I reblog FNAF stuff on my tumblr, but I dare not venture anywhere near that damn fandom. The only reason I'm remotely interested in it is because of Markiplier.
I do like the games, because they bring a new element to the horror aspect (sitting in one spot and having to just wait there terrified until the danger shows up) but that fandom is honestly... ugh.


(Then again, what fandom doesn't have its shitty side?)

The games are great, I agree Alex. The idea of it is genius. Then the weird fans swarmed in. I sound like a hypocrite, as I'm in the fandom, but I'll say it now I don't approve of any shippings. They're children, robots and killers. They don't get sexualised in any way by me, that's disgusting. The genders annoy me as well...the genders are on the wiki. (Mangle is iffy, but I'm putting my money on him being male. He's simply in a kid friendly design, like all of them. Toy Chica isn't kid friendly though...Scott didn't think her through.) Aside from the Marrionette. I don't know that things gender. I don't want to know. It is just disturbing. I like the mystery and story behind it all, not the fanfics and the shippings. >_>

Give it a few years, and most people will hate FNaF. The fans who demand more will drain it completely, and it's bye bye until the next indie horror game pops up.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the shipping either :/ mostly because it's the ghosts of children in the animatronics and.... people immediately sexualize the fuck outta them... >< I always saw Mangle as a she, but that might just be because of the design; at this point, I'd rather just go the middle route and say Mangle is androgynous and a "they" instead of pinning them with a gender (but that's just me).

I wonder if you actually told people who shipped them what was in the suits they'd still do it...probably, because it "isn't cannon" in their shipping or something. No. There's still children souls in there, and probably some flesh left over, to be more grim. @-@ I did think he was, due to the lipstick he's got and the fact he has a bow (or bow tie, depending on how you look at it) so I see why he's sometimes seen as female. The middle route is the best one. Maybe even refer to them as an 'it' or something. But the "they" idea will stop people blowing up at you about what you see as Mangle's gender.

Mangle I'm sure was confirmed an it, people based it I think off of what 'Phone Guy' said (which people ship themselves with, literally drawing a man with a TELEPHONE HEAD.) Some people think Mangle is like a clown of sorts 'cause of the makeup, but I dunno. I just like to think of it as, well an it. The only one I'm a somewhat neutral fan of is Mangle and Foxy, simply because I like fox's, and I think their designs are just lovely. The way Mangle 'moves', and how fluently Foxy runs and lunges in the first two games are basically what makes me a fan. I just wish people wouldn't ship them with themselves, eachother, the Purple guy, the phone guy, I could go on and on..*flops*

People who like/ship other characters/ship themselves with Purple Guy irritate me, mostly because they blow off the fact that he's a literal child murderer what the fuck is wrong with people.

There was no confirmation on what gender Mangle was. Unless it's from the creator itself, it's not confirmed. You can still think of Mangle as an it, however. I think of Mangle as a She. Some think Mangle is a he. I ship Mangle and Foxy too. And to some extent Mangle with Springtrap(mostly due to a Springtrap rper I ran into that's amazing). I also RP Mangle as a lady and even have my own story for her since the games never really gave any to her(I've gotten lots of compliments on it too so I'm pretty proud of it). I run a Mangle fanpage on Facebook too. I guess I must be one of those weird fans for enjoying something.

I really don't understand why people get so uppity when others ship stuff. Let them be. Let them ship what they want. Everyone has ships or has at one point. Long as they're not deeming it canon(unless it actually is) then no harm, no foul. Granted, people shipping their RL selves with Purple Guy is....creepy. You don't have to like it or support their ship, but ships happen. Nothing weird or wrong about it, imho.

Also for the record, FNAF is ending at 4 unless the creator changes his mind.

So since we're ranting about ships.....I hate yaoi fangirls that ship every dude with each other in any and all animes. They're not weird for doing it, but it's goddamn annoying. However, they're free to do what they want.

I saw the new Funko Pop Fallout figures and they are okay looking. The Deathclaw looks a bit bummy. I’m always on the fence about them becuase they never can stand well XD

This is just stupid. Tomorrow I go out to relatives/a resteraunt for my brothers graduation. Wooo...I would be happy-ish, but of course, this weird throat problem is still here, and now I can't pop my ears/breathe from one nostril (gross huh? XD) I am taking Nasacort at night, Wal-zyr in the morning. My dad thinks I'm just taking the wrong meds, they won't take me to the doctor to get a REAL analysis, though :/

We also have ants, and he blamed it entirely on me, despite everything he pointed to and claimed it was dirty, even though I thoroughly cleaned everything that was mine. He says I'm a hoarder. LOL. Okay, I'm not the one with tons and tons of shit in the garage, a car in progress my brother isn't even going to use since our grandmother is giving him her old one, and I don't hold on to random little trinkets, so. The most annoying thing he does, is shake his head after yelling at us, or speak sarcastically and chuckle when we say we KNOW something that happened, what is right, etc. He just loves being right, and when he's wrong, he pouts like a pathetic child.


I'm still just, so frickin' done with him. On the bright side, despite me saving up, he offered to buy a new Ipad mini I've been wanting, for school and fun purpose, since my old-geezer Ipad can't even look up videos/load properly anymore XD

Also...does anyone have that Ipad keyboard thing? I wanted to get that for notes on the new one..I don't know if they exist for Ipad Mini 2 though..

Depression is hitting me hard. When I had a small burst of energy to do something I decided to do my laundry. Found out my roommate used up the last of the laundry detergent and didn't get any more which made me break down into tears. All I want to do is sleep now. I've only been up for an hour and already I feel like need to take a nap.

Logged into my emails this morning and found my inbox completely empty. I NEVER completely clear out my inbox. There were messages in there that I wanted to keep hold of for various reasons. My Spam and Deleted folders were empty too. I always keep those clear but that means there was nothing to restore either. Needless to say I've changed my password and updated security but jeez that was concerning.
