I've just now gotten myself into building the rest of my hellevator and had some fun with those creatures down there. Plenty of gill potions, obsidian potions, and my scuba gear to make pure win on those hellstones. Since I am getting close to feeling good enough to challenge the Wall of Flesh, I am getting a bit more nervous, even so when I managed to grab two guide voodoo dolls. So I have plenty to do down in hell before that happens. I am surprised of how nerfed the original two enemies down in hell have become. They're almost too easy.
I play Terraria with my bf. We totally have TB/Jesse moments on occasion. It just amuses me to no end, since TB/Jesse were the ones who got me into Terraria in the first place.
So. Remember how waaay back in this thread I had said I had the game but didn't play it that much? Well.. that changed like three-four days ago. XD Cause I was at my best friend's house, and I was showing her Terraria on my laptop. And she fell in LOVE with the game and got it the next day. So I started playing it again. XD And I've been having an utter blast!
Though me and said best friend were trying to get multiplayer to work for us.. We haven't been able to figure it out. Why is it so damned confusing in this game?! D: I really want to be able to play with her. Like, seriously.
...Especially cause I can't wait to see how much we'll fail at it. XD Prooobably not as much as a certain other Terraria'ing duo most of us know of, though. ...Then again I have died in REALLY stupid ways so far, such as falling to my death, walking into traps despite SEEING them and also blowing myself up with my own bombs. So I suppose we may end up being just as bad if we played together. (And I'm willing to bet we'd have the same sort of dynamic as Jesse and TB. With me being the doofus who dies all the time due to stupid things, and her being the one who can actually DO stuff. XD)
Speaking of which, I've been having a blast referencing that playthough. Like as soon as I could get the War Axe of the Night? It was immediately dubbed the "Fujimora Pantsu axe" XD Not to mention how many times I've been Mining For Eyeballs. And don't forget the last time I killed the Eater of Worlds with my Vilethorn, cause it was really A Pile of Dead Everything.
.... *Hitkill'd* God that was awful. XD But really I've been throwing stupid references like that around the entire time.
Beyond that, I've been doing pretty good so far in this game. Killed the Eye of Cthulhu three times, and the Eater of Worlds twice, gotten a full set of Demon Armour.. A meteorite has just landed. Hell, I've even dug down so deep I found, well.. HELL! XD So I think I've been making a pretty good amount of progress considering I've been only playing for a few days.
