Vethrfolnir - Ravaged Blessing Camp

"I agree. Others may stumble upon this place, and I highly doubt their intentions would be as good as our own," Veth added, blinking when Solara suddenly went quiet. The Yveltal followed her gaze, and at the sight of the meteors, his eyes widened, all thoughts of calmness and composure flying out the proverbial window. "Damn it... Catharsis!!"

While it took every ounce of willpower to keep him from tearing off right then and there, it didn't stop him from kicking off into the air, where he remained there, hovering, his gaze trained upon nothing but the direction of the Tower, a low growl issuing forth from him. Damn it, why did he wait this damn long to mention his Champion?! She and the rest of the Pokemon back at the Tower were in trouble! If anyone dared to harm her...

'No, Veth, you need to calm down!' The Legendary shook his head, trying to refocus. He could not afford to get angry and allow his natural urge to destroy to take over! 'She can take care of herself, especially if she survived your brother for this long!'

Ghost Girl, Ladon - Ruined Blessing camp

"Splitting up sounds good to me--" Ghost paused mid-sentence, spotting the meteors in the distance. "Shit." She growled, wings flaring. "Come on, we gotta go back!"

Ladon tilted his head at the sight of the meteors, then looked back at the Wraitheons and the Legendaries. "Let us come with you! We can help if something's going on!" He said, tail swishing anxiously. The camp being destroyed had freaked him out, that was for sure.. But if these Pokemon were nice, and the whole event had happened to place the blame wrongly on them, then shouldn't he and Kalina help them?

Steve, Murkuro and Kaname - Outside Burned Tower

Steve hissed, the attack hitting his forehead. But the shaggy goat didn't even budge an inch, hooves digging into the ground. "Kaname if you'd please." He whispered, shaking his head to get the blood out of his eyes. Kaname nodded.

Pushing up off of Steve, she lifted into the air. Kaname took in a deep breath, letting herself calm down as best she could. Before summoning three orbs of blue light and firing them at the Primeape.

Kaname used Calm Mind!

Kaname used Psyshock!

Murkuro looked up into the sky, watching as rain began to fall. She made a noise but said nothing.

Burned Tower

The flames of the meteors were doused, causing them to be less effective. They put a few holes in the tower and landed on or near a few Pokemon. Peter turned his attention to Catharsis who seemed to be in a rage. Shit Peter thought as Catharsis disappeared from sight. Peter jumped and flapped his wing-like arms which pushed him up high above the tower. Even if she can hit me up here he thought as he soared above the chaos the damage will be minimal.

Solara, Kalina
Ruined Camp

The eevee delta frowned as her brother cried out. "We can't fly, Ladon. We'll only slow them down..."

Solara shrugged, crouching slightly, "Hop on my back, and make it quick. If we're all going, then let's go." Kalina looked at her brother with a shrug before scampering onto the wraitheon's back, peering out over the wings of Solara. Wow, she felt really tall now. She grinned down at her brother and Solara righted herself. "Try not to fall off. Ghost, if you can grab the other one?"

Kalina let out a yelp as Solara pushed off into the air, circling as she waited for the others to be ready to move. They'd deal with the bodies after, but there were living to protect now.

Blood sleep, Shadess- blessing camp graveyard

The two Darkrai took off after Sol, Shadess's eyes narrowed sharply. "I'll go on ahead." She said simply, then increased her speed signifigently, dashing forward with ease and speed.

Shadess used Quick attack!

Soon enough it was rather hard to see Shadess in the darkness, even her mane was like dappled moonlight as she propelled herself toward the tower. Blood sleep hoped that this fighting was some kind of false alarm, and that she could clean herself off soon. The blood and dirt caking her was sticky and uncomfortable. "Do we have any particular attack or defense plan?" She asked the Wraitheon.

[Senna-Umbreon]

Ghost Girl, Ladon - Ruined Blessing camp

"Oh right..." Ladon's face fell as his sister pointed out the obvious flaw in his suggestion.. At least until one of the Wraitheons offered a solution. The Eevee grinned widely, tail wagging excitedly at the thought of getting to fly on one of these big feathery Pokemon. Ghost couldn't help but chuckle a tiny bit at his enthusiasm as she bent down to let the Eevee scramble onto her back. "This is so cool!" He chirped, only to yelp in surprise as the Wraitheon took flight. "Heh, hold on tight, kid." The larger Pokemon said as she caught up to Solara. Turning her attention back to the direction of the Tower, her demeanor turned serious again. "Whoever decided it would be a good idea to launch an attack on our tower while we were gone..." She started with a growl, "Oh, they're gonna regret that decision, that's for sure."

