The only gem cat I might be interested in would be the purple one with green eyes. Eee, that one would look so pretty as a contrast to the green in the zone.

This. Purple and green are my two favourite colours when smacked together because they contrast each other but they do it so well. It's one of the reasons I love the Phosphorescent Stone Drake and Gezzarak the Huntress so much. I'm not too big of a fan of the green gem cats simply because the area looks too 'green'. No doubt I'll like it better when I see it in other zones, but some areas in MoP have too much green! And besides, I love my black and red Skarr too much. (:

I was actually surprised how good these guys looked in the Jade Forest when tamed. They look lovely when they run. The shininess of the gem skin really glistens on them.

The sad thing about the purple gem cat, like all of these, will be that the eye colour will be masked by the red eye glow effect of the model. It's a shame they can't tune the colour of that.
