Awhile ago (when gir/hex was a big deal) I bought this gal.

Originally she was p. homely but I got her for comparatively cheap 'cause of her colors. I scattered her... and she's still kind of a train wreck. They're too far apart to throw decent babies reliably. I'd exalt her, but... I spent a scatter on her so I kinda don't wanna but she's also... still homely. And I don't know if I wanna waste another scatter on -just- a PC, who inherently don't sell. (I don't know why, I like them, but they don't.) I'd not stress about keeping her and just leave her... but I'm really short on lair space. Urgh. It just galls me to burn a dragon I spent 300g on, yaknow?

I LOOOVE fr; I really do.. its the game i spend the most time on.. But Ohh the economy makes me mad. Everytime someone make a post about it on fr it gets shot down by the " Economy is fine, its working as intended" squad.
The economy is NOT fine. The SERIOUSLY need to increase the way a player can earn treasure and gems. What they have now is NOT viable options for the majority... and yet no recognition of this ANYWHERE. No responsibility from the creators; no words on improvement.. nothing. IT saddens me and also makes me angry that the creators seams to care soo little for the majority of their players. I dont dare post this on fr because then the " Everything is fine; just do coliseum" ppl will kill the thread... Coliseum is BORING, takes FOREVER ... and the fairground games are boring too.. takes more than 2 hours to reach the 75k and a lair expansion is over 1 million thats 2 hours every day for more than 10 days.. thats not fair.. thats not fun...

Ohh and the "player decide the gem rate" attitude.. stop it.. take action. Make a ceiling so it does not go too high.. seriously .. siigh

I love pm's like that... it was a pm on fr because a post i made telling that I really feel that im clawing my way to survive, that the outlook on getting my sprite collection back is so ..just no. I complained that only ppl with old items csn make the real money.

Yeah don't let them get to you Tarn. You're an amazing wonderful person. And little teeny-bopper needs to move along. Sorry if that offends anyone but it REALLY REALLY bothers me when someone above lets say 9 or 10 doesn't use proper grammar. Using text speak (as I call it) is awful. I don't care if English is your first language or not you sure as Hades were not taught to talk like that. And. Respect your elders.
This may be wrong of me to say but I really don't feel someone under the age of 18 should even be playing FR let alone most games on the market.

Ugh. If you're going to offer to sell a dragon to someone via pm on a short term payment plan at least have the kindness to say you're looking at other offers That way a person doesn't get excited and hopes up only for you to go "sorry I accepted another offer".
Slight explanation. FR friend was selling the beloved. I offered short term payment plan. Friend said sorry can't do need money ASAP. I said no worries hugs.
Get a pm the next day (maybe later) from the buyer who had had buyers remorse. I didn't respond for almost a day because of having a migraine. Respond with apologies for delay and my offer. Get a response tonight and it's "sorry sold to someone else". I mean. Why offer the payment plan at all to turn and sell the dragon to someone else? Freaking ridiculous

Tarnfalk, you're a sweetheart and no one should talk to you like that. As for the weird demon lover, um...yeah. Just back slowly away. No sudden movements or anything. Aside from being creepy, they need to learn to speak/type like an adult. There are plenty of ESL speakers who sound perfectly fine, so even if that was the case, it would not be an excuse. I don't know how many times I've seen someone post something with the caveat "English isn't my first language so please forgive my mistakes". They then go on to write a perfectly lucid post. And theeeen, some native speaker comes along and replies with incomprehensible text-speak or just plain bad grammar and spelling. Anyway! Creepy demon-child can just go away.


And, looking at the Riot of Rot stuff, I am reminded I have a rant of my own. Sets. Freaking...sets. So, I started in January of this year. Which means I've missed ALOT. And the holiday apparel is always cool....but.....it's pieces of sets. The other pieces came out starting in like 2013, far before my time. The older ones cost massive amounts of gems. And so do the newer ones, for that matter. Most of them are forever out of my reach. So, while I may get a nice little unique bit of apparel from a festival, I ultimately can't use it since it goes with things that I will never have and just looks weird on it's own. I really hate that. They should NOT make sets that span years and leave new players out in the cold. Festival apparel should be stand alone each year. This is SO unfair.

As someone who has played since 2013, not all of the festival apparel is part of a set or even looks like it goes together sometimes.

That's for sure lol. I like sets, too, but I sold all my old festival rappel for gems and whatnot. Sometimes I kind of regret it. Hm.


I don't think I like the plague apparel for this year. Some thing about it feels off? I don't care about the plague aspect, it just seems weird.
