Goodness....that's a lot of camping. Good luck, Vode! I had my own "ouch" moment when someone this morning told me that Jadefang had been killed about half an hour after I logged off for the night. Talk about crappy timing.

We'll get our shinies, it's just a matter of time (and how much our sanity can handle!)

Arc- bout 20 minutes into zone, he pops up.
Ghostcralwer- another 20 minutes into some he pops I dismount he disappears I have a heart attack then pops up tag and tame with bout 1/4 of my up yet.
Skoll- friend got him 15 minutes after I left.
Loque- 1h flying around finally popped (pre-Cata)

Karoma- Yet to see but I will Find you!

I'll rub too. I had a Night Elf Warrior looking out and myself doing laps at around 3-5AM and we didn't see him. Granted we were both horribly sleepy but... NPCscan should've blown my eardrums out.

i found Karoma once a few days ago.....dead

Still camping for Karoma...Almost 11 hours...So bored...I only got like two breaks, one to take a shower and the other I got pulled into a dungeon...Trolls are trolling but I did talk to a nice Ally druid who agreed to give me a shout if they see the wolf...I just want her to spawn soon. D|

Found Karoma again, got her a good home again, and she was in the same area all three times. She must have been up for a while too, and has a decent pathing radius of probably forty yards, I camped her for about ten minutes with frost trap and my tank beetle holding aggro until they showed up to tame her/him and only saw a couple horde priests fly by, no other hunters going 'are you taming him?' or anything. Karoma hits REALLY hard, not as tough as Terorpene though, but she's nasty, and funny to watch because she pounces. Very pretty wolf. This was around 4:45 pm, Mannoroth server, between the Crucible of Carnage and that black starfish shaped thing on the map. Starting to wonder if it's a pretty regular spot for her to pop.

Still no luck with Madexx... I posted yesterday about not being able to be at the PC because of a Christmas get-together... tonight I have another get-together to attend...

Then I have the next two days off... so Mr. Madexx on Area 52... please make an appointment or two to come see me at some point in the next two days. Thanks.

On a side note... I am so glad I started this thread to bring together so many awesome tames with the weird forum posting luck.... and to those who have yet to get your tame... keep your chin up.

THE WAIT IS FINALLY OVER!!
I have just tamed Karoma, southeast of the Dunwald Ruins.

I nearly fell out of my chair when NPC scan went off... and I blanked about what I was supposed to do...

Dropped down to tame, shakily placed a frost trap down, and hit tame.

She totally missed the frost trap, and was wailing on me while I was yelling in vent, gchat, and whisper. But, I got her! :3 I am going to name her Aeon, for having to wait so long to tame her.

Finally, I have all my Cata rares. :3 Just need to go back and tame Arcturis for the last spirit beast of my collection.

THANK YOU, to this thread, and to the hunter who gave me the spawn time he last saw Karoma alive. :3 And for him sticking around and keeping me company.
