Not yet. Oddly, there's been rumours going around that there's only 70 new Pokemon, and that Xerneas and Yveltal are the only Legendaries. I.. Personally don't believe it.

Normally this would annoy me but I love a lot of these new Pokémon and I love the mega evolutions plus I'm really excited that a bunch of my very favorite Pokémon are coming back.

Like I said, I am VERY skeptical about this. I really, really don't think it's that great an idea to take what this person is saying as ~confirmed~ just yet. So don't flip out just yet. The ENTIRETY of the Tumblr Pokemon fandom is already doing that and it's beyond stupid. >:|

..All things considered, I actually do agree with this anyway. If it IS true, then.. Bah. Oh well. We've gotten a bunch of great Pokemon in this gen, and with all the amazing old Pokemon and Mega Evolutions, it's.. Really not as bad as people are making it out to be.

Ok I'm going to be blatantly honest. I've been excited for past generations I truly have. THIS gen however.. I'm so excited I cant sit still.

I comb the net for new news. I was beyond ecstatic when I found out my Bulbasaur could come back to me.. Like.. I freaking cried. I'm a sap I know but this IS my childhood. I turn 23 soon. I'm having to grow up. I have college and I have work. I have real life issues that I'm struggling through.

What does this have to do with Pokémon? This lets me be a kid still. I can reminisce and can share something I'm beyond passionate about with my boyfriend, which is something that bonded us in the first place. He's 26 and was ashamed he loved Pokémon so much. He thought he should grow up. I changed his mind. Pokémon is one of, if not my ultimate, love. I have never tired of it and truthfully I don't think I will.

My love for it will always be there because its taught me that even if I have to grow up I don't have to grow up all the way. My Pokémon will always be there and they don't care how old I am. So there's that. If you feel like Pokémon is letting you down just remember how much fun its given you. That's what I do. Like I said.. I'm 23 and my boyfriend is 26. Pokémon is a special part of our lives and it probably always will be.

Sorry for the tangent but I do understand how some people would be upset that we weren't getting as many new Pokémon but some people are getting downright rude and practically dripping with self entitlement and it's driving me insane.
