Myriana - Booty Bay

Myri was immediately concerned about Indi and more than a little annoyed at herself that she hadn't tried to help the others. Pushing that though aside because it would get her nowhere, she half stood, wanting to rush up to check on the deathknight, but Thren's words stopped her in her tracks. Myri sat back down at the table and nodded, before quietly finishing her breakfast. Thren's suggestion of talking to Zaruuk gave her an idea, and having Indi away meant that she wouldn't have to risk the deathknight getting jealous. Myri made a mental note to talk to the male draenei after he had breakfast.

Threnaad - Booty Bay

The broken sipped at his drink thoughtfully. "So, assuming we can push that subject to the side for the moment, what do we do now? Booty Bay is nice, although I suspect the guards are not fond of the tic-tac-toe we have vandalised into their pier. But we still have a cult we need to deal with, no? Or I assume we do, maybe you guys dealt with it while I was asleep. If so, good job! Cake for everyone!"

Myriana - Booty Bay

Myri froze with the last bite of food half way to her mouth at the mention of the cult. She quietly put the fork down and pushed the plate away, suddenly not hungry anymore. She looked down at her hands in her lap and for the first time today noticed the scars on her wrists. She clenched her hands into fists and did her very best to keep herself from bolting either upstairs or out the door. No way was she going anywhere near those cultists again. She wasn't about to let that mage get anywhere near her.

<Smooth moves Thren,> The broken thought to himself, wincing as he watched Myri fighing against her fear. <Why don't you go dunk her fox in a barrel of alcohol as well?>
"Do not worry Sunshine." He said, putting on a smile. "These cultists have not yet faced the true terror that is Threnaad! I will sneak into their camp, disguised as a comely young female draenei. And they will be so shocked and awed by my radiant beauty, they will surrender on the spot! Then, once they are all chained up, I will whip off my wig and reveal my true identity! They will be so embarrassed. I may have to put myself in compromising situations, but it will be worth it to put a stop to their dastardly deeds."

"I can tell you all about the compromising positions that mage would just adore to put you in." Myri snapped at Threnaad in draenic. Then returning back to common "I am going for a walk." Myri stood up and walked out of the inn, do her best to keep from running.

Swift shot the broken a dirty look before following Myri out. She had been doing so well too.

The broken slumped back in his chair with a groan. Why the hell did he think that would have cheered her up? Because he was a moron who didn't think things ahead, right.
"I am going to go let her punch me again." Threnaad said, standing up from the table and moving to follow along. At least he had realistic expectations about what was going to happen next.

Swift looked over his shoulder as they moved away from the inn and yipped to let Myri know that Threnaad was following. "I know that Swift, I assumed he would." she wiped tears from eyes, upset at her own reaction and more than a little angry at the broken for having to remind her of that. Myri kept walking towards the jungle, not wanting to confront Threnaad because she was afraid she would beat him black and blue.

"Wait!" Thren called out, running to catch up. Damn his broken body for making this harder than it needed to be. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to dredge up any unplesant memories, I was just trying to make a dumb joke to make you feel better."

He just wasn't getting the message was he? With a sigh, Myri pivoted on a hoof and whirled to face the broken, arms crossed. She waited til the broken was closer before responding. "I realize that. But perhaps you should have said something completely unrelated to the topic. Thinking before you speak is a virture." she snapped, still upset at herself for letting that particular topic get to her in the first place. It's not like she had told the broken what had happened.

Thren stopped once he was close enough that they didn't need to yell to communicate. He scratched the back of his neck as he listened, looking more than a little ashamed.
"Well, if it helps any, my thought process was that if I belittled your captors, in this case by insinuating that they would be fooled by an ugly broken in a dress, it might help overcome that fear you have of them." He said, hoping he wasn't digging himself in deeper here. "Of course, I was just talking out my arse. I have no place joking about that, especially since you are so troubled by it."

