Azunara and Kozri

"I'd like to see you try," Azunara grinned wickedly. Kozri smirked, "Just remember just because you can't see them doesn't mean they can't see you, Azu. Remember that Cultist in Icecrown? Yeah."

Rosaliah and Indigosa--Field

Rose giggled and chanted more healing words for Tyrant. She wondered if Azu was as young as she was.

Indi suddenly remembered her dream and looked sheepish. "We may or may not end up getting another visitor," she said quietly, not real sure why she was telling the others.

[Azunara]

Azunara and Kozri
WPL

The druid cackled, and then glanced at Indi. "More people is always good," She said cheerfully.

Indigosa and Lahzuli--Field

Indi gave a weak smile. "I imagine we'll be seeing a new worgen friend soon then," she said.

Lahzuli lifted her head. Another worgen? This could be interesting.

Kethtaz--Stormwind

From studying Indi in her dreams, Kethtaz had a fair idea of where she and the others would be at. He wished he were a healer so he could brush off the pain he could tell she was trying to hide. Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, Kethtaz mounted his skeletal gryphon and began flying towards the Plaguelands.

Azunara and Kozri
WPL

Kozri looked around. They weren't in shape for traveling, and injured and tired as he was, he wouldn't be able to fly far. So they were staying awhile. He leaned against the building Rose had been on, making himself more or less comfortable.

Azunara pricked her ears, precautionary, listening for the new worgen or Faron or the mage. "Still clear," She said, getting up and shifting her weight from paw to paw. Already she was bored. She scowled irritably, huffing. Stupid lightning wolf not showing up.

Faron, Western Plaguelands

Faron snarled irritably. The healing was taking too long. Using only his working legs, he got to his paws, only just touching his other paw to the ground. Still he had to lean heavily on the troll. He loved having the troll around; it was his own personal healer, combat companion, and now, crutch. He needed it - only brushing the ground with his paw hurt like it was being run over by a pack of rabid kodo. Worry kept him up, though. Rose wasn't coming. Had something gone wrong?

He began moving very slowly forward, wincing and/or whimpering whenever his paw shifted his leg by bumping into anything larger than a pebble. As it turned out, though, he was soon able to smell the farm. He stopped his approach, sitting and raising his nose to the air. He could smell rotted lizard roast, and fresh lizard roast - the death knight and the dragon. Also cats, so the two druids... and death overall, the other death knight... Fel, the whole group was there.

Two new scents floated to him as well. The corrupted scent of the gnome Saturo, and the beast-bathed scent of Rose. A growl built in his throat. She had been captured, he knew it. He couldn't hear battle anymore. Fel, fel, fel... He couldn't just sit around and let them interrogate her or whatever they ended up doing, but what good was he with three legs? He wouldn't be able to avoid attacks. Whimpering more, he leaned against a tree, staring towards the farm.

((Feel free to have one of the Druids or someone with a sharp nose sniff him out, if you think they would.))

Lahzuli--WPL

Lahzuli stood up, catching a scent on the breeze. It was something she had never smelt before. Julianne, she said, I think there's someone approaching.

"We've got company incoming guys," Julianne reported to the group.

Rosaliah--WPL

When Rose heard Julianne mention that someone was coming, Rose began to look nervous. What if it was Faron? She respected the wolf and wished no ill will upon him, but she had also made a vow not to attack the people who had her captured.

She gently moved Tyrant's head out of her lap and stood up, debating on whether or not she could get away with seeing who was approaching. Giving a pained glance to Tyrant, she attempted to disappear into the brush.

((*impatient poke* Sorry, I'm bored. XD
Getting to work on the short stories with our characters that I promised.))

((Heh, I don't think anyone is online. xD I know I'm going to bed at the moment... Be on tomorrow though. Yay for being able to post!))

Faron, Western Plaguelands

Faron continued sniffing the air, trying to distinguish any scents that could help him. The undead scent was older, and he had a feeling she had fled. He growled, shifting his weight, then grimaced and shifted his weight back. Ow.

He instructed Vallrok to fade into the background and he began to slowly creep forward, looking for a tree that would give him insight as to what was going on at the farm. Luckily, as a hunter, he could harness the beastly power he was attuned to and take on certain aspects of them. One of them was the eagle, letting him see far distances. Hopefully he'd be able to see what was going on, and how Rose was faring.

