Tameable Riding Raptors.

Oh I thought the green was in game...I forgot it was crimson and orange--had the wrong ZG mount model in mind!

Well theres trolls in ZG that ride them as mounts. So they are in game you just can't click on them.

Yeah, we just need more situations where the mount spawns as a separate NPC during the attack

I'd still Love to see these raptor models/style become available if possible, I quite like the "Primordial" look to them.



Then only ones that I know of that are mounted/unmounted are the ones in Drak'Tharon Keep, the orange/pink ones..



They are so fluro, but I think they are pretty neat

The white are just amazing. It's such a crime they were removed completely, and so long ago. And I really do love that primitive "iguana" kind of face they have. It's so different to the regular wild raptor model.

I updated the list on the previous page to include all the basic riding raptor models as well (I already had them in the untameables list). Hell, might as well list them here too:

I really wish they would bring back the old epic mounts. I mean, there's not enough people who still play that have them for it to be a problem. And hell, don't name it the same thing, that way you can still tell who has the originals.

Didn't they already brought back the panther mount in the new Zul'Gurub? I'm pretty sure it looks exactly like the old Night Elf epic mount.

Yes, the panther is very similar, and I am sooooo grateful for that (though I'd still rather have the Night Elf one for my sentinel character) and I wish they would do more things like that. Perhaps bring back the old horses without saddles. But then there's the problem of that not being so easy with every faction mount.

I just hate seeing gorgeous mounts retiring and eventually fading from sight as older players take their leave.

As far as I can tell, the Drakkari Raptor Mount in DTK that Spiritbinder mentioned is the only other free-standing riding raptor in the game (apart from friendly ones at mount vendors etc.).

I haven't checked if it's tameable yet (I doubt they considered it yet), but hopefully it can be. Even if they don't want the basic model tameable maybe it could be changed to one of the unused swift colours instead

Hopefully these remain tamable...while I'm slightly bothered by the way the saddle doesn't quite 'fit,' I think there's a chance my scarlet armored raptor and I could get along. I'll try running around with her more in beta to get a feel for her...if she's 'fixed,' though, that's okay. I'm not super-attached to her...yet.
