A list of all beasts new in 4.3

I'll hold off on the crabs till I'm sure whether they're one ID with multiple colours (and hence would be a colour-changer if made tameable) or of they're all separate IDs. The wolves at least all appear to be the same colour and level, at least as far as I saw.
I was a bit disappointed in the beasts on the island, too. Since it's supposed to be a weird and mysterious place I kinda expected something a bit more unusual than two of the most generic beasts in the game

Yeah, I wish there were some more animals around as well. I'm secretly hoping some sort of rare might spawn in the underwater cave...it would be such a great location!

Yeah, but even the common ones are just so... mundane for the home island of the DMF I wasn't expecting all new, previously-unseen skins or anything, just a few of the weirder, creepier or less-used things.

I checked all the crabs and all colors are the same NPCID of 55475.

Actually, I only ever saw crabs in the 10-11 range, yet others are reporting them in the 40s. Can you confirm both the low and high level ones are the same ID?

It'd also be good to pin down the level range of the higher level crabs.

I guess I'll add all the beasts in the "zoo" area as well, even if they're obviously not meant to be tamed.

The level 40ish crab I saw was near the dock....although the ones there now are 10. I think I may have hallucinated. -_-

Felinni the panther is 10 (elite).
Crush the rhino is 80.
Jumbo is 70, Jumbo Jr. is 15, and Jumbina is 1.
All the lions are 60.
Krystal the basilisk is 60.
Gleok the troll...err, hydra....is 60.
Violet the tallstrider is 70.
Goldwing the eagle is 80.
Gargantua the gorilla is 70.

I didn't see any crabs at level 40. All the crabs I saw (I swam all around the island as well) were level 10-11.

Yeah, the 1 kind of looks like a 4 if your eyes aren't completely open. I blame being overtired. >_<

So far pet front is quiet but you never know what could happen in a later build that comes out during live Could wake up one day, new little build and get slapped in the face with a new pet.

Thats a fun way to get slapped!

Not sure if this is the right place for this info, but the Core Hounds in MC have shrunk to around 40% of there normal size.
