2 other bosses that may return, maybe not in Cata but possibly sometime later:
Kil'jaeden: He never actually died...we sorta just flushed him back to where he came from
Mal'ganis: We never actually kill this guy. In both fights against him (one in CoS another in Icecrown) he escapes at the last second.
Lore Bosses:How many times will we have to kill them?

Mal'Ganis actually died in Warcraft 3, Arthas killed him. Except apparently, he didn't.

Oh I know. The scene from Culling of Stratholme was actually out of Warcraft 3, and Mal'Ganis ran away from that one. Then Arthas yanked out Frostmourne ((Mal'Ganis's whole role in WC3 was JUST to get him to the point where he'd do that.)) and stuck that in him. And to Mal'Ganis's great surprise, he died.
