Lessee...

Vanilla: BRD (so FARKING LONG WHY people get lost, and I hate the constant roaring background noise AND wtf fire lava ugh). After that... WC (did it too often, way too long, people getting lost in the maze part, ESCORT)

BC: Shattered Halls. (Too hard, no one had the key/attunement, didn't like the look of the dungeon, boring (except for the ogre boss.)

Wrath: HoR (due to excessive fail), both Zul's (one was too long and had an annoying-as-crap final boss, the other had Moorabi and I have nightmares about that achievement and the number of times we had to run it.)

Cata: Heroic Deadmines. No question here. First, take an instance that's already too damn long (and difficult for most pugs) and then make it 50% LONGER AND MORE DIFFICULT. Ugh. Ugh ugh bleah gross jesus why. It's the only heroic I will -drop- out of. On top of that, as insult to injury, they didn't even put new-looking gear in it, so you're stuck with ugly/boring stuff that makes you look like you're Lv20 again. Who's idea was this?!

I'm levelling a priest through dungeons, so I will soon update a whole list of those, but right now, I hate Shadowfang Keep in any incarnation. Especially when I'm a caster/healer. Last time I levelled through it, I was a caster (warlock) and had to go right in mobs' faces, because the place is so cramped up and narrow. This time I'm a healer, and goddamn it, the tank is out of my LoS half the damn time. I understand why Blizzard liked this instance so much, because of work they put into it, but man, I don't think they took the effort to actually play it at appriopriate levels.

Shadowfang Keep is decent as a hunter or as a warrior tank, but I can see how much it would suck as a healer.

I am detesting more of the Cata instances than I'm liking, frankly, especially in Heroic; Stonecore is alright as reg but hell as heroic, for instance.

Shattered Halls was near impassible if you didnt have 3 dps that could all CC in some way. Those centurions or whomever were tough orcs.

I disliked the heroic Deadmines ending with Vanessa, WAY fricken too long. Seriously, just have the nightmare or whatever be one room right after you defeat Cookie. I don't like running ANOTHER instance over again just to kill one more annoying boss.

Funny about looking lvl 20 :)

Vanilla: Echoing everyone's BRD sentiments. I don't hate it, but it's still way too long even post nerf, so I don't like it either. My biggest issue is that they don't tell you which part of the instance you got a group for, so you can have tanks who signed up for Detention Block wind up getting Upper City and vice versa. Nothing like doing the entire damn instance and not getting your reward.

BC: Sethekk Halls. I hate arakkoa, I hate MC, I hate Anzu, and if I didn't get exposed to it enough while leveling I went back and ran it another 40 times for a vanity mount I never use but everyone wants.

Wrath: I liked a lot of the Wrath instances! What I didn't like was HoR mostly due to smashing into the corner and trying to DPS from there - I remember one tank who didn't stick us all back there, and I also remember the repeated attempted kickfest the healer tried to pull on him before she dropped in a huff. Also the Arthas gauntlet post-fix, where people still tried to huddle back against the wall and would die every time. I don't think that's the fault of the instance itself, though.

Cata: ZG ZG ZG ZG ZG ZG ZG ZG ZG. The first instance to bring me to tears, mostly because I didn't know the fights and was scared sh*tless over being fussed at for PvP gear. If he's still out there, I want to thank our endlessly patient healer for putting up with me breaking down and trying to quit after I mistakenly wiped us twice and drove into another pack of mobs while not paying attention. I got better thanks to your kind words and mad skills.

off the top o me head...

vanilla: wailing caverns. took forever, had a nice little mario bros jump (/fist pump), and before LFG tool was added, it was a big "nyahh nyaah" to any alliance players who might've wanted to run it.

bc: heroic sethekk halls. mind control, mind control and... more mind control! with a generous helping of nearby pats and groups for dessert. SO much fun. Oh yes and Anzu, for whom my RNG is permastuck in the "no mount for YOU" position (gotten countless 10% epic gem drops but zero 1.8% mount drops HELLO). :x

wotlk: oculus. whole group dies because one person who may well be great with his class nonetheless hasn't had time to learn how to use the dragon mounts. one of those ideas that sounds great in brainstorm sessions but rather hit or miss in reality.

cata: heroic SFK. claustrophobic spaces. RUNRUNRUNRUNRUNRUN*shoot*RUNRUNRUNRUNRUNRUN*shoot*REPEAT. Pallyboss that autowipes party if any DPS are less than great - yes you can skip him but still annoying. Etc.

I barely bother with dungeons any more, unless i can solo/faceroll it. Dont think I've done a single cata dungeon!

I hated Stockades back in vanilla. As horde it was of course a pain to get to with loads of corpseruns, but even as alliance it was a pretty pointless exercise with far too many fleeing mobs.

Gnomer was a damn maze.

My candidate from Cata: Lost City of the Tol'vir. Not because it's badly done or anything. I just get massive lag spikes in this dungeon. In no other, just there.
