"Yeah, my fishing teacher, nice girl. She was always real drunk, I think she spent too much time with the dwarves in Ironforge. Carp is one of her pet's children, and it was she who helped guide me towards the hunter's path. Anyways, she had this healer, and apparently at one point they had decided to infiltrate the Scarlet Crusade or something, and they dressed up her warp stalker as a dog, see? I don't know if any of this was true, she was pretty drunk..." She blinked. "Anyways, she apparently had a disguise fail and her buddy had to heal her."


(and my main character is a drunkard fishing instructor. Remember, the real key to not being a Sue is how you roleplay the character, not who they are.)

Sylfina And Mania -- Teldrasil

Giggling a little to her self "Sounds like a lot of fun" Butting more jerky near the fire slow roasting them so they would hold for weeks, She looked distant for a moment "I am on my way to Dolanaar, was sent that way by the trainers to continue my work, personally i think they got tired of Mania stealing all the fish" Laughing she patted her tigress on her head,

Mania hissed a little annoyed she never liked being laughed at but she knew very well that she had been some of the reason for them to be sent on, Mania looked at the younger druid tilting her head a bit, That one seems so nervous she thought getting up she walked over to her and purred calmingly when she got close enough she nuzzled her head in to the druids head and gave her a quick lick on the cheek

Laughing greatly at that sight Sylfina nodded "she must like you, oh i forgot my name is Sylfina and that there is Mania my companion and my great distress at times" Smiling warmly again "I have heard stories of a new ally part wolf part man any of you know more?"

Choosing to not comment on the talk of the new allies, the druid simply streched herself out and shook her head. Talk of drunkeness and dwarves had her thinking of a time not too long ago..but, that was the past. This was the present and there was some nice smelling food nearby. She took a piece, remembering that it had been offered earlier, and settled herself down on her stomach to begin eating it.

Xyrah--Teldrassil/Shadowglen

Xyrah and Duskstalker ambled slowly toward Shadowglen, following the cobblestone road. She admired the other creatures of the forests as she passed them, thinking that they were pretty, but none comparing to Duskstalker. As they grew closer to a large bend and curve in the road, Xyrah's keen sense of smell and hearing picked up the smell of a campfire and voices fairly close by. Duskstalker seemed to smell and hear it as well, his tail lashing. Want to check it out? he asked.

Xyrah's mind felt chaotic. She didn't know what to do. Her people skills weren't all that great; most people still all but jumped out of their pants when first encountering a worgen, and she was shy and still had trouble with speaking aloud which made her appear gruffer than she usually meant. Part of her was curious about who these people (or person) could be and whether they could point her in the proper direction to learn fishing and cooking skills. She gave Duskstalker a brief nod, following him in the direction the scents and noises were coming from, treading cautiously.

"I'm Sari, and this is Carp." She smiled. "Oh, the wolfmen? Worgen, you mean? My fishing instructor had some stories about them, including a funny one who followed her around like a pet for a while! She said it eventually got bored and decided to become a warlock. I highly suspect she was just really drunk."

Sylfina And Mania

"sound like your trainer was always very drunk sari and i apologise on Manias behalf carp, i hope you got your belly filled up now" Smiling big "Worgen i think that's right heard the word from some travellers passing by some days ago"

"They said that it was some feral beasts all thou i doubt they actually ever meet any" thinking for a bit Sylfina drew some lines in the dirt with a stick "Have any of you ever been outside Teldrasil ?"

Azunara tilted her head. "My cousin has, and I have too. I left long before I was fully trained, and that got me in trouble. Fire suggested I returned for further training, but I honestly start to remember why I left." The druid stuck out her tongue at the thought, looking rather irritable.

"My fishing instructor took me to Ironforge once." She smiled. "Apparently there's no good beer in Darnassus."

Xyrah--Shadowglen

Xyrah was in the bushes outside of the groups small camp. She had heard what they said about worgen and had half a mind to leave on the spot with the way they talked about them. Her fists and jaw were clenched--she just didn't know what to do.

Duskstalker, always the cheerful and feeling rather hungry, jumped out of the bushes toward the group in the hopes of sharing their food. Xyrah remained in the bushes, mouth agape.

Azunara blinked at the new cat, and coughed, before giving a growl, punctuating it with a meow. She hoped the other cat would understand her rather poor attempts at feline. She still needed practice.

Sylfina and Mania

Mania Jumped forward she felt this cat was special and she has smelled something else as well "careful they are young she warned a little trying to sound secure"

Sylfina not knowing what was going on and feeling like she had found the most travelled spot in all of Teldrasil looked at the new cat and noticed he was looking at the food she threw a jerky over to him and asked "you all alone big guy or did you bring someone with you?" looking at Mania she sighed "i really want to see those new ally folk it would be nice to not always get the same old ishnu-alah that we always use i was hoping to get on the boat once i am done with my duties in Dolanaar,"

"not sure where i should go thou but i think ill start with seeing Ironforge and taste the beer your trainer seems so happy with sari" Smiling warmly again she looked at the bushes the cat had come from as if waiting for something

Xyrah/Duskstalker--Shadowglen

Duskstalker gave a purry chuckle to the white feline in front of him, sitting down and flicking his tail playfully. This druid's trying to communicate with me, he said with a chuckle to Xyrah. You should come here and say hello, I don't think they'll try to hurt us. He lay down to eat the piece of jerky he had been given.

Grumbling to herself, Xyrah stepped through the bushes and crouched down behind Duskstalker, a wary expression on her face.

Azunara tilted her head at the new comer, grinning brightly. "Hi! I'm Azu! What's your name?"

Xyrah felt extremely uncomfortable and was contemplating bolting away from the small group of night elves. The white druid asked for her name. She stared silently at the druid, Duskstalker nuzzling himself against her for comfort. Out of habit, one of her hands went to the necklace she always wore and started rubbing it, careful not to scratch it with her claws. Taking a deep breath she answered, "My name is Xyrah."

Azunara tilted her head, "Are you here to train too? If you see the Druid Masters asking for me, don't tell them where I am." She stuck out her tongue once more, looking disgusted at the thought.

Cosis ignored the talk of Ironforge for now, though she would have to go there eventually. She lashed her tail as she snapped up the last bite of the jerky she had taken. As the newcomer approached she lifted her head and sniffed, seeming to grin. Her paws shifted and she stood, streching out and yawning as she did so.

Sylfina a bit surprised to see a worgen already dropped her jaw for a second then collected her wits and followed Azu's example "Welcome im Sylfina and This is Mania my companion you must be with this big handsome guy" nodding at the big male cat

Sylfina not knowing how long the worgen had been listening thought to her self "Damn it i might have offended her already and i was just curious" Sighing at her self she rumaged trough her back pack and found a bottle of Honey mead she had bought of the travellers "Anyone want a drink" she asked holding it up

"'s 'at honeymead?", a drunk-sounding voice yelled from above, up in a tree. A human clumpsily dropped down. "Mind 'f I take a sip?"

((So, basically, this is Korwen. The human rogue, who I "introduced" in Tales of the Hunt. Go there for a description, it's Decay's long story. Basically, this is before he got the inspiration to hunt after her.))

Startled by the sudden new addition Sylfina muttered a "Sure" Piping a bit in her voice looking at the drunk rogue she kinda wriggled her nose "What is that smell?"
