Think Im going to be spending my spare time hunting down Sweet Tooth (Patranche) once I hit 90 now instead of leveling my professions lol.

I was just derping around with a tiger to see the new shiny model in beta, but they managed to sink their claws into me. Now it's just a matter of color...and I suspect Frost is that color.

What I'd like to see is some way to understand where tracks usually appear--or something. Because randomly walking around looking at the ground is going to make me dizzy and sick lmao. It's a super-cool idea, definitely, but is this something that is gonna be impossible to see/find at times? I guess I just have absolutely NOWHERE to start at all. I guess it'll take time before we know where things continually respawn? Ugh...

Looks like he just walks around the edge of the entire zone. -_- I was hoping I was joking when I said he might do that. (not the edge edge... I need to go to sleep xD)

Just curious, but what's becoming of Boglash since the new rare is gonna be the white fen strider? What's he being recolored as?

I have to agree with the people who said they hope that the spawn timers aren't too long. The Skarr/Karkin spawn timer of around 4-5 hours sounds good to me. Why? Because it's not a case of sitting about and waiting for something to spawn anymore. You actually have to hunt around and since NPC Scan won't be able to help you anymore, this could become beyond frustrating. I mean, sure, you know when the beast is up because you'll be finding some tracks. If there's no tracks, there's no rare. But you'll have every other hunter and their mothers on the same track as you. It'll still be hard. And no one likes to get stressed out when it comes to taming a new pet, of all things. Or I at least hope that there's a very small window they could spawn in, say, exactly 12-13 hours after the last tame.

And I think there was also a few people commenting on the colours. I agree that they don't feel as 'unique' as some of the past rares we've had, but I personally will let them off simply because there just happens to be a few colours there that I really wanted to tame and they just so happened to be colours that made it as rares. Total coincidence. So, for a change, you won't see me being negative about new tameables! xD I do kinda wish there was some new models for rares though, or at least some skins that stood out as being rare. For example, Skoll. He's not a unique model but you know he's rare.

I've been itching to see the pure white tiger skin in-game and now I finally have it, if I could only pick one of them all, Savage would be it.

Glimmer is a really charming colour but I think there's other colours I prefer. I'm not sure, I'll have to wait and see.

Patrannache is one of two of the crane colours I wanted, pink being first. So I'm sold on him.

Bloodtooth I think I'll be taming as well. I didn't click all too well with Terrorpene and I've been unsure of what new epic turtle colour I prefer, but this was one of the more likely options.

Rockhide will be nice to see but I'm not a big fan of the model since I'm rather picky about the pre-TBC stuff!

Bristlespine as well doesn't appeal to me much at all, none of the porcupines do. I just don't like the model is all, looks a bit 'off' to me.

Stompy is the one colour of goat I wanted, so sold. I was worried they weren't going to put it in-game. I'm happy now.

Hexapos is a really, really pretty colour but sadly these creatures don't click too well with me. ):

Portent... God damn you, new Madexx! I think my favourite might be the purple one, but only because it's my favourite colour. We'll have to see about this one in-game I think.

I have to admit though... Blizzard are slacking on their names. Savage? Bristlespine? STOMPY?! Oh god lol.

I'm willing to let this one go just because my main's first ever permanent pet (cat) was named Savage. XD I admit I literally screamed when I saw that name pop up here.

I'll probably only end up taming Hexapos on my main - while there are other very nice skins among these, they'd either be my second one of that family (big no-no) or I'm just not too fond of the family in general.

Found Hexapos again, this time I'm going to keep following him around to see where exactly he goes.

Edit: So far he's almost at the west coast, when I started following him at Kypari Vor. It indeed seems that he paths roughly around the zone.

Edit2: Or not, he just turned around and heads back to where he came from. XD He's now heading north on the path that was posted earlier, so it's all part of a single path. Will post the map when he turns around again.

*Edit, I started roaming around and I found sets of tracks 3 different times (i ended up losing the trace after spotting a few at a time)

Hee, Stompy is fighting with my want to tame a couple of the other goats! This is super cool, I'm glad to see there is still a dev passionate enough to do fun/silly/awesome things like this.

NGL This is making me wish we also had something I've wanted for a while....raising your own pet ala cloud serpent/raptor mount quests. You find a nest, fight off (NOT KILL) the guarding adult(s) and "steal" an egg. (you thief you) and raise it to be your companion. x:

(I MEAN COME ON THINK OF ALL THOSE RANDOM EMPTY HUGE NESTS THAT ARE EVERYWHERE!)
