I have to admit that videos really do trump screenshots... even if the screenshots came from me.

In other news... I have two hunters on Lost Isles. Orc hunter L.81 (almost 82) is named Tapeworm, and my Draenai hunter L.71 is named Misfortune.

Did you try the other two? I'll start hunting for them if no one has confirmed/denied if they get the new skin.

Lost Isles is the US PvE server.

I have only tested those two and Grunter... although I did test to make sure the Blue Scorpids were still Blue Scorpids after a Character Copy.

I read somewhere that the yellow silithid in Un'Goro stays the same skin after copying, but I only read about it... I never tested it. After all of the copies I have tried I am running low on actual copies I can move over.

I spend 2 days trying to tame a glitched oil stained wolf and missed being able to welcome Zeilla to the forums.

I just loved your video and completely understood the excitement involved with finding something cool. Nicely done and keep it up.

now back to trying to get that glitched wolf. Think it's a lost cause but oh well I'm a bit of a nut case anyways.

I just think a lot of us were hoping it to stick around, and not quite be so common. Doesn't really matter if the brain bug is blue or red or some new color.

Now it just remains to be seen what Blizz will do. I'm hoping for then to cut it off early, but allowing early tames to stay, rather than the great nerf that will happen if they let it go too long.

But either way I'm holding Haarka until we see the pet talent pass, and we know what Blizz intends for the pets.

I did read that thread and wow I did not know some people here would say such well er dumb things (i mean saying you will stab them? over a game what are you 5?) O.o I was kind of saddernd that some people here would get so angry over something thats more likely not gunna happen on live. i mean it takes guts to post a apology and i salute all of the few peopel who did some of you who said those dumbass things still have not said sorry...... and i think you should just to be nice.

Welcome to the community, Zeilla! ^^ I apologise on behalf of some of our members, they seem to have a really odd sense of humor. :P I'm just glad to see that you're willing to give us a second chance - this community is awesome, once you get to know it!

As for the tick silithids, I'm pretty sure that they will get either removed or made more available, regardless of how widespread the knowledge about them might be. Either it's a bug just like the Amani War Bear and Polar Bear Cub pets and will be fixed long before the expansion is released, or they're planning on giving the Silithid family more versatility the family so much needs.

I'm still sorry that you feel that I ruined something for you. I imagine that you quite like your Silithids and were very excited to have a new unique skin on them and I kinda took away the uniqueness. I hope you like Soriid's skin more cuz at least that one should stay unique without a YouTube 'how to' video to the people who can't figure these things out.

Hey. I was quite pissed off about it being so publicly mentioned aswell but I figured. What's the use of it; if Blizz never intended these skins it would eventually be taken out aswell -- it's so easy to blame others for things they can't properly be blamed for. I love Silithids too, and I will be frustrated if Blizz removes the skins, but in the end of the day -- it's their game. We pay for it and there's not much we can do aside from hoping. There will be more chances at getting such pets. So hey. Let's just play the game and hope

But hey come on. I am actually sure Blizzard will keep them, only slightly resized -- which I myself personally don't mind at all. I don't play a hunter to bug others with huge pets. I play a hunter to enjoy my pets and everyone else should. I don't mind if it's just abit bigger than the normal silithid. It will still look awesome and it won't change the fact that people with it are lucky.

Besides people -- it's just a pet. Just pixels, it means alot to us -- but it shouldn't mean THAT MUCH to us

Hi Zel - I loved the youtube movie you made. Who cares if they nerf it in time to "ruin" it for people who had this pet before when Cata comes out. You discovered something fun and you wanted to share it with the hunter community.

I think overall that this petopia forum is very friendly, without the flaming, and without the trolls. It shocked me that there were angry things. I don't like angry. I like happy.
