Exactly. :( And I'm really happy he's not hurting anymore, that he can actually do stuff like move without cringing all the time but it's hard to be happy about it when he's all 'I'M TOTALLY READY TO BECOME A STONER LOL'. Still, that would be irritating to me and I don't have the issues with it you do. Feeling that high all the time is not something to be happy about like that; rather it's a problematic side-effect, because being high all the time is not living.
I'm fairly sure it's just the fact that he's taking a new medication. My antidepressants did the same thing the first few times. If it keeps up for too long I might suggest another medication, but the odds of him listening to me on this particular topic are kinda low. :/
