Yeah, the risk is definitely there. I've been trying to get my boyfriend to play too, though; so I was considering making the account with his email address and letting him try it out for a bit. Hopefully he'll get hooked. If not, I'll just take over it and not associate with my other account while I use it. Or maybe even just deactivate it. We'll see. XD

I'm curious to know if I'm breaking the rules with my boyfriend's account. He doesn't play unless I tell him to go feed the dragons or put them back on the AH (either lair). So they are both pretty much my lairs.

I assume it is like Neopets. If you are playing on someone elses account, even if they don't play it much, the rules are being broken.
However, it is difficult to prove that two people are using the same account. But there are ways!

A way they can tell is if you do things the same way on both accounts. Like.. You post the same way on each account. You log onto one after the other or if you go about your 'dailies' in the same style.
If they see these things, they have reason to ban both accounts.

I can understand using your boyfriends accounts if they don't really show much interest. It's one of those grey areas, I think.

Actually, you can get away with it. My bf has 2 accounts (not intentionally) and he hasn't gotten any beef about it. They're under two different emails and we play it off like it's a separate account. FR is nothing like Neopets in it's current state (coming from someone who's played it since it was released)

I know its not quite FR related but it is about a dragon...

I got a dragon puppet for an early birthday gift. I'll be turning 23 on Nov.3rd <3

If you want a picture I can take one but thats if some people want to see it. Its eyes remind me of the earth flight since it has brown eyes. I will name it sometime tonight too!

Yeah, that's definitely trackable and easy to bust someone in that manner. I could understand if you were very blatant about it, but if you just kept it low key, didn't talk about it to anyone on FR, really obvious things, etc.

Neon, Rockstar and now my Twilight Speckle. XD People offer to by dragons that I have no intention of selling. Why won't the buy the ones I AM selling instead?

Though I have to say, I'm kind of flattered XD Except I didn't breed any of those dragons. Ah well.

Yes, he's breaking the rules. We know that. But, we don't talk about it as being his side account on FR. We're pretty low key about it, etc. I never said it wasn't against the rules. I just said you could get away with it

Let's not bring up little nit-picky things like this here and make big deals out of them.

I'm sure there's quite a few people running multiple accounts and I'm sure lots of people know each other's logins, especially if they live together. This doesn't need to be brought up here and should be taken to PMs.

I'm sorry. I just did not want to see people under the impression that they could do these things without risk of losing everything they spent so long on (or real money on.)
I wont bring it up any further. It was just my attempt to keep people from heartbreak.
