The rhino snorted, satisfied that the cat was a safe distance away. Now the druid could get back to the important things...Like scratching him.


Myriana - Zangarmarsh

Myri smiled back at Thren, unable to keep herself from doing so. She was obviously over-reacting to his statement about joining the family. There was no possible way that he meant that she had to make a decision such as that right now. Right? Obviously she was overtired and not thinking clearly. The huntress decided to let the matter drop. Instead, she contented herself with enjoying Thren's company, reaching out and briefly giving his hand a squeeze. She dropped it again as Telredor came into view, unsure of how to act about such things in public.

Swift walked next to Tirrae, looking pointedly at their huntress and Thren, before grinning at the warpstalker.

Threnaad, Zaruuk and Inaara - Telredor

Thrneaad had to stop himself from grinning like a delirious moron as Myri's hand slipped into his. Yes, still needed to sink in a little. He was a little perplexed when she dropped it though. Well, he guessed he wasn't the only one who was still a bit nervous about this whole thing then. Familiarity comes with time, or something like that. He didn't know.
He rode up the elevator, only to find Zaruuk sitting on the ground with Ina, listening as the young priestess talked.
"-and then she went and told off that big bull man guy for being so clumsy! He was very sorry though, and helped clean up all the books and broken bits of stuff. Was really nice after that, he baked us a pie! Have you seen many of the... the... traulen Uncle Zar?"
"Tauren." Zaruuk replied. "And I cannot say that I have. I met the one while I worked as a mercenary, she was able to turn into a great big bear. Oh, welcome back." The mage looked up to nod at Myri, Thren and the animals. He wondered if they were going to start making their way to dalaran, or if they were going to rest up here.

Myriana - Telredor/Dalaran

Myri grinned tiredly at Inaara and Zaruuk, holding up her weapons. "Well, we found Tirrae and my weapons. I am thinking we should get to Dalaran as soon as we can to meet up with the others. We'll be able to rest when we get there..." she trailed off and gave Zaruuk a concerned look. "Unless of course, you need to rest up before making a portal." she finished rather uncertainly. If he ca n still make portals she thought silently to herself.

Zaruuk, Threnaad and Inaara - Telredor

"I think I can manage a portal." Zaruuk answered, standing up and digging though his belt pouch to grab a Dalaran runestone. "When you are ready."
"Leaving so soon?" Ina said, a little crestfallen.
"Do not worry, we will be sure to come back and visit soon." Thren grinned down to Ina. "I promise."

Little Mouse and Moony - Dalaran

Little Mouse finished wandering around the pet store and the luxurious stable area, and instead walked outside to check on Moony. Finding him glaring intently and stubbornly at the rhino, she sighed. "Moony-" he turned around and started glaring at her now. "Calm down." she put a hand on his back, and he finally gave in and stopped giving people The Eye. With a snort he wiggled out from under her hand and over to the doorstep of the pet shop, laying down to nap in the sun. Little Mouse stifled a chuckle at her grumpy cat. What had gotten into him?

Turning towards the rhino and the druid- she was sure that was a druid, it couldn't be anything else, could it?- Little Mouse apologized with a laugh. "He's rather touchy right now, we've had a long journey and I think the gryphon we rode on got on his nerves. Don't mind him."

Moony growled silently to himself. He was tired and he wanted everyone to leave him alone so he could nap. Turning away from the group, he curled up in a ray of sunlight.

The bronze devilsaur lifted his head from his dinner and roared, urging the adventurers in Outlands to make their way to Dalaran

Myriana, Swift, and Floyd - Dalaran

Myri stepped into Dalaran and looked around. It felt good to be back here. She stood aside and waited for Thren and everyone else to step through. Then they would be able to go and see if anyone else had made it back or if they were the first to arrive. And of course visit Floyd. She would rather go straight to the inn and right up to bed so she could sleep for a week or so, but sometimes you had to do what you had to do. And besides, Floyd would never forgive her if she did that. Thinking of the rhino made her feel his happiness that she was near...she immediately told him to stay put. She was sure someone would get hurt in his mad dash to say hello to her.

Floyd raised his head and gave a rumble of excitement when he realized Myri was nearby. He stayed put at her request though. Besides, he could be patient so long as the druid kept scratching him.

Swift looked around and grinned. He bet there were all sorts of places he could explore here.

Willowe--Dalaran

The druid had kicked one of her paws softly when she was prodded, but otherwise stayed asleep. She mumbled something incoherent to Little Mouse, not having really heard the hunter, and continued to scratch Floyd from where she slept.

