He can spawn back-to-back within 12 hours - this happened recently on my server. My guildie picked him up on NPC Scan whilst mining (he was already engaged) at 5pm one day, then again at 5.15am 12 hours later.

GL! COME ON AEONAXX! SPAWN DAMN YOU WHILST POOR NILI IS THERE! x_x
