Oooooh so close! What'll be #100?

No idea to be honest... I just got my 99th mount (the Black War Elekk) and looking through the list of available mounts I'm still missing.. If I want to hit 100 today, I'd have to either get really lucky with a Tiger or Ravenlord dropping, or talk Congafury into doing the Dark Talbuks today. XD

Edit: Or get 120 more Emblems for the Wooly Mammoth. :P

So, yesterday I found out that my paladin, Misty, had WAY better RNG luck than Veph.

On a whim I decided to go to Swamp of Sorrows and do some grinding for the Emerald Whelpling (been after that one for years, literally). Within 15 minutes it drops. I was in shock. Vephriel is notorious for having the worst luck I have ever seen on drops, rolls, you name it.

I'm definitely of the opinion that individual characters have their own RNG luck, so from now on Misty is my grinding person. xD

With luck, I was signed up for a weekly/3D Sarth run. Since I'm not a core raider, I would've had to wait to roll for the drake (Out of fairness. Not exactly nice to breeze in and roll on my second time in there while others had been waiting for so long.)


However, the last person who needed it passed, meaning the black drake was now mine.So I'm now a proud owner of a black drake, who I'm still working on a name for. But I love him. So much. x3

So today I did some serious grinding on Silinrul, and got her Wintersaber rep to....

Honored.

Sigh.

But that's a start right! I found a time when nobody was in winterspring but me (and a few lowbies that I never actually saw), so I didn't have to compete with anyone for mobs, which was nice.

So today I was in the mood to do some heroics on my hunter (though I don't really need badges anymore) and thought to myself "wouldn't it be nice to get Occulus so I'd have a shot at the blue drake mount?" - guess what happend: Not only did I get Occulus, I also got a group that didn't suck, nobody left and everyone knew what to do, and in the end I got the Blue Drake from the chest. It was almost frightening.

So, looks like I won the WoW-lottery today.

I. Got. My. Mage. To. NORTHREND.

I GOT MY FIRST CASTER EVER TO *NORTHREND!!!*

I cannot tell you how psyched I am about this! When I originally rolled this mage I figured it'd be the usual altoholic run. Play him for a week or two, get to level 20, and taper off. Delete him a few months later when I realized I never, ever played him anymore. I've always been notoriously bad with casters, I've never been able to get into them.

Then on a whim I decided to push him to 35 just so I could train the next level of Enchanting, and a few guildies gave me tips on a better spec for a leveling mage. And suddenly, BAM, leveling my mage was FUN. I was ENJOYING it! And now, now he's in NORTHREND, SQUEEEE!
