The girth of his 'wrists' along with the enormous hands and arms just looks ridiculous. I know that WoW models often use a sort of stylized look, and many of the male races have disproportionate arms, but they look way too popeye-esque on him there.

His arms look like they were inflated with a tire pump. O_o

Lol! I was thinking the same thing. xD He says something like "Those are tumors in yours arms. You should have realized normal arms don't look like that."

Ewww. So much do not want. You guys keep him, I'll stick with Mr. Wrynn. *waves Alliance flag*

He doesn't even look like a WoW orc. D: Eyes and nose are way too small, and his head is about half as large as it should be. And those pants look really silly on him up that high, makes him look like some kind of old geezer.

Maybe he'll look better in motion, but first impression is ew.

im guessing this is a physical change due to outside stimulus i.e. hanging around people he shouldnt be hanging around.

same thing happened with cho'gall, the orcs when they first had contact with the demons, etc etc.

i smell a decent horde plotline.

He looked much friendlier with the old model. Since he is a sort of demented war-driven jerk (in my mind anyway) I think the new model does sort of suit him.

Another angle of the model: Er... here since it has spaces.

The upcoming figure: http://www.figures.com/forums/attachmen ... arrior.jpg

He seems to have less of a neck in the figure as well.

That is....sooo gross. I can't even eat and look at those hob goblins from the new goblin area at the same time. I like WoW because its a little more cartoony, but those hideous things in icecrown and now this I'm worried its going into a gross trend we may never escape from.

/ominous music starts/

I foresee an epic battle in the near future...
Between Varian's chin and Garrosh's (lack of) a neck, and wrists...

Who will win?

Why is one foot square while the other is round? Reminds me of an old placekicker for the Philadelphia Eagles named Tom Dempsey...had half his kicking foot removed and wore this square boot. Kicked like a mule but still icky.

The lack of symmetry makes me twitch a bit. I have a slight obsession with things being symmetrical. >_>

I don't know why Blizzard likes to make things unsymmetrical. It's not stylish or current, it's stupid and impractical.

Either that or Garrosh can't dress himself properly.

I mean...his shoulder armor is mismatched...he's wearing a glove on only one hand, there's his strange mis-matching boots, and even a scar on his lip off to one side.

I mean, if it were a real situation, Garrosh's armor would do him no good at all. xD He doesn't even have a helmet! If I wanted him dead, I'd just pop out my arrows and BOOM HEADSHOT.

Then stomp on his toe. D:<

The reason the glove looks off for only being one is you can't really make out what it is unless you know what it's supposed to be. IE the glove seems to be an armored glove. Sorta like a shield without the shield. The other hand, bearing no glove would be the one wielding the weapon, in theory.

As for the shoes they seem to be WIP still...

overall do not want :( he goes from emo orc to racist orc to roid rage orc. GG blizz...

I KNOW PEOPLE ARE FAIL I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE FAIL

;-; it's like they went oh cool armor and completely ignored wtf it's for!

Also.
Steel-toe boots (also known as safety toe boots, steel-capped boots or safety shoe) are durable boots or shoes that have a protective reinforcement in the toe, usually combined with a sole plate, which protect the foot from falling objects and punctures from below.

Although traditionally made of steel, the reinforcement can also be made of a composite material, or a plastic such as thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). Steel-toe boots are important in the construction industry and in many industrial settings. Occupational safety and health legislation or insurance requirements may require the use of such boots in some settings, and may mandate certification of such boots and the display of such certification directly on the boots. In Canada, certified boots have a Canadian Standards Association green triangle on them.

Safety footwear now comes in many styles, including sneakers and clogs. Some are quite formal, for supervising engineers who must visit sites where protective footwear is mandatory.
Closest explination for WTF shoe/foot :|
