Personally I think it looks okayish on fae/spiral. But the rest look a bit awkward with the big open gap. I get why its there, it just looks off to me.

At least that'll be something I can instasell if I get any out of chests, yay treasure!

I've never really be all over apparel myself beyond the few things I happened to pick up that happened to look nice on some of my dragons, so the new stuff doesn't mean too much to me. I do feel along the same lines as most here and say the open back looks... odd.

While most of my hatchlings were unsurprisingly exalted I was surprised to see my brown/brown guardian not only get a good home but also seems to be a part of a double-colour collection, taking the spot of the double brown. They may only be named for their double colour but I'm actually quite proud of the little tyke :3

I hate apparel that cut threw where the wings are. Thats why I like these tunics. I mean how is a dragon to fly if there are holes in the webbing? Over time the hole gets bigger and they wont have a wing at all the fly with.

Animals can wear clothing, birds wings are just arms, it would of been nicer if they could of at least had it going down their back too. Leave the hole big enough to let the wing muscles on the shoulder flex properly and not interfere with the wings feathers. Most likely people put specially made clothing on birds and no doubt they can still fly just fine. Realistically maybe a little more harder to do with the extra weight but none of these dragons for their body size and weight in contrast to the size of their wings should realistically be able to fly anyways. It's not scientifically possible. I would choose pretty art before function for pretty pictures :< But I have seen a few people elsewhere say they like them too, so it seems to be half and half. I'm just saying that realism shouldn't be applied cause then things get weird

Well, I am at the point where I am going through dragons that I've bought, the ones in my friends lair, and now am headed to the coliseum to level them up for exalting. As well as some random hatchlings that just haven't sold. I knew it would happen eventually. I am just at the point where I can no-longer keep up with their eating demands...I hope while leveling up exalt dragons that I'll at least acquire some more food for the permanent dragons.

Guess its just time to experience the exalting aspect of the game now.

ugh poor Makoes

i lay awake last night thinking of what FR holds for me in the future.. i wanna gene up the dragons i got and then im not sure what i want.. i do want more dragons but lair expansion cost is holding me back..

i want a guardian couple (only one dragon short of that), a tundra couple, a fae couple and a mirror couple plus room to buy dragons from here which i like so i defo need more lair space.... and for my dragons to eat less..

i loove how my kids brain sometimes work.. she was out hunting for food with her dragons.. In the meat section the image of a mammuth turned up..

and then my clever daugther said : " Mom, shouldt a mammuth keep the dragons feed more then the butterfly the catched earlier? " she was very puzzled over the fact that the mammoth did not yield ALOT of meat for the dragons

I'm barely keeping up, and I mean just barely. I don't know how people can keep so many fed. This game seems to have a limit, and a pretty severe one, on advancement to larger lairs due to food. I use all my gathering to get food, and it's not really enough. I would like to be able to scavenge, but it's just not happening. If a person get x number of dragons and then can't advance because they're too hard to feed, what's the point of staying in the game?

i hope they change it..cause i think 50 is my limit with the food amount i got now

there is a really good post on the forum, mentioning that a dragon should be able to feed it self, its mate and their offspring by one gathering turn.. when you look at animals in the wild, they can usually do that

i think the more dragons you have, the more they should be able to gather more food

I'm nearing the 'not enough food' point myself. I spend almost all my turns on food and yet I'm still perpetually riding the red line of depletion. I guess they expect you to buy extra food off the AH? As if I need to spend my treasure on that kind of thing. x_x And I don't have as many dragons as a lot of people.

Nevermind the game likes to troll me by letting me waste a gathering turn on one mouse, or one spider. Repeatedly. Sometimes I'll get five turns in a row that each give me less than three items (often just one). My dragons must be really sucky foragers.

Nacht i only got alot of food cause i use ALL my turns on getting food.. every day.. i dont even want to think about what i´d do if i had 80 dragons!

I'm glad I've kept my lair at 2 pages, and the majority of my dragons can eat 1 food type. All the different dietary needs and constant gathering would drive me crazy x_x

I can only keep about 3-4 turns for doing anything besides food. Blah.

And I've also determined I have a 'spiral problem'.
So many spirals. Not enough lairspace. /whine

Random thought process; your avatar. What dragon do you have there and why?

I have Sylirrith... even though she's not the most "impressive" or "valuable" dragon in my lair. I like how her head overlays her red wing (which matches my plague banner) but also, there's just something about her face that reminds me so strongly of one of my cats, Tikaboo. Dragon sez: "Brrt!"

I actually can't wait to be at page 6. My next lair expansion is 300k. My food stocks usually stay at above 1000 most of the time. >.<

Yeah, I use most of my gathering turns on food. This is new, though; usually, because I was farming Coli a lot, I'd have plenty of food. But now that I'm spending my time doing other things, gathering it is. >.<

And my avatar dragon is Spirit- mostly because he's pretty, I'll be honest. I like how male spirals are positioned in the avatar space.

Currently I have Machaeryx there. He was my custom made progen and the only progen left, so as my first dragon he's pretty special to me.

i use Jill as my avatar cause she is my best dragon. I found her on ah as a mirror girl, bought her, turned her into a shiny wildclaw