[Falcon]

Vethrfolnir - Ravaged Blessing Camp --> Outside the Burned Tower

Though the Legendary had since by that point fallen silent, he waited until the others were ready to go before, with a flick of his tail, he was flying back towards the Tower. He wouldn't be able to tell who was affiliated with the Blessing and who wasn't, but either way, he mentally kept telling himself that he would need to hold back, that no more lives needed to be lost tonight, and he repeated it over and over until it became a mantra within his mind.

As Vethrfolnir drew closer and closer to the chaos, he caught sight of a white Grovyle hovering above the mass of battling Pokemon. He must've been the one to start this! The Yveltal's eyes narrowed, and he paused in his flight, his attention upon none other but the Reshiram-Blessed as the large avian's wings began to glow with bright blue energy. Veth gave a few sharp flaps of his wings, sending three pairs of glowing, serrated discs of energy streaking towards Peter. ((Surpriiiiiiise~))

Catharsis - Outside the Burned Tower

The kitsune snorted in derision when her strike just barely missed Peter as he jumped high into the air and began to... fly? What the hell?!

"Heh, typical assassin tactics," she snapped, tails writhing behind her. "I thought you could fight better than that! Especially since you're fleeing from a 'lowly ranger'!"

She leapt back when a nearby Scyther slashed at her, her pelt bristling as the sharp blade just barely missed her side, but she swept her gaze over the Bug-type for a few seconds. No, not Blessing, she didn't recognize him. Growling, she summoned a single purplish-blue fireball, before sending it hurtling towards the Scyther, in order to keep him busy rather than to hurt him.

The mantis cried out when the fireball struck him, eyes squeezing shut, this giving Catharsis enough time to blend into the nearby shadows, where she began to make her way towards the entrance of the Tower, where she knew that they would probably need her help.

Catharsis used Will-o-wisp!

Solara, Kalina
Camp/Tower

Solara easily flew ahead, circling before touching down near the Tower. She saw the riot and the mob boiling with hostility, but she had to make sure her passenger was off her back. Besides, Veth looked like he was covering their tails well enough. When she landed, she let Kalina slide off. The delta frowned at the sight of the fight, a bit alarmed. "Why are they doing this?" She asked quietly.

Solara shook her head. "I don't know. But they're threatening my city." She gathered her energy and fired it in a small pulse of light that hovered above them as a small sun, giving her strength, standing by the door of the Tower as she tried to process the combat.

Solara used Sunny Day!

[Senna-Umbreon]

Ghost Girl, Ladon, Phantom - The Burned Tower

Ghost trailed after Solara, following the other Wraitheon down. When she landed, she carefully let Ladon off, the green Eevee sliding off of her back, his fur fluffed out. He peered up at her, eyes wide. "That.. Was... AWESOME!" He all of a sudden chirped, grinning. The Wraitheon let out a snort, turning away, "Yeah, maybe if we make it through this, I'll let you ride on me again. Now you and your sister should stay back for now. Don't needlessly into combat just because you can." She paused, watching his face fall a little, "Honestly, you're both Eevees. Eevees are not known for being great in battle."

"But we're Deltas!" Ladon protested, "We're a lot better at fighting than normal Eevees! I mean, I'm a Dragon type!" He puffed out his chest proudly at this. Ghost merely sighed, "Yes, well, I was once a Delta Eevee too. I know what it's like to overestimate your power just because of a weird type that you have." She cracked a small grin at him, flaring her wings, "Just stay away from too much of the fighting, and just make sure they don't get too close to getting into the actual Tower, alright?" She paused, and when the Eevee nodded, she nodded as well, turning her gaze to the fighting. "Right then. I'll be in the air if you need me." She added, before taking off. Ladon gazed after her in awe. She was so cool! And she had been like him once? A tiny little Delta Eevee? He bounced up and down for a few moments, before he skittered over to his sister. "Kalina!"

