The saddest part is that hes even more ripped and bigger than his dad Grom was, and he was hopped up on demon blood... So that makes me think, who the hell was Garrosh's mom? An ogre?

Hmm, if they retcon him into being a half-ogre like Rexxar, that could be interesting. But I don't think that was their intention when they made him look so... un-Orcish.

There are female Ogres, we just haven't seen any ingame. There are references to them, regardless.
