I actually don't mind this new eeveelution all that much, although it took a little for it to grow on me. Certainly needed to push past my own personal expectations to appreciate it though, the video of it's in-game model certainly helped that. Not one of my favourites, but certainly far from my least favourite.
Also really digging the name of "Sylveon". The translation team did good on that.

I'm still on the fence between Light and Flying. It's appearance in terms of comparison to skyla could be misleading, giving everyone the idea its flying and suddenly we get trumped and its light or normal, but then it could be completely legit and the extreme fandom ive been seeing over skyla could of somehow manifested into an actual pokemon.

I hope they make a light type. It'll make sense since there's a dark type. I'm personally fond of the new Eeveelution, even if it looks somewhat more elaborate than the others.

Isn't this was happens EVERY generation? New Pokemon, and people IMMEDIATELY jump to find EXACTLY what other Pokemon the new one remotely resembles. Because we CAN'T EVER have more than one Pokemon with similar features.. Arceus forbid that! >.>

Actually, if anything is gonna be flooding anyone, it'll be the exact opposite. If this gen is anything like how 5th Gen was, half the fandom will be going on about how 6th Gen sucks and all that stupid crap that we get EVERY SINGLE GENERATION.
