This has got my goat for a while but companies that split anime series up into 4 parts and then charge you 30-50 per disc! Seriously and you wonder why people buy shit from overseas!! I've been watching Sword Art Online and missed an ep so out of curiosity I looked up how much it was to buy...its in 4 friggin parts on DVD and 2 Blu-Rays...wat! You shouldn't NEED 2 blue-rays for anything!!

But I can buy the same series, all one ONE disc from Maylasia on DVD for $10 (with FREE shipping). This is what I did with Madoka and was so glad i did. I bought the series sub and got a special soundtrack cd with it for no more than $30 - but when it came out here its on 3 discs for $30 each...such a rip off (or 2 blu-rays). I bought the special edition blu-ray of Madoka: Revolution for $50 from Japan ffs (came with this neat light crystal)...I wouldn't get the whole series for that here. Its so bloody wrong!

Edit: I just bought the dubbed version of Madoka + all 3 movies (I havent seen the first two and I don't mind the dub of the series) for a grand total of....$20. I can't even buy part 1 for that....><

I was in a nice N10 SoO group last night.. Started at Malkorok. Everything was going good, everyone was polite and calm, and no raging when we wiped about 4 times on Thok. When we finally downed him we proceeded to Blackfuse trash. Cleared it.

Suddenly my game freezes up.. Then I disconnect

I restarted my game, no dice. My -entire- fucking internet was out.
I was panicking. I disconnected and reconnected, didn't work.
Restarted the router, didn't work. Restarted my god damn computer, didn't work.

After about 20 minutes I just gave up. I went to bed furious.

To be honest, I'm still pretty furious.

As you can see my internet is working ~just fine~ now..

God I am so pissed off... I just... Why does shit like this happen to me so fucking often.. smh

Not sure if this fits in here... >.> It is a bit of a rant, though.

I'm an artist. Self-taught, I've been practicing since I could maneuver a pencil. I started out with just that; pencil and paper. Cheap kid stuff at first, then more expensive as I got older, and began showing an even deeper passion for it. In high school, I dealt with a teacher who told me almost daily that I'd never get anywhere in the art world, because I only enjoyed painting animal subjects. She had me in tears after school quite often because of it. I didn't want to paint humans. I found them boring (no offense to anyone here! >.>) and just completely uninteresting. Around this time is when I also started getting into computer art, mostly using just the mouse and Photoshop. I sucked at it, and began learning photo-manipulation instead. That's when Torachi began really taking shape. Originally she had just been a white tiger, as I had no clue how to alter colors. As I got better, and learned about the Maltese tiger legend, she got a more blueish hue to her. Around this time, I got my first art tablet for Christmas... and gobbled everything that was a learning experience up. I got better and better, until I hit another much more harsh snag... and almost quit art entirely. I wasn't getting commissions, and barely anyone ever even noticed my art. I felt like I was doing everything all wrong, and no matter how hard I tried, I would never have a talent for it.

Cid, my fiance, refused to let me give up... so I didn't. He bought me a new tablet, and I fell in love with it. My old Intuos3 was starting to have some issues from being used so much, so it was retired. Still have it, though. It's been about 2 years or so since Cid got me my new tablet, and there was a huge jump in my self-esteem and talents. I've gone from kinda crappy cell-shaded line-art, to semi-realistic damn nice art (I.e: my signature of Ahmatti was done by me).

Yet... I sit down to do this one freaking commission... and no matter what I do, it just doesn't look/feel right! ARGH! It's driving me absolutely insane, and I have no idea what to do about it! I've scrapped and redone at least 4-5 different times, and it just still isn't looking/feeling right! [headdesk] I'm going to take a break, I think... and try it on an absolutely massive canvas. It seems I do much better on huge scales.

Kid+cryon+TV= A very unhappy mother.
Kid yelling up at people above us demanding that they answer her= A very unhappy mother.
BF putting raw steak on plate with cooked veggies= raw steak juice covered cooked veggies = one pissed off mother...
Computer making bad sounds and crashing off/on for past 2 weeks= pissed of mother...
A+B+C+D= A VERY PISSED OFF PERSON ATM...

need to take computer in after tuesday to hopefully get it fixed...to much stuff to do that requires this particular computer!!!

Sometimes, when I'm visiting my mother, I realise why I often don't like being here.

My sister just slammed the door in my mother's face because she was hoovering and it was 'too loud', she rolls her eyes whenever she's asked to do anything and after she was bought a new bag, she decided she didn't like it and demanded that I gave her mine because I'm not currently using it. And despite the fact she's meant to be on a diet, she took Pringles and muffins out of the cupboard that I bought with *my own money* and ate them saying that she just 'didn't care'. Now I've heard of bratty 15-year-olds but this is taking the cake a little. A little too much cake. Bitch is fat.

She also hogs my mother's attention when I'm around, I've mentioned this here before I'm sure. Whenever I'm back at my own house she apparently sits in her room 24/7 and ignores her.

Oh it's not that I'm worried about, my sister's still at school right now so we get all day together and I'm here for two weeks. It's just when she comes home... I can't stand bratty children. >.>

My cousins wife has been missing for 2 weeks (in the UK) and no one thought to tell the rest of the family...what the actual fuck! She left for work, phone them to say she wasn't coming in, got on a bus and poof! She was apparently seen in Skegness a week later on CCTV but my aunt in the UK only found out about all this yesdterday! My cousins brother who visited us last January and who I talk to on facebook didn't think he should friggin mention this!!?

I don't know if maybe they know why and won't say (sounds like she's had abit of a break down as its very out of character for her) but now the rest of the family are in worry overdrive cause we might of been able to do something sooner if someone had fricken told us! Families...