Meanwhile, Ghost had flown above the chaos, narrowing her eyes at the mob. While the small artificial sun that Sol created bothered her slightly, the quickly encroaching darkness gave her far more strength than the small patch of light could take away from her. This was more like it. This was her element. Letting out a fearsome growl, her markings and feather glowed eerily in the darkness as she opened her mouth, quickly charging a small white sphere before releasing a blast of cold, silver-coloured energy at a Purugly that appeared to be trying to attack Phantom, the grey and white feline letting out a yowl of pain as the attack hit it.

Ghost Girl used Lunar Blast!

Phantom had been tangling with a few enemies, snarling and growling as he lit himself aflame to retaliat against a Nidoking.

Phantom used Flare Blitz!

The attack proved to be enough to cause the large Poison/Ground type to back off, with the other Pokemon that had been after him having stepped back as the large Fire type coated himself in flames. He grinned smugly, "Yeah, bad idea to swarm me. Try remembering that next time." He let out a laugh, only to pause as the Purugly from earlier darted towards him, only to fall with a yowl as a silver blast hit it. The Smoldereon blinked in confusion, looking up to spot a dark shape up in the air, which he managed to make out to be Ghost thanks for the faint light from both her markings and feathers, as well as the artificial sun nearby. "Heh, 'bout time you got your ass back here to help out, Ghost!" He called, the Wraitheon rolling her eyes at him with a snort, "What, were you getting your tails kicked without me?" She shot back, before turning and flying off to focus her attention on another part of the combat before her brother could reply.

((Also, two notes about moves here.. First, Lunar Burst is a silly made up move for Ghosty. cause Wraitheons get their own signature move each cause they're cool enough for that. aaaaand second, I find it somewhat funny how Flare Blitz used to be a really cool thing for Phantom to get when he became a Dusk-Evolved.. But now that Flareons ACTUALLY learn it, it.. doesn't seem as awesome. XD Ahaha sorry Phantom you will never be cool))

Peter
Burned Tower

Peter huffed at Catharsis' response. He wanted nothing more than to kill her, but that wasn't apart of his mission. Before Peter could begin his decent, a strong force stuck his back, causing him to to fall head first towards the Earth. I'm not high enough to be able to recover he thought, so he braced himself for impact. When he hit the ground, he stayed down for a moment or two before he staggered to his feet and looked at his attacker. "It's going to take more than that to… Wait, Loki? No, you can't be him." He squinted at the Yveltal and whispered, "You're obviously not Loki, but you remind me so much of him. Why is that?" Peter spat at the thought of Loki. Even though he was apart of The Blessing, Peter thought of him as nothing more than a self-centered brat.

Solara, Kalina, Rioters
The Burned Tower

Man, this nightfall was really making Solara squirm. Even with the small sun warming her feathers, she felt weak. She remained near the entrance, trying to pick out figures she recognized as friends. Ghost was in the sky, she could see Veth's shape high in the air. Venin had disappeared, but her mate was still around. Kalina and Ladon were behind her, she could hear them talk.

Kalina grinned at her brother slightly, "That was pretty fun, I have to admit. But we should be careful! This is a fight, not a game." She said, frowning slightly. Despite that, she was already peering from behind Solara, trying to watch the fight that was going on. Only to squeak in alarm as a beartic came roaring up the stairs of the tower, howling about how the occupants were monsters. Solara bared her teeth, lunging to meet the beartic, and Kalina skittered back to stand by her brother, fur puffed up in alarm. "Do you think they'll get into the Tower?" She whispered quietly.

Foresight, Shadess, Blood sleep-Burned tower

Blood sleep and Shadess quickly sized up the battle, the younger of the two darting in. She swooped and attacked a small group of the rioters, entrapping them in pitch black darkness until they fell asleep, although before that happened they screamed.

Blood sleep used Dark void!

Shadess wasn't that familiar with who lived here, but she reasoned that the ones who seemed like they wanted to hurt the people who WERE on her side what a good place to start. She dove at a Altaria and fired a blast of ice at it.

Shadess used ice beam!

The Altaria shrieked and weakly started to flee from the fight. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea. Others in the riot backed off, but a few then turned to attack her, a Quilava and Serperior. The two pokemon seemed to know each other, and tag teamed up against her. The Serperior lashed its tail and a pillar of plants attacked the Darkrai, and the Quilava then lit it on fire, the attack spreading around for a short distance.

Serperior used Grass pledge!
Quilava used Fire pledge!

