OMG no way we are getting our stags to tame as hunter pets? this is so sweet now all I am hoping for is we can tame at 90 since my hunter is 90 and I want to boost one I made for my girlfriend to 90 though with this great news I may just buy the xpac true there are a lot I don't like right now but things can change and I heard we will get flying at level cap or 6.1.

Still hopeful that stags will get added as a family though! But in the meantime, I need to go browse clefthoof models. Might have to go and snag one of those next xpac as well.

Wolf I was stuck at level 70 for years with NO XPACK beyond Bc and I was still able to tame new families and models as they came out. they just have to appear in a zone attached to one of the xpacks you own and they have to be the same or lower level than you. As a 90 hunter without wod you just wont be able to go into any of the new zones or level up any higher thank 90. so anything level 90 or lower in vanilla, bc, lk, cata and mop you can tame. so you will have lots of choices.

Some believe it was to show off the unfinished Night Elf male and some that he had a stag pet. Given his history of pics on Twitter I suspect the latter. But either way I don't believe stags were 100% confirmed, just suggested as likely.

If Stags can be tamed, I want a Gazelle. Gazelle Fawn is my favorite "stag" battle pet, but if I can have one as a proper pet, I'll gladly use it.

I just wish we could carry more than 5 pets at a time. My 5 pet team so far looks to be Chimaeron, Teroclaw Chick, Chromaggus, Banthar, and the Drakkari Raptor Mount. Why does this expansion spoil hunters so much? It ain't fair!
