I will probably be offline a while. Massive ice storm headed in tonight. They're calling for long lasting power outages. Last time we got a storm like this (and this one is worse I think) we had no power for a week. The key difference is last time we had a propane fireplace so we didn't freeze. We couldn't afford propane so all we have are space heaters. House temps are currently in the 40s with the heat we have on. If we lose power, with temps in the single digits, it's going to be dangerously cold. If anyone has any tips on staying warm other than blankets and layers, I'm all ears. Also, we are supposed to be out of the house by Feb 6th. We haven't found a place to go yet, housing is hard to come by in my area, and my lack of a working car further complicates things. For working a full time job, my life is a mess. I'll be online as long as I can, and return as quick as I can.