Foresight was relieved when Sol and the others returned, and he darted back to the tower proper. he stood firmly in the doorway, crackling with electricity. There appeared to be two new pokemon. More refugees? They spoke like they were on his side, so he just blocked the doorway. Sol had been here a second ago, but it sounded like she was attacking something else. He carefully listened, then fired off a large shock at whatever Sol was fighting, not sending too powerful of an attack just in case he hit Sol instead.

Foresight used Thunder shock!

Vethrfolnir, Catharsis - The Burned Tower

"Do not refer to me by that name," Veth hissed, barely able to contain his anger before his eyes began to glow, his gaze boring intently into Peter's own. "And something tells me you were the cause of that pretty meteor shower my friends and I saw. We can't have that happening again, now can we?"

Vethrfolnir used Disable!

Still cloaked within the shadows, Catharsis swept her gaze over the battlefield. Phantom seemed to be holding his own pretty well, so he wouldn't need her help. It was when she saw a few rioters headed for Solara that Catharsis knew what she would do. The Ninetales owed her that much, after all. She set her sights upon the Beartic as Solara leapt for it, and at the same moment, the Yveltal-Blessed also lunged, allowing the shadows to slip from her as she lashed out, purplish-black energy glowing around her clawed forepaw as she aimed for the ice bear's back.

Catharis used Feint Attack!

Burned Tower

Peter groaned, "What a kill joy." He then jumped off the ground and soared towards the Legend, circling around the Yveltal when he reached him in a gliding fashion. "Now I'm curious, what is your relation to him? I, too, am not on good terms with said Pokemon, so, in a sense, we're not enemies."

Zack
Lost in a forest

Thunder roared and lightning cracked. Rain plummeted from the heavens as if something above Zack was crying over the death of the pure soul he had just extinguished. He looked up from the corpse that was before him and, in plain sight, there stood a Grovyle looking Pokemon with Reshiram features. "FATHER!?" The child screeched and ran to the Reshiram's side. "Father," the child cried, "Father, wake up." The Grovyle shook the Reshiram, and tears started to stream down his face as the body remained unresponsive. He then hugged the corpse, holding it tightly and soaking its fur with his tears. "Father…"
Zack stood there, watching the child. 'Father?' He backed away, and shook his head. 'No, this isn't what I wanted' he thought. Mortified by what he had done, Zack turned and ran into the woods. 'What have I done!?' A Gliscor appeared, gliding next to him. "Well done, my son."
Zack skidded to a stop and looked at the Gliscor, his eyes wide. "Father, what have I done!?"
The Gliscor grinned, "You have made a weapon, my dear boy."
Zack stumbled backwards, horrified. All he wanted was his father to love and accept him, and he had killed another's father in the process. He howled towards the sky and woke up with a jolt. Zack sighed. That night had been haunting him in his sleep ever since. He curled up into a ball and gritted his teeth while the memory continued to linger.

Ghost Girl, Ladon, Phantom, Rioters - The Burned Tower

Ghost let out a snarl as she watched the Quilava and Serperior attack Shadess, whipping up blades of wind to slash at the Grass type.

Ghost Girl used Air Slash!

A Froslass noticed the flying Umbreon-like creature, and let out an eery hiss, before whipping up a snowstorm.

Froslass used Blizzard!

The Wraitheon let out a screech as the icy and snow raked over her, frost beginning to build up on her wings, causing her to spiral down to the ground. She tried to break her fall slightly, but her wings locked up due to the cold, and she just crashed to the ground. The Froslass grinned in triumph as she grounded the mutant, only to let out a shriek as Phantom charged at her, his body cloaked in flames.

Phantom used Flare Blitz!

Ladon squeaked as well at the Beartic, ears pinned back. He inched away, then paused, peering out of the Tower. "Huh?" He froze as he watched a figure which appeared to be the feathered Umbreon-thing fall from the sky thanks to a Blizzard attack. He winced just at the sight of it, but as a giant red Flareon-thing crashed into the Froslass that had caused the attack, the Ice type shrieking due to the flames, Ladon perked up. He tried his best to see what was going on, the dark making it harder to see. However, the flames from the Flare Blitz had lit up the area, letting him spot a Seviper slinking towards the downed Wraitheon. Glancing at Kalina, he hissed, "Kalina, come on! One of those winged Pokemon is in danger!" before he launched himself out of the tower, barreling towards the snake. He caught it by surprise, whirling as he approached to slam his tail into it.

