Flight Rising Rant Thread

All I REALLY want from this year's NotN is a single nocturne scroll for a dream dragon of mine. No such luck so far. I saw them on the AH at the beginning of the week for 650g. I thought the price might drop, so I waited. That was a bad idea. I haven't seen them for under 1000g since until this morning when I saw one for 950g. I bought some gems, but the order was delayed and by the time I got them the prices jumped up to 1500g. HELL. Here's hoping the prices go down again or I somehow get lucky enough to find a chest with one in it...

Haven't gotten a single chest drop from Coli, gotten 1 from gathering, and 2 from Baldwin. That's been it for me, and I think all the familiars have been old ones that I've gotten (except for a mirror). Not a friendly event for stuff, especially since my Coli team sucks cause I never even touched the Coli til right before this event when I realized how badly Coli was used for it. Could at least up the chance from gathering, it's not like you can farm gathering. And because I suck at the Coli, I can't even gather up mats to use at Swip.

No, it's alright. I'm just venting more than anything. Between working on the holiday and such, I just needed to complain, heh.

I'd be happy with just one scroll... but all I'm getting right now is bears and a coliseum that won't load >_<

Bah i can feel i connect more and more with my older dragons and im beginning to like gen 1 dragons too (plague eyes pref offcourse ) ... and i mostly like them regened with glimmer and butterfly

This, I've been buying nocs off the ah. Not eggs, too expensive, but nocs others have hatched. Sorta takes the fun out of it though.

Hghghg I was really hoping for a scroll this year as well. I definitely don't feel like I found as many chests this event as the last. Not sure if that's just bad luck or if they changed the drop rates, but it really doesn't feel like as many, both from scavenging and coliseum. I hope the prices go down on the scrolls a little maybe, I might try to buy a scroll with gems if they go back around the 600g price. : x (Kicking myself for not buying one then too Ashaine, like you I assumed the prices would go down during the event as more people got them >.<)