Rosaliah--WPL

After sneaking into the brush, Rose began sneaking away, heading in the direction she had guessed Faron's wyvern would have crashed. After years of studying tracking, she hoped she was right. She hoped the others wouldn't go after her; she planned on going back as soon as she warned Faron to get away.

"Faron?" she began whispering. "Faron? Are you there?"

[Saturo]

Saturo - Field

Saturo set after the ranger, trying her best to be stealthy. Decay sighed, and sat down.

[Lupis]

Faron and Vallrok, Western Plaguelands

Faron could smell Rose approaching, and he could also smell Saturo. That was bad. He turned, trying his best to get away from the area. In the meanwhile, he put Vallrok in position, the troll drawing his crossbow. Through the troll's eyes he could see Rose, and he called out softly. "Rose! I think you're being followed..."
The wolf scowled, then grimaced again as a spike of pain shot up his leg. Stupid gnomes. Stupid adventurers. Stupid wyvern.

[Azunara]

Azunara and Kozri
WPL

Azunara pricked her ears, smelling out Faron. Oh boy! Excitement! She looked at the others, tilting her head. Well. It couldn't hurt to check it out, could it? She could already tell Kozri was going to yell at her for going off...but it wasn't her fault everything was so boring. Slipping into the shadows, she went after the scent, low to the ground. She hoped the scent of death and the devilsaur she had been close to and healed would hide her own.

Rosaliah--WPL

Son of a... Rose thought to herself. "Faron, get away from here," she said quietly before turning around back toward the big group. She had no desire to get caught out here by Saturo; the gnome would probably rip her to pieces. Shame, she had really wanted to talk to Faron and make sure he was okay.

Frustrated and torn, Rose made her best effort to blend completely into the shadows. The effect would be temporary, but hopefully it would last long enough to be out of Saturo's sight and allow her to check on Faron ((Camouflage)). She began creeping her way back toward where she had heard Faron's voice coming from.

[Lupis]

Faron and Vallrok, Western Plaguelands

The troll hesitated, then began slowly and quietly moving away from where Faron was, trying to lead Saturo away. In the meanwhile, Faron got to his feet, wincing. He hoped Rose wasn't angry at him for disappearing, but there was nothing he could do about that. What he could do was get the fel away before Saturo decided to ambush him. It was slow going, though, and he had no doubt that she'd be able to catch up if she saw him.

Rosaliah--WPL

Rose's camouflage wore off and she ran towards the wolf, face lighting up when she saw the electric blue fur. "Faron!" she exclaimed happily, running up to the wolf and dropping to her knees and hugging him.

Faron, Western Plaguelands

Faron grinned at Rose, exceedingly relieved to see that she was okay. He shifted his lame leg so it wasn't crushed by her hug, involuntarily wagging his tail happily. He was voiceless without the troll nearby, but he figured body language would work well enough. Everyone recognized when a dog was happy.
The troll curved around to move towards Faron and Rose.

Luare, Western Plaguelands

Luare frowned as Saturo, the huntress and Azu disappeared off somewhere. She managed to keep herself from following, but she still itched with curiosity.

[Saturo]

Saturo - WPL

Saturo had lost track of both the wolf and Rose, when she heard the ranger exclaim at seeing the wolf. Running towards the sound, she came upon both of them.
"Faron!" she exclaimed, running up to the wolf.

Rosaliah--WPL

Rose's face fell as she saw and heard Saturo. "Fel!" She didn't have anything with her; her bow and gun were both back at their camp. She wasn't sure whether any of her pets were around either.

Lahzuli, Indigosa, Julianne, and Alarial--WPL

Lahzuli let out a whine. Our prisoner, Saturo and Azu have gone missing, she told Julianne.

Julianne relayed the info to the others, "Guys, we've got a bit of a problem. That hunter, Saturo, and Azu have disappeared."

Indi groaned as she stood up, wobbling a bit on her feet. "Fel, who knows what that crazy gnome is going to do. We need to find them." As Indi took a step forward, she stumbled and fell forward, her breathing going short as pain wracked through her.

[Lupis]

Faron, Western Plaguelands

Faron froze, then stood upright, still leaning on his better front leg. He snarled at Saturo, lightning beginning to jump over his fur. Great. They were sitting ducks. The best thing he could think of would be to have Rose run and... zap the gnome until he died, he supposed. Running away himself wasn't going to happen.
The troll drew his crossbow, ready for anything. Probably.
Because his full attention was on Saturo, he didn't notice Azu's scent.
