Once the servers come back up, I'll be sure to post better quality pics. As for him reverting back to his original color, he sadly does. I pushed him into the next phase to turn him green. But as soon as I completed the tame, he changed back to normal
Perhaps with this build that won't be the case. I'll be checking that out first thing.

Also, there is nothing special that needs to be done to tame him. Don't have to reduce his health or anything of the sort.

Alrighty. Just fought my way to Thok again, and like before he will not keep his alternate colors once tamed

The first time I went through, I just had one other (Wasn't sure if I needed two for the Pandaria Treasure Boss). But when I went in for the second time, I was able to solo it in LFR

I can't solo the first Sha boss because it imprisons you and murders you almost automatically. Guess I'm not going to see Thok.

Oh, you must be doing it on normal. To do it on LFR, go to the second floor of Mogu'shan Palace and talk to the Raid Finder Pandaren. He'll port you to the wing Thok is in

I'm not a fan of Thok, since he doesn't come in the white/tan color, but still pretty cool for those who want him!

Now if Ji-kun can be tamed, I'll be needing that fainting couch.

I had no idea those guys were up there on the 2nd floor! I was able to get him with minimal effort, thanks to your help.

He's very cool looking! I'm going to enjoy running around with him.

Part of me thinks this tame might not be intentional, because as of yet, there is no special mechanic added for hunters, like with our dear Dragon hydra monstrosity.

Could also be that they just didn't bother this time, and I'd be surprised if Wain didn't at least know a little bit more about it, but I try to be cautiously excited when it comes to stuff like this..
