against his arms. He silently agreed with Kozri, wanting nothing more than to just get out of the Burning Steppes. Healing some dragon that would end up dead anyway was pointless and was making them stay longer. He shifted his weight impatiently, then flicked his ears up as Willowe rushed in. He breathed a sigh of relief as the throbbing pain in his shoulder subsided and the cuts on his arms knit themselves shut.
Glix gave Willowe a grateful smile, putting the weight back on her shot leg as the pain eased. She returned to watching the dragon.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
"Hurt?" The dragon croaked again, straightening up a little. They weren't punishing him?
He turned to look at Willowe as she stated her healing. Curiously, he poked the worgen in her back with the tip of his snout.
~
Zaruuk - Elwynn
The mage bit back a curse as pain flared into his system at the impact, stumbling back into a tree. He offerend Indi a hand up, his other arm still clutching at his chest.
"Decay up ahead." He grunted. Damn, it hurt to breathe. "Attacked by cultists. Faron, a mage, a warrior and some shadowy troll monstrosity."

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Indi accepted his hand and frowned as she stood up, pulling herself away from the mage. "You mean to tell me that after that huge lecture you gave me about not wanting me to find the camp alone, you went ahead and did it anyway under the false pretense of going to take a bath? By Malygos' soul, I was at least up front and honest with you about my plan." The death knight nearly felt sick to her stomach, finding it hard to believe that the mage would have done that to her.
Anger filled her as she didn't know what else to do or say. "I assume you telling me this means you expect me to go help her?" She stalked off in the direction Zaruuk had come from, following his footprints.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
"I was." Zaruuk snarled. Was she really chewing him out while her friend was being attacked?! With a grunt, he stood up and wobbled off, following after her. "I heard something as I went looking for a source of water. I went to investigate and saw your friend being attacked by insane cultists. I tried to help. Why are you arguing about this now?! Kill me after this if you wish, Decay needs help. I'm sorry if I thought you would care."

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myri sighed with relief as Willowe's heal took away the pain in her hoof. She unwrapped the bandage around it, to find that the injury was healed. All she needed now was for her hoof to grow out, but she wasn't sure if Willowe had the ability to accelerate that kind of growth. The hunter decided to let it go. She'd just have to be lopsided for a bit that was all. "Thank you" she said to the worgen.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
The death knight shot him an icy glare over her shoulder. "I do care about Decay, hence me going after her. That doesn't make me any less upset that instead of coming to find me in the first place, you left me sitting in a tree thinking you were taking a bath."
She slowed down her speed as she approached the camp, hoping to find a cultist to redirect her rage on. She peered through the bushes, gasping slightly as she saw a green cat druid that looked like Azu and was originally her entire purpose for heading this way. With Decay apparently endangered, she had no time to have her spirit try to convince Azu to come back, not that she was sure it would work now anyway. She would have to open her mental link to Koz later and tell him.
Not seeing a lot of movement nearby and feeling impatient, Indi purged the air of heat around her, running toward Tirrae. As she reached the warp stalker, she let out the cold in a burst, attempting to freeze both beasts. She then glanced around, noticing a cage with a mage and Saturo near it. Smiling in satisfaction, she dashed up to them, using the hand not gripped on Bloodletter to whip up a wind at them. As she did so, a layer of ice began to cover her armor and weapon.
Willowe--Burning Steppes
As Willowe's channel ended, she infused Kozri with a little bloom of life, empowering it to its fullest and chanting rejuvenating energy for the others ((Lifebloom and Rejuvenation)). She nodded at Myri.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Magna smiled as his pain was removed, "Thanks."
He approached Myri, "Need help with walking on that?" he asked, pointing to the hoof.
Arbennig tilted his heads at Shattertooth and gave a friendly grumble to the dragon.
Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Burning Steppes
Kozri grinned, standing up and feeling a lot better. "Thanks," He said. He watched the black dragon, watching to see what it would do now that it was starting to be healed. He was ready to attack if it got overconfident, but he doubted it.

Azunara
Elwynn
Azunara snarled furiously, dropping low to the ground to try and dodge the blast. She leaped up, sluggish and chilled from the cold. She growled, shaking herself and summoning a thorny root to try and lash out at Indi.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
"I think I am ok for now." she told the orc with a smile. "You will be the first to know if I need it though." The draenei turned to Kozri "Do we keep going or would you rather stop for the night? I think we should keep going, once we figure out what to do with him." she nodded towards the black drake.
Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Burning Steppes
"I agree, we should get going. I don't like to think about what would happen if the orcs decided to regroup and come for us again." Kozri said, then looked back at the black dragon. "Hey, Glix? Can you ask him his name? Tell him I'm Kozridormu, if that'll help. I'd it myself, but I'd probably confuse him."
