“Looks like I can be of some use after all. I’ve had a lot of experience fighting the undead, so I can watch your backs while you look.”

Azunara nodded, "Great!" She said, and nudged her nightsaber. It growled in protest, but with that, she began leading a path north.

Indigosa--Icecrown
Indi nudged Khaz after Azu. "I'll forefront any attacks we take, it's sorta...what I'm built for," she said shyly.

[Raydex-of-the-dawn]

Deadlock-Icecrown

"I'll kill them, too. Raydex can shoot. Dormi can...er...run really fast."

Azunara nodded, "Great. And we've got numbers, so hopefully the undead will leave us be. Hopefully."

Decay finished preparing, and started waiting for the other group to move away.

Alarial--Icecrown

Alarial studied Decay as the death knight prepared for her and Kozri's training. Judging from the previous attempt at training, Alarial felt comfortable that Kozri would be the only one who would need her healing powers. She didn't think Decay would take too many injuries, which would be good since her healing hurt the undead elf.

Indigosa--Icecrown

Indi nodded to the others. "Let us move swiftly so that we might attract less attention," she said, wanting to get further away from the abandoned Cult building that Decay and Kozri would be using.

"Got it," She said, and nudging the nightsaber, which hissed darkly, made her way to the Valley of Forgotten Heroes. Seemed like a good place to start.

Despite it being unoccupied, Kozri felt uneasy. Then again, most of Icecrown made him uneasy. It was a horrible place in the Lich King's time, and even now it was still a rather foreboding, ominous place. He sighed, trying to focus.

Decay - CotD building - Warehouse

"I think they're far enough... Ready?"

Taking a few steps back, he looked around warily before allowing his disguise to fade. Taking his natural form, he flared his wings briefly, stretching them, before tucking them in close. He shifted into a fighting stance, watching Decay. Without warning, he darted forward, slashing with his claws to try and distract her, then snapping his jaws. It was a rather quick attack, though, and he hurriedly fell back a few steps to give himself space. If it connected at all, it wouldn't have done much. Just catch her off-guard.

Decay was taken by the surprise attack, getting knocked to the ground by the slash. She flinched as Kozri's jaws snapped shut mere centimeters in front of her face. She got up. "Good!", she exclaimed triumphantly. "I see there's nothing wrong with your vision in darkness."

(( Right, it's very dark. Decay can see pretty well since she's undead, Kozri is a dragon, and Alarial is a nelf, who are nocturnal. I'll have to think of a way for Saturo and Faron to be able to see... ))

Kozri didn't reply, not wanting to lose his focus. He had size advantage, but she had speed advantage, and that made her rather dangerous. Not paying attention would get him hurt, so he lashed his tail, getting ready to dodge whatever attack she'd throw at him.

Decay smirked at the drake, and looked over the battlefield, memorizing it. She then closed her eyes. By hiding the blue glow from them, she would be practically invisible in a dark environment like this. Anyone would have trouble seeing her now. It was pretty similar to what rogues like Korwen do, but much more limited.

She began walking around Kozri, to get behind him. The sounds of bone against plate armor, and plate armor against the ground was pretty audible, but she walked as softly as she could, and hopefully the echoes would make it difficult to locate her. She just had to hope Kozri didn't move, the only guideline she had was what she remembered.

The drake cursed, trying to remember what to do. He lashed his tail, sweeping his claws out in front of him. Normally, he would take to the air and scent his opponent out. Then again, most people he fought weren't as well equipped to take care of dragons. He opted to keep moving. After all, he knew it was a pain to chase down a foe that was moving, while trying to stay quiet.

Decay could hear the drake moving. Good. He wouldn't be able to hear her, but it also left a problem. Where exactly was he? "I can't open my eyes... That will give my position away...", she thought, a bit angrily. Ah well, she's just have to listen her way to him.

((Decay should be easy to sniff out. Corpses smell.))

((Just didn't want to make it easy for Kozri. In all senses, Decay has the advantage. She has stealth, speed, and skill. He's got size, which really doesn't help him much, because if he uses force against her, he's toast. So I'm just making him sweat. xD))

Kozri hoped she was far away enough for him to sniff her out, trying to pick out the smell of rot from...the smell of rot. This place smelled like death, and snow, and corpses and mold. Not very easy to pick out the death knight's scent in all of it. After a moment though, he thought he located it, off to his left flank. He carefully took a few steps, trying to get a bit closer, before snaking out with his tail to trip her up.

Decay didn't notice Kozri moving, and tripped over the tail, falling to the ground with a loud clonk. "Okay, you clearly have the advantage in a dark environment.", she said, a bit angrily.

"But in any other case, you've got the advantage. Besides, how likely is it I'll be fighting anyone in this dark an environment?" He replied, and knowing her general location, moved away from it. As far as he could tell, as long as he had the space and time to react, he could defend himself well enough. Too close though and he was in trouble.

Alarial--CotD Building

Alarial watched the drake and death knight closely. They almost seemed to be dancing with one another in the dark building. She thanked Elune for her gifted night vision that would allow her to see and heal injuries more easily. She remained silent, not wanting to interrupt their concentration--she felt honored to even be watching such a spectacle.

Decay CotD building

Decay got up, and holstered her runeswords, taking the ropes instead. "Let's try this then.", she said, and swung the rope up, before leaping up, gripping the rope, and hooping it around her foot. The hoop was strong, but she would easily be able to get loose.

Random cultist

There. The boxes. Just where his master had said they were. He grabbed two of the boxes, and lifted them up, and started to walk towards the exit. The wooden boxes shook slightly. Whatever was in them seemed rather alive...
