MoP pets better than Cata rares?

I cannot for the life of my understand the hyrda thing, and the obsession over a beast with terrible models, and why a good portion of the folks here would gladly give up everything else in this xpac to get them...

Yeah but I would hope that Blizz would never just give in already as that opens up the doors for a wave of pisses and moans to screw up the games. Not a good thing to start doing no matter what the subject is.

BUT on the same not more water pets would be neat like a 'land' shark we already have two mini pets in water bubbles and until they nixed it we had a mini land shark pet from a vendor in the WotLK beta. I would love to see some hunter shark pets in water bubbles ready to chew ppl and mobs up.

It's not about 'pisses and moans.' It's about there is an entirely pointless pet family existing right now. Oh, it has one beast in there you say? ...A beast that was a glitch tame? A...beast that is no longer tamable? Seriously, give me a break. If they're going to go through the trouble of making the family, the least they could do is give it a real purpose.

Oh, and as far as models go...hyenas. Buzzards. Tarantulas. Original, non-riding-tiger cats. Need I say more? Well, I'll spell it out. Somehow, I think as long as it's not baby-polar-bear-level, how refined the models is not their main concern.

The funny thing being that they added basilisks which are probably the second most "moaned" after beast as far as I've noticed. Also, I remember a lot of "moaning" and "a wave of pisses" about devilsaurs back in the day.

So if they didn't want any community feedback about what players would like, they shouldn't have listened to us in the first place? Not a good thing to start doing if you want to keep your customers, I guess.
