Why not just have the number scale based on the number of guild members past one?
I think this is a fair point, it might be nice if you got full guild XP/rep for a 4/5 or 5/5 run and maybe half for 3/5.

2/5 and below... no. If you have less than half the group guilded, it's not a guild run!
It's not the sedated pace that bothers me, I think I already said that. It just bothers me that a smaller guild has to have at least four high level members all on at the same time running the same thing in order for it to garner any credit.
Only for that way of gaining XP - there are ways to do it with fewer (dailies etc).

OOOOO! what is this :o
looks like im going to have to get kairii into a social guild atleast before cata :p seems like fun to doing guild groups again ... beats those awful pugs >.<
from what ive read (just in this post alone) it does seem ok and you can tell blizz have lsitened to most players shame that for some it might be harder but where would be the fun in them handing out items??
i thought most here were againt that kinda thing anyways :s
