I know.. I was telling him to actually drag it in there as well, but he kept saying it wasn't trade-able... I was going to snap eventually, so I gave up even bothering trying to explain it for the fifth/sixth time. Still waiting on the ticket... "1 day 18 hours" - and that was saying that 12 hours ago as well. Ugh... waiting is not fun. I hope I get another great GM, I've had some fantastic GM's help me in the past when I thought they wouldn't be able to help me - so fingers crossed I catch another lucky break.
