Pandaria Beast List (Report found beasts here!)

I'm kind of 'ehhhhh' about that since it's hard enough to tell when it's a spirit beast already, what with flaming turtles and lava spiders and gem kitties. But Blizz will do as they do.

But... lava spiders and turtles and gem cats don't scream 'spirit beast'. All the spirit beasts so far are either spectral or have some kinda blue 'glowyness' to them.

Well, at least they did, until they ruined the theme and added in that glitchy Skoll/Arcturis skin.

Are there no black spotted goats on beta right now? I looked through the beast list twice and didn't see them. Am I blind or something?

Uhhhhh....................... I think.... Black Bengal goats have spots also? O.o I... probably need to double check those.

Yeah, sorry, black bengal goats come in black spotted. Sorry I haven't given them thumbnails yet ^^;

Also, the mastiffs in Scarlet Monastary are red again!
Also... if you go in there you see these "Buckets of meaty dog food" which you throw at scarlet humans with the packs of dogs... and the dogs maul the humans to death and... eat them. <_<

Thanks, I found the new Bukko! The funny thing is he originally went from the bugged brown to the spotted brown but when I logged on tonight he was black, lol. Just no spots. Silly color changing goats!

I saw a hunter with a pet version of that zombie bear skin, he/she told me it was a bear and not a spirit beast as well. Couldn't remember where it got tamed though, and it also had a weird thing where it said <Player's Minion> instead of <Player's Pet> under the name. It seems to warrant more research though if possible.

Omg so, what if they tamed one of the black bears that the ghost bear replaced before Jade Forest was closed, and since these beasts were changed to undead, it's showing up as minion! That has to be it! :O

Ooh, you might be onto something there. That seems very plausible (especially since it's named BLACKY, which is a name I'd think was reasonably common for black bears but makes less sense for the obvious blue ghost zombie bear).

What I find odd, is that the bear is translucent, even though the original "zombie bear" is Arcturis' skin, minus the translucency, and was clearly a solid model when data mined.

The bears in jade forest are translucent as well, it's just hard to tell.

My guess is that somehow their Arcturis lost it's ID and had taken the form of Zombie Bear.