Willowe and Rosaliah--Booty Bay

Willowe had shifted into her cat form, curling up at the foot of Thren's bed. However, even though the worgen's eyes were closed, she never once fell asleep, remaining awake and alert since she had no real idea what it was Zaruuk needed to be watched for. Every now and then she would open one eye to make sure that the mage was still acting in a normal manner.

"That sounds unpleasant," Rose said, yawning. She curled up further into Faron's fur, falling asleep. Karma curled up and went to sleep on the other side of Rose while Serenity slept on Vallrok's head.

Myriana and Swift - Booty Bay

Myri sighed and let her arms fall so that they were wrapped more around her torso than crossed over her chest. She looked down, most of her angry just rolling away, to be replaced my the shame of her outburst. "It is not as if I told you what had happened. You are not omniscient. It was more me overreacting." With that Myri turned away from the broken, wanting to be alone more than anything else at the moment.

Swift followed after Myri, trying to think of something to make her feel better, since the broken couldn't.

Zaruuk - Booty Bay

Zaruuk had dreamed again that night, of a sun burning bright and green. Runic patterns smouldered in it's corona, rippling and changing shape before bursting fourth in a large, arching swell of fire and rage.
He woke up in a cold sweat, although he was unsure why. His dream had been rather tame, if a little confusing. He quickly checked his body. No cuts, no bite marks. He looked to Willowe; she seemed okay.
"Did I do anything during the night?" He asked her, swallowing nervously. "I did not try to hurt you or myself, did I?"

"Nuh-uh." Threnaad said, moving along to chase after Myri. "Even if you are pissed off at me, you are not going off alone. Bad things seem to happen to this group when people go off by themselves."

Willowe cracked an eye open at Zaruuk, and then yawned. "Not that I can tell."

Myri sighed and stopped long enough to turn back towards the broken. "I am not mad at you anymore Threnaad." she stated and turned back around, not stopping him from following her, since he had a point. She still was upset with herself though and didn't feel like being in town. A walk would clear her head. She just hoped the broken got the idea and would remain silent unless she was about to get jumped on by a tiger or something.

Zaruuk - Booty Bay

The mage sighed in relief, leaning forward and resting his arms on his knees. He tried to ignore his shaking hands.
"Thank you, I appreciate you staying here." He said, swallowing. He hoped Indi was doing okay, that her training was doing her some good.

"You sure?" Thren asked, throwing his arms behind his head. "Well then, this should prove to be a wonderful walk. I won't have to worry about you dislocating the other side of my jaw."
The broken was about to make some sort of comment over how suspect it was that she was leading him deep into the jungle alone, but decided against it. He had somehow managed some semblance of peace with the girl, best not ruin that right away. Save something for her to get pissed off at tomorrow.

The druid looked over Zaruuk, noting the mage's strange behavior. "Is there something I should know?" Willowe asked.

Myriana and Swift - Booty Bay

Myri rolled her eyes at that shaman, but continued walking, not saying anything. If he continued to talk, she would probably punch him just to shut him up. But part of her couldn't help but feel that some part of Threnaad liked it when she punched him.

Swift had perked up when he realized they were heading into the jungle, siding with Threnaad. It was a good day for a walk.

"Probably." He said, looking away, tail curling to his side. "I am unsure if I want to talk about it though. It is not an easy thing to admit."

Threnaad - Stranglethorn Vale

"Wow, this place is pretty neat!" Threnaad exclaimed, running up to some of the larger jungle flora around the place. "I have never seen a place like this! Hey, check out this plant, it looks just like a bird!" He pointed to a bird-of-paradise flower, face in a wide grin. "This place is awesome! I can see why the goblins like it so much."

Myriana and Swift - STV

Myri had to surpress a smile at the look on Threnaad's face. He looked like a little kid in a candy store, and while she didn't want to ruin his fun, she felt she should warn him from what the other goblins had told her last time she was here. "Be careful. Some of the plants here are carnivorous and wouldn't hesitate to swallow you whole." she told the broken.

Swift's expression was similar to that of the broken's, since he had never seen the jungle either.