Ladon used Dragon Tail!

Foresight, Shadess, Blood sleep-Burned tower

Foresight jumped as something small ran past him out into the battle. It sounded like one of the new refugees that were behind him. "W-Wait! It's dangerous out there!" He winced and hoped they weren't a kid. They sounded like a kid though... there wasn't much he could do about it though, and just continued to be a rather ineffective barrier across the doorway.

Blood sleep had just put some of the rioters to a fitful sleep, when something jumped at her from behind, Slamming into her back and driving her to the ground. She rolled after she made impact, finally stopping on her back. A Hawlucha grinned down at her, but with the wind knocked out of her she had trouble moving for a minute.

Hawlucha used Diving press!

Shadess nodded gratefully to Ghost when she dealt with one of her attackers, then focused on the other, lashing at the Quilava with a hard punch, using the force from the impact to sap energy to heal herself.

Shadess used Drain punch!

The Serperior took a moment to recover from the hit, glaring. "Muthants and foolth!" The lispy snake then sprung at Ghost, trying to wrap around her body, twisting in two separate directions for maximum impact.

Serperior used Wring out!

Kalina, Solara, Rioters
Burned Tower

Kalina frowned as her brother tore off, but she didn't hesitate, gaining unnatural speed as she charged towards the serperior, fangs bared.

Kalina used Quick Attack!

Solara saw Ghost go down and howled in alarm, rushing after both deltas. As she left the light of the small sun she had summoned, she knew that it was about to get real ugly. Still, that serperior was going to tear Ghost apart if she didn't do something! Bracing herself, Solara leaped as well--only to have a garchomp barrel out of nowhere, easily tossing the wraitheon to the ground. Solara tried to get back on her paws, but the garchomp was already in her face again, lashing out with his razor sharp claws and leaving Solara no choice but to slink back. Dammit! Someone had to do something.

[Falcon]

Vethrfolnir, Catharsis - The Burned Tower

"Someone I need to bring down because he dared hurt someone dear to me, but aside from that, I will tell you nothing," The Yveltal growled, glaring as Peter dared come closer to him. Vethrfolnir held back from attacking, though, wondering just what this Champion was up to. "Give me one good reason why I should trust you, because, at the moment, you are sorely trying my patience."

Movement, along with a cry of pain drew Vethrfolnir's attention, and the Legendary winced when he saw Ghost go down. Then, he saw both of the little Eevees they had rescued from the ravaged camp, Solara after them, before she was overwhelmed by a Garchomp. Damn it, these were good Pokemon who didn't deserve this!

The Dark/Flying Legend chose to ignore Peter for now, keeping his sights upon that damned Garchomp before he folded his wings in and dove, a purplish-blue aura surrounding him as he did so. Incoming!

Vethrfolnir used Dragon Rush! ((Yveltal has the weirdest moveset I have ever seen.))

Catharsis snarled quietly, before she turned and dashed up the stairs and o the entrance of the Tower, barely halting in time to keep herself from careening head first into the barrier of light that was barring anyone entrance.

"Things are looking bad out there," she called, hoping someone inside would hear her. "We'll need to... We'll need to fall back and abandon the tower!"

She shrieked when she felt a set of claws rake along her left flank, and the Ninetales whirled about to come face to face with a Liepard. She wasted no time in lashing out with a clawed forepaw, purplish-black energy glowing around her paw as she raked her claws across the Liepard's face, her ears slicking back against her skull when the spotted feline screeched and reeled back, blood seeping from the wounds left on its face.

Catharsis used Payback!

Steve, Murkuro, Kaname, Rioters - Outside

The Primeape howled, being pushed back by the move. Before it could recover, it looked up to see Murkuro with her bone club raised. With a snarl, Murkuro smacked the ape with her club.

Murkuro used Bone Club!

Steve turned to see a ninetails warn those inside. He watched as she beat down a Liepard. A cranidos began rushing towards her, readying an attack.

"Oh no you don't!" He snarled, charging towards them. He tilted his head back, his horns glowing green. Steve lowered his head, blades of green rushing towards the Cranidos.

Steve used Leaf Blade!

The Cranidos screeched, falling to the ground.

Luci's heart dropped hearing Catharsis' words.

"Are you serious?" She asked. "What do we do about the wounded here?"
