Kozri blinked, looking down at the warp stalker now pawing at his leg. "I'll be fine." He muttered, and Azunara lashed her tail, "You know, Koz. If I could claw you, I would be. Right now. You should cheer up, we're not all dead! Just a few of us!"

Faron and Tirrae, Kharanos

Faron smiled sheepishly. "Instincts, I'm afraid. Besides, I don't have much else to do. I'm not in the most friendly of company at the moment, besides you."

Tirrae nodded in agreement, whacking Kozri lightly with her tail. She looked at Azu, lifting a paw to show her claws, then made a questioning clawing movement at Kozri.

Kharanos

Azunara looked from Kozri, to Tirrae, and grinned wickedly. Kozri, now realizing they were planning to inflict bodily harm on him, stood up carefully and moved away. "Perhaps, if you don't mind, I think I'll disappear." He moved into the shadows, hiding. ((Cloak of Shadows.))

Azunara yelped in reply, "Hey! She probably wouldn't have mauled you too hard."

Myriana and Swift - Dun Morogh

Myri had been keeping an eye on the exchange behind her and saw Kozri go into hiding. With a grin, the hunter lit a flair, trying to illuminate where the rogue could be hiding.

Karzix - Kharanos

The goblin blinked at the draenei. "Oh? Well, uh, thanks." He looked thoughtful for a moment, then squinted at the draenei carefully. "Yah're not just sayin' that tah try n' make me ease up on yahr debt are you?" He asked half-jokingly.

Myri winked at the goblin. "I am not sure yet" she replied cryptically

Rosaliah--Kharanos

"You need more than me for company?" Rose mockingly scoffed at Faron, reaching down to hug the wolf around the wolf. "If there's something you want or need to do, don't feel as if I'm holding you back," she whispered in his ear.

The hunter then turned to her pets. "C'mon you two, you both could do with a walk, as could I." Karma and Serenity both happily jumped over to Rose, Karma yipping excitedly and Serenity pouting that she couldn't wear herself on Rose's head with the cloak. Rose headed downstairs and outside of the inn, walking down the road, pets in tow.

Zaruuk - Kharanos/Dun Morogh

Taking the lead, Zaruuk moved out of the Inn and headed towards the snowfields of Dun Morogh. This would be rather romantic he supposed, if it weren't for his turmoil. He swallowed, trying desperately to find the right words.
"Remember when I lost control at the cultist camp?" He fidgetted his healed hand as he spoke. "As loathe as I am to admit it, I loved every second of that, and part of me cries out for more. I have been..." He paused to lick his lips. "Been struggling to fight it. But it is as if my very body urges me onward. I do not know if I can control myself much more."

Karzix and Glix - Kharanos

"Well, it ain't happenin'." He replied smugly, sitting back in his seat and crossing his arms. His ears flicked up when he heard the inn door open.
"Did you two see Magna and Decay?" Glix grinned as she tiptoed over. She spotted Myri's flare and immediately quieted, guessing that Kozri was nearby. Right. She let out an awkward cough, hoping that the dragon hadn't heard. She looked between Karzix and Myri. "What are you two up to?"
"Myri's makin' good on her debt." Karzix grinned, taking the trinket out of his pocket and holding it up for the other goblin to see. Glix gave Myri a sympathetic look before admiring the little cat-shaped gemstone.
"It's very pretty." She studied it for a few moments more before shivering and rubbing her arms. "S'cuse me. I was out there too long for my liking. Swift was too amusing to stop watching." She looked down at the sleepy fox and chuckled. "I'm gonna go get something warm to drink." She gave the pair a nod before departing toward the bar.

Indigosa--Dun Morogh

Indi gave Zaruuk a comforting smile. She remained silent for a few moments, thinking about how she wanted to word her reply. "Perhaps a little story telling might be handy," she finally said, trying to choose her words carefully. "Maybe you could tell me how you came to be part Man'ari? If that is okay with you. If not, I understand."

She really didn't want to cause Zaruuk to push himself away from her; rather enjoying his trust in her. The death knight wanted to be there for the mage, Man'ari and all.

"There!" Azunara shouted, and Kozri quickly moved away from the spot of light that had been illuminated. He made a break for the door, figuring fresh air would do him good. And likely wouldn't kill him. Once he was outside of the inn, he left the shadows, peering around. All safe.

Myriana and Swift - Kharanos

The hunter gave Glix a smile in greeting and listened to what the mage had to say. "Thank you!" she replied to Glix's compliment. She looked down at her sleeping fox, thinking that he had all her friends wrapped around his paws. Clever fox.

Myri looked up at Azu's yell and saw Kozri bolt for the door. "I think he just made a break for outside Azu." Myri couldn't help but smile, her foul mood from earlier pretty much gone.

Karzix and Glix - Kharanos

"Whoops!" Glix stumbled back, narrowly missing spilling tea all over herself when Kozri zipped past. She shot a scowl after him before continuing on her way. She grabbed a chair and dragged it after herself, stopping next to Myri and Karzix. She plunked herself down next to the other goblin, wrapping her hands around her teacup and smiling blissfully at the warmth emanating from it.

((Spoilers for Outcast, most of which you've probably already guessed by now. Err, I'm also still writing the story, hopefully the last part will be up soon.))

Zaruuk - Dun Morogh

Zaruuk had not been expecting that question at all. Unconsiously, he reached his hand to the back of his neck. He hadn't told anyone, not even Threnaad or Kyali. He swallowed nervously.
"I have always had a touch of the Man'ari in my blood. Was born with it..." He whispered hoarsely, as if prying ears could hear him. "My sire was an Eredar. He and my mother were once wed, but they had differing opinions when Sargeras first contacted our people. She left with the Naruu, he remained behind on Argus. Some thousand years later, by chance they met again. He... It was not plesant, and let us leave it at that. I was the result."
He fell silent, looking away into the snowfields beyond.

The death knight stopped walking, placing a hand firmly on the draenei's chest, giving him a worried look. "Are you sure you want to keep talking about this? Would it be better if we sat down somewhere?"

Myri had to smile at the look on Glix's face. She herself couldn't wait til they figured out what they were doing next, however the hunter was content to rest and relax for awhile. The hunter reached into her gem pouch, her fingers briefly brushing her grandmother's ring, before pulling out a random gem, this one blue. Myri started to carve it, though she kept an eye on Karzix, in case he got any ides. Not that she had a lot of gems, the bag was mostly full of the tools used to carve them.

Kozri looked up at the grey sky, wishing he could fly. He wanted to see Mafirion, speak to the drake. He was more comfort than any of the others could've been. Except Azu, but she was trying to claw him. He wandered along the cobblestone path, studying the ground intensely, thoughtful. It was tempting to go, not come back.

"No, it's fine." He replied, turning back to look at her. "My... lineage does not matter much. All I really got from him were these eyes. Or so I thought anyway. Guess that tiny taint of fel magic is starting to sprout."

Karzix and Glix - Kharanos

Karzix's ears shot up at the sight of another gem. He leaned forward slightly, curiously watching How Myri carved it. He couldn't comprehend how she had the patience for so many little details. Give the same job to a goblin and he'd lose his interest within the first ten minutes.
"Oh, that shade would look lovely against your skin, Karz." Glix chuckled into her teacup. Karzix gave her a look before returning to watching Myri carve.

Myri looked at Karzix's obvious interest. She was sure he was interested in the gem itself, but it seemed to her that he was looking at HOW she was doing it. "Do you wish to learn?" she asked the goblin? Though in her opinion, Karzix didn't have the patience to be a jewelcrafter.
