Hmmmm, I don't really see how that is any different from eevee...it just has floof on its head.

It has a bigger tail. As I said before I was thinking it would be a bigger version of a Eevee...... and more fluffy.


The one you posted does not look that much differnt aswell just with differtn ears and tail.

Going to be interesting to see what other designs will be showing up in the next few months. I wonder what the story line will be for this one, which tree they will name the prof. after and who the bad guys are. Though personally I'd love a pokemon game where there is no bad syndicate and the focus is battling other trainers, and more random interactions with the same rival trainers over and over, watching character progression and such. Would be neat if they added more puzzles into it as well, I miss the unown puzzles, and tricky cave.

Serebii seems to be one of the leading sites for all things pokemon, I did like Marriland, but havent been to keen since the sites format changed. There's also the pokemon official site.

I dont have a WiiU, not even sure if I want one yet...I do hope that with this newest generation of pokemon they will again bring back a Pokemon Battle Revolution game. I have so much fun playing pokemon battles on my big screen

I don't know if I want a 3DS too XD my DS works fine I just think if they made like a MMO style game or something on the WiiU it would print money! The way this new Pokemon game looks like graphic wise would work. Not like a full MMO I don't think but with online stuff.

I think if they were going to make an MMO styled pokemon game, they would have done it by now...I am actually really surprised they never did, either for the PC or with the introduction of the Wii.

Yeah I mean it would print money and game companys love money! I know making the same thing over agian with new bits added in is a winning combo for Nintendo (It has worked so far with every main Pokemon game) and risks can make or ruin a company but one so big as Nintendo can do it with out it runing them. :/ Ah well. I might miss this game I don't really see the need in buying another DS. It's not like I have any of the B&W ones yet :lol:The first ones are still around $80! I can't affored that yet XD

Dang, the more I see Xerneas, the more and more i want October to come. I freakin love dear, and this one is Just AMAZING!!!!! So muich awesome artwork on DA, Makes me really want to try my hand at drawing him!!!! And I really really want one of those Xerneas clips for my avatar, but I can find one thats got a small enough file size T.T

You Know...I have been wanting to make my own Fakemons...
But I don't know where to start....

If you don't want to make an eevee evolution I think the best place to start is basically anything else. Pokemon are litiritally based off everything, theres no limits.
The only trick is that their usually based off any different things that make sense together, for example Raikou. Its based off a mythological creature known as Raijou which is said to take form of either a Tiger, Monkey or a wolf, its said that their 'wrapped' in lightning. Sometimes not all details of taken from the creature but some are, Raikou does look a lot like a tiger, but it sure isn't wrapped in lightning, it just has pointy stripes with a lightning tail and whiskers.
For some extra details theres a raincloud on its back, Its also based off a siberran tiger and a sabre-tooth tiger (The white ruff around its neck and longer teeth).

Even with all these 'bases' its not extremely detailed, so for advice I guess I would say focus on one subject and bit a few things to make details for
If you find it easier, you can always create preevolution or evolutions to help get a bit of a grip at first, its easier since you alreadly have an idea on what your going to make.
Some of my first fakemon were all eeveelutions to preexisting things
Im going to use my Lunelia for example.
Its a alternative Roselia evolution where it evolves at night instead of day. I used inspiration from a lot of things, including Moonflowers, The Moon, Banshees and Opera masks
