I'm not saying it was worthless...but I only make 7.25 and hr and my boss rarely schedules me as of late and college isn't exactly cheap...and massive debt isn't exactly ideal...I love Pokemon just as much as the next person, but sacrificing $40 for it is still a nice blow to my pocket. My bf has one of the games that's listed and he would have let me registered it to get one for free, so it sucks knowing I could have waited...what...4 months? and got it for free. I haven't gotten to play it as much either. Usually I've beaten the entire game and almost have them all by now, but I don't this time.

I'm sorry if my situation is difficult to understand. I get no financial aid cuz they say my parents can pay for my education when my parents are compulsive buyers and haven't saved a dime for me.

Yeah, I suppose it saves you money in the end up, but if you're anything like me you got a 3DS purely for Pokémon. Literally the week that X&Y was announced I rushed out to get the Pikachu 3DS XL that I'd had my eye on for a while, I finally had an excuse to buy it. And for months I never even used it. x'D But now I can't put it down, I'm addicted to Pokémon. But the story was... *cough*... pathetic. Imo it was the worst story of any generation so far. I couldn't wait for it to be over so I could get to breeding. The gameplay was far too easy as well, no one can deny that. So there's nothing that really makes me want to pick up a copy of Y to replay it through again. And I'm not buying another game I don't really want (though I have been considering Animal Crossing, my fiancé's told me I'd love it) for... a game I technically already have? I dunno, maybe I'm just one of the few that never really felt the need to own both versions.

I like love these guys. They stomp everything. I thought two normals would be hard to use but they're actually pretty amazing, especially Tombstone.

Huh...looks like I actually have one of the titles for that pokemon deal...going to see if it works when I get my other 3DS back, since I already have a DD of X on my main 3DS...If it works, I'll get Y on my other one and then I'll have 2 versions of each. Which means I'll need to pick a theme for the play though...hmmm...

That also reminds me that I need to write out my wonderlocke challenge to date before I go any further in that...

I need someone to confirm something for me since I can't remember exactly how this all works.

I'm trying to hatch a shiny Kabuto for my fiancé. He'd prefer it if it were still in the egg, so I'm saving with every new batch of eggs. But I've just remembered, 360 eggs in, that each person apparently has a 'shiny value'. So if I send an egg to him that hatches shiny in my game, it won't be shiny on his, will it? It's not a huge problem, I can just hatch it and send him it, but he'd prefer to have his trainer ID. And does anyone know if this also affects stats? Because he's been trying to breed me a perfect IV Eevee and I also would prefer it in the egg, but will the stats change if he sends it to me? I know this never happened in the older games cause I used to send myself eggs all the time but I know X & Y changed a few things up.

Sooo....my all time favourite shiny is a Shiny Rayquaza, and one haven't gotten yet. Got a random trade request last night...they put up a shiny rayquaza O.o!!! I tentatively put up the Victini I'd gotten the other day and...They traded!!!
It's adamant/likes to thrash about, looks to be EV trained in atk/spd, has Kalos championship ribbon, and shock ribbon, and arrived from the Hoenn region. Lv 71. Sooooo pretty!!!!
I think I'll add it to my shiny team.

I'm getting really excited about trying to do a Wonderlock Challenge on Y. ...But I'm DETERMINED to get a shiny Charmander first, because I want to break the rules slightly and keep a charmander. That way I can finally have a shiny mega charizard Y.

...But the stupid thing refuses to hatch. Must... get... shiny...

sdjfksfndjks my local GAME had Sylveon Collection boxes!! I couldn't believe it. :O I was going to get one back in December from Forbidden Planet but they ran out of stock before I could afford one and I never saw any for months... and today I walked into GAME and they were on this hidden weird little shelf thingy and aaaahhh I finally have one, so happy.

Edit: Wowwwww I pulled a Regigigas full art EX out of one of the packs. .___. That pretty much makes up for the price of the box once I've sold it, haha! I also got two holo cards which should go for a bit too as well as lovely Growlithe and Eevee cards from the Radiant Collection! I'm so very tempted to collect that set in English and Japanese, they're amazing cards. <3
