Indigosa--Light's Hope Chapel

"Fel!" Indi muttered as she ran out from under the protective barriers. She immediately set to boiling the ground around her ((death and decay)) and summoned a bolt of shadow, pulling one of the liches to her while tossing a strangulate on the other.
((I'm assuming the liches are what we're supposed to be going after anyway. XD))

Rosaliah--Light's Hope Chapel

Tyrant growled and tried getting up but Rose put a hand on his shoulder, staying the great beast. He was healed but in no condition to fight and Rose had little to no time to try and figure out a strategy. The one death knight had already ran out from under the barriers. Thinking quickly, Rose pulled out a whistle and blew on it.

An ear piercing shriek sounded through the sky as a yellow chimaera came thundering out of the sky. Rose directed to where Indi had drawn in the liches and commanded the chimaera to attack. Frosty breath lit up the area around the death knight.

The druid quietly flitted along, slowly making her way to the gnome. She wasn't sure -what- she planned to do, but she did plan something. Maybe knock her out and drag her out of the fray...

[Saturo]

Decay - Light's Hope

((There's, uh, no liches yet. If Sat dies there'll be a lich, though.l)

Decay rushed after Indi, blasting the cultist with an icy wind.

((Sorry, I saw liches and assumed there were some. XD
My bad. We'll just assume that Indi is attempting to kill the plague carts then.

Faron, around Light's Hope Chapel

Faron smelled out Saturo before he saw her. He homed in on it, walking with authority and absolutely no aggression - as if he was supposed to be there. Hopefully the cultists wouldn't attack.
Hopefully his horrible, half-arsed plan would work. Of course it would, right? Because everything went his way. He snorted, but continued on. Well, hopefully it'd work, even if he didn't exactly want it too. He just needed her distracted from getting herself killed, and he could easily distract her. He hoped.

Azunara snarled, her senses weakened thanks to the occasional crash of plague barrel erupted, and the smell of death that was everywhere. She shook herself, frustrated, and picked out the gnome from the chaos. "Right...How do we save someone who wants to die?" She asked softly to herself.

Indi turned to Decay and said, "Ya know, I bet we could have made this easier on ourselves and just death gripped her to us."
She felt stupid that she hadn't thought of that before.

[Saturo]

Decay & Saturo - Light's Hope

Decay nodded to Indi and made a tugging motion towards the gnome, who was pulled off her feet towards the death knight. She was quick, however, managing to unsheath her sword and holding it up in a way so that she landed on Decay with both feet, piercing her with the sword. Decay gave up a quick screech as the blade went trough her, making a quick swing with her own weapons. The gnome however leapt off of her towards Indi, launching her full assortment of curses at the dragon-death knight.

Azunara blinked, whining. Wait, what? She scowled, trying to figure out where the gnome went. She glanced back at her allies, scowling as she saw the gnome. Right. She switched, darting towards her as best as she could, dodging plague and cultists and quietly cursing.

Faron, Light's Hope Chapel

Faron cursed as the scent suddenly grew farther. Bloody death knights! He turned, sprinting back towards the Chapel. "Saturo, wait! I've reconsidered," he had the troll announce. Hopefully that'd get her attention... Although he didn't look forward to the attention he'd get from the others.

Indigosa and Rosaliah--Light's Hope Chapel

"Son of a..." Indi muttered as the gnome launched an array of attacks at her. She brought her axe up to parry as best as she was able as well as muttering some quick words in Scourge. A green bubble formed around her, soaking some of the curses Saturo had put up ((Anti-Magic Shield)). Using the dead body of one of the wagon drivers, she summoned a ghoul to aid her.

Rose saw the gnome go flying to the death knights and Decay went down. She had the chimaera stop attacking and use its legs to grab onto Decay and pull the death knight back into the safety of the priests and paladins. She then ran over to Decay and began bandaging the death knight as best as she could while the chimaera kept guard.

The druid let out a roar, moving closer in. She didn't attack the gnome, glancing at Indi and waiting for an order to do so. There had to be a plan, right?

Decay - Light's Hope

Decay swore, pulling the gnome's sword out of her chest. She nodded a quick thank you to Rose, and ran back out again, charging at the gnome with the unholy sword. She knocked Saturo away from Indi, interrupting a cast in the meanwhile. Sat flew backwards, and launched a quick image into Indi's head, hoping to fill her with Fear. Decay threw the gnome's sword away, towards the cultists on the plague catapults, piercing one with the weapon. She picked her own ones back up, and rushed at the gnome again, launching a quick bolt of disease at her. ((Outbreak)) Saturo got hit by the bolt, and glared at the death knight, launching into a quick arcane spell. Decay felt the polymorph wash straight off of her, however, and grinned, still running at the gnome.

Indi's mind suddenly became filled with a vision of everyone around her dead or dying and she fell to her knees on the ground, rune axe falling from her hands and tears running down her face.

Rosaliah--Light's Hope Chapel

Rose pulled out her bow and quiver, redirecting the chimaera to try and help distract Saturo. The chimaera launched a bolt of slowing ice and lightning at the gnome ((Frost Breath)) which Rose followed with an arcane shot.

Faron snarled, his pelt gathering electricity. He turned to Saturo, directing a bolt of lightning at her. Vallrok stood a bit away, loading and readying his crossbow.

Azunara wasn't sure if they were supposed to kill the gnome or save her, so she fell back to what was safe, albeit exhausting and stressful. She shifted into her elven form, and began to heal Indi. The already near-dead foliage nearby died, and Azunara was pretty sure everything was doing pretty well.

She switched to heal Decay, and there was a sudden huge spike of energy. The druid whined. Oh no. Oh no. She didn't...She looked at Decay, who would've had a massive heal, then at the line of defenders. Sure enough, a paladin laid face down. A paladin she had killed.

The druid whined. This was why she hated healing. The balance always demanded life, and she couldn't control it. She shifted back into a feline form, shaking her head. Now was not the time to freak out. She had to help fight. She had to do something. She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath.

Decay - Light's Hope

Decay gasped as the sudden surge of healing energy burst trough her. She was oblivious to what had happened, however, and cheered Azu on. "Do that again!", she yelled as a shadowbolt hit her right in the face. She lunged after the gnome with an Obliterate, before remembering that they were SAVING her, not killing her. She stopped her attack, opting to instead freeze the gnome with Hungering Cold. The flash of ice solidified around the very angry gnome, and Decay sighed, turning to the others. "Okay, mission accomplished!", she said cheerfully as a barrel of plague exploded behind her, killing a few paladins.

Azunara looked from Decay, to the gnome. She winced when she heard the plague barrel crash, glancing at more corpses. Shakily, she asked, "What do we do with her now?"

Indi felt the surge of Azu's heal hit her and she gasped as the vision in her mind cleared. She quickly looked around, happy to see that everyone was alive and well.

Rose called her chimaera back, but kept bow and quiver ready, just in case. "What do we do now?" she called out, echoing Azu.

Distracted, the druid was now watching the defenses of the Chapel. She drooped a bit. There was a difference between killing mean people to help her friends and killing innocents. What if that made her just like the gnome? The ideas made her head hurt, and topped with Alarial gone and Decay planning to leave, she felt awful. She just wanted to go curl up somewhere and die. Or at least soak in her misery. Since both seemed out of the question, she just watched the bodies, whimpering.
