*nod* The point of the Resource Thread is to cut back on stickies. There are so many useful threads that if they were all stickied they'd take up most of the subforum, so instead I try to direct people to the reasource thread and catalogue the 'stickies' there.

That idea was brought up a while back when we first were trying to figure out what to do with the overwhelming amount of stickies. Mania opted for the Resource Thread before a whole new forum, so that's what we'll stick with for now.
