Seventeen nodded, glad she hadn't raised her alpha's wrath. She moved along beside him, watching the other dusk, listening. She barked as she neared the cave enterance, a quick sharp noise.
Gamin ran out, his ears back against his neck and his tail between his legs. He was deathly afraid that his earlier actions to feed the legendary would get him in trouble.
Venin moved at a more leisurely pace, occassionally stopping to look back at the dragon. She sneered at Dialgoa, then moved out, tail still flicking.
Seventeen looked at her two pack members. The group felt... incomplete. And alas the only one who would fit was now loping about with their prey. And he had dared to attack her Alpha, not to mention that he blinded the bird. Next time she saw Baaz, she would make sure he payed.
But that was in the future. She stopped growling to think about what to do now. These periods of calm were fine if she needed to heal, but right now she needed to kill. Or at least do something. She followed after her Alpha, waiting for the word, listening for any dangers.
