So I am still hunting for shiny Vulpix. Today I sent a ton of them across wonder trade. But... I figured out I really need a shiny Goodra. Really bad. I really want one. And a shiny Audino. D: /sigh. I still have never hatched a shiny myself. The only shiny I got lucky and found was Sandslash for my boyfriend because it's his favorite Pokemon.

Someone wonder traded me a shiny Jolteon who is also timid once, I often wonder if that was a mistake on their part. But Jolteon is the only shiny Ive ever seen

Caught it in my black version back when I was audino chaining for exp. Apparently she kept her nickname in the transport. "Sooth"

Edit--actually, anyone know any good movesets and natures for Zoroark and/or Mightyena? Ninetails I got figured out as a special attacker but I'm not sure on which dark type I'd like to use. I love mightyena (and am trying to get hold of one so I can hatch a shiny male one) but Zoroark seems better as, here I guess, he can take one of two hits better than Mightyena.

Ah Zoroark. I've max leveled 2 of them. It usually takes more than one hits to take him down so I run Nasty Plot. Use that then he can steamroll. He can also have a nice variety of moves which makes him easier to fit into teams as he can fill many small niches you may require.

Mightyena. I have yet to max mine but Moxie with Play Rough, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang and Crunch or Sucker Punch? She's is beautifully powerful. I never thought a Mightyena could be so stunningly strong until I leveled her.

All in all, both can be great choices in my opinion. Probably my favorite dark types to use. I'd probably make a decision on what you're looking for. An Attacker or a Sp. Attacker? Do you want to have a Pokemon who's more fluid like a Zoroark? or are you fine with having a strict move set like Mighyena?

Ahh thanks Jurz! I was thinking special attacker for zoroark, looking as it's base 130 (I think) or around that area. Mightyena? Physical. After all, I'll be adding a Ninetales (are you guys proud of me for spelling it right? ) who generally is a special attacker.

And Falcon, that'd be wonderful if you could grab me a Mightyena with moxie (or a Poochyena with rattled), thank you! Take your time tho, I wouldn't want to rush you

So...for this team there will be--
Zoroark (special attacker)
Mightyena (physical attacker)
Ninetales (special attacker)
Sylveon (special wall, and a counter to any fighting types that try to wreck havoc)
Milotic? (The one I've got was a physical wall but ended up being more of a special wall. An all rounder)
6th member? Nidoking? I've got one as a physcial attacker (sheer force+life orb+moves that get boosted by sheer force) but I love Scizor! He'd also a physical attacker and bullet punch wrecks lives. And fairy types

This will change, evidently, but it's just a basic outline. 2 dark types in one team isn't the best way to go, but you gotta spread that dark type love. And Umbreon. But he'd be my 3rd dark type. That's a ridiculous fairy and fighting weakness. Not good. Not good...

No one has any idea what this could mean. Could it be that fighting game we saw a tiny glimpse of a while ago? A new Pokemon Stadium? Pokemon Snap 2?

Those are all suggestions I've seen and I honestly feel it'll be something completely different, whatever it is. A lot of people are speculating right now but I have no idea what to think.

I'm intrigued, and it would be so awesome if it was more on Pokken Fighters, I've been waiting on more info for that one since it was first mentioned. A new Pokemon Stadium would also be great, especially if they went back to the formula of the first two and included a bunch of mini-games! I absolutely loved all those mini-games from the first two Stadium games, so the lack of them in Battle Revolution made me like that title less.

And, Kayro, I'll let you know when I'm able to breed a Poochyena with Rattled for you. :3

Edit-- I see you've got shiny venonat on hold. Just wondering, curiosity won't be ignored, if you've got a name selected for your shiny venonat? I'm nosy, I'll admit it. I like name my shinies, and I find it interesting to see what others call theirs. Or...I'll go back to my earlier excuse of being nosy.

Nah, you're not being nosy at all. If it's male, it'll be named Battra, if female, it'll be named Lora. I'm kind of doing a kaiju movie theme with some of my shinies.

As for your Poochyena, would you like a male or a female?

Chimera: I've got three more Adamant Poochyena puppies, two female and one male, who all have Rattled. So, if you don't want the mother (since her nature is Hardy), you're perfectly welcome to one of the puppies instead. ^_^

So I was playing through SoulSilver so I can transfer Pokemon from my Emerald to my White 2 and I decided I wanted to try an all water team so I restarted. I would have gone all fire or electric, but there's so few of those types in Gen 2 games and not exactly easy to get evolutionary stones early on so I went with water. Doing this makes me think back to my Shiny Horsea. She was my first shiny (not including the ones I got in Crystal but I don't count them for personal reasons) and I never got to fully evolve her cuz my lil bro deleted the game :'( I decided to look up Shiny Kingdra and errmergerd! She would have been flawless! Oh well. I'm thinking my team will be Feraligatr (cuz he's awesome and my starter), Azumarill (for personal reasons), Octillary (dat move pool), Lanturn (cuz opposing Gyaradoses annoy me), Quagsire (need someone to glomp those electric types), and Golduck (mostly cuz the fighting gym irritates me so Ima CONFUSE DEM B******!)

Surprise in the mail today. Ordered these on Tuesday when I came home from a bad day at work. (I went to work to immediately find my favorite kitten dead from surgery the previous day. He never woke up from the anesthesia... I was VERY upset and bawled my eyes out.) They said the earliest would be Monday for delivery. Well, they came today. So after a very emotional week of work where I not only found my favorite guy dead, I found another of our kittens in his cage dead on the following day.. I got my "cheer myself up by spending money on myself" item. I wanted to just go hog wild and blow a bunch of money, but I'm saving up to move cross country and move in with my boyfriend. Plus, when I was at the Nintendo Store I did say, "I just want the figures!" when I saw the boxes.

Anywho, enough of the pity party which was not my intent. I ordered the Charizard X and Y figures that come in the card box sets that are 20$ a piece. How much did I pay? 8.95 with free shipping. US seller, too.. so I'm hoping they are real. They're pretty nice size and not bad in detail. They're bigger than my Zoroark figure I got at the Nintendo World Store. I really like the pose on the Charizard Y. X is just kind of.. typical? I like them both and was really happy I managed to find an auction of the two of them together.