Decay - Camp Outskirts

As they reached the outskirts of the camp, Decay handed Rose the potions she had mixed up on the way over. She took a quick look over the camp with her binoculars, and upon noticing Batlek with her swords, let out a swear. "When you shake them, you have ten seconds until they explode.", she explained, trying to think of a way to get rid of Batlek. "If you could hit the troll with one of them it would be great, but don't risk your life with it."

She prepared herself for a mad dash through the camp, knowing full well the risk of it all.

Dalaran

Koz figured the door step was a reasonably safe spot to be, sticking near there and watching Willowe and Floyd. He looked up as Little Mouse and Moony walked by, blinking as the rhino startled Moony. It figured. If it didn't eat him, it ate cats.

Karzix and Glix - Razor Hill

Karzix absently followed Glix as she made her way to the Razor Hill barracks, still warily eyeing the potion Decay had given him. Because clearly, don't drink = it's poisonous and/or deadly = if he spills any on himself it would probably burn his skin off or worse. He gave a start as he bumped into Glix, too preoccupied with worrying over the mysterious substance to realize she had stopped. Glix turned and gave him an odd look as he clutched the vial, looking it over to make sure that there were no cracks. She shook her head and turned back around, peering in the large room around the corner.
"Now, let's see... let's find ourselves a first aid trainer or a healer that knows how to deal with poisons."

Zaruuk and Threnaad - Dalaran

Zaruuk stepped out of the portal and staggered over to a wall to lean against, waiting for the world to stop spinning around him. A good thing his Man'ari side wasn't able to cure him of this damned vertigo, he would have been sorely tempted to give in again if it could have. He moved his way outside and towards one of the many benches and chairs to sit down and rest for a moment.

Threnaad blinked as he emerged into Dalaran, covering his eyes with an upraised arm. It felt strange emerging from the dark and murky atmosphere of Zangarmarsh into the bright city of.... what did Myri and Zar call it? Dal-meringue? Dal-or-and? The broken curiously walked outside, looking around the pristinely clean streets. He stared in amazement as an enchanted broom swept past him. Now that was a neat idea! Why hadn't the draenei thought of that? His eyes brightened like those of little kid in a candy store as he excitedly began to wander about, gawking at every tiny little thing.

Myriana, and Swift - Dalaran

Myri had to suppress a smile at the wondrous look on Threnaad's face. She took the broken's arm to try and lead him in the direction of the inn and Floyd, telling him "Dalaran is a floating city - you can see for miles on the clearest days. Right now we are floating above Crystalsong Forest. It is so beautiful and quiet. I think it is my favorite place in all of Northrend..." she rambled on excitedly. Myri hadn't realized how much she missed the city until now, and it dawned on the huntress that if she could call anyplace home, it would be here.

Swift went to investigate one of the animated brooms, only to have it start sweeping him. The fox gave a startled yelp and took off in the direction his huntress had taken. He didn't like those brooms one bit.

Threnaad - Dalaran

The broken smiled, glad to see the huntress looking so engaged and excited. He allowed her to wheel him though the streets, enjoying himself and the sights around him. Then, suddenly, he stopped in his tracks and raised up one arm, as if to call for a halt. Or to ask a question.
"Wait, hold it." He said. "Uh, I need to make sure I heard you right. This is a floating city? As in, in the sky? Unless Crystalsong Forest is a really badly named coral reef."

Rosaliah--Razor Hill

Rose nodded to Decay. As she accepted the potions, she turned nearly invisible and started making her way closer to the camp. Nearing its edge, the hunter began shaking one vial up and then threw it as far as she could to the opposite side of the camp. Switching position, she shook and threw another one in Batlek's direction. The hunter changed her position again, crouching down behind some rock outcroppings and awaiting Decay before she threw another vial.

Myriana and Swift - Dalaran

Myri was thrown a bit off balance when Thren stopped, but quickly recovered. She had to smile at the disbelieving look on his face. "I think it is best to see it for yourself, rather than trying to explain it." she told him. Floyd could wait. With that she lead Thren to Krasus's Landing and the Flight Master there. She turned to the broken "Do you want your own gryphon, or would you rather fly with me?" she asked him, rather hoping he would choose to fly with her.

Little Mouse and Moony - Dalaran

Little Mouse stopped as she heard the mumbling from the druid. Realizing she was asleep, Little Mouse shrugged and backed away towards Moony. "Come on Moony, we still have a lot of places to visit."

Moony didn't budge, and flicked his ear with annoyance. He didn't want to move. He had a nice place by the stairs here and he wasn't about to give it up.

Little Mouse sighed and sat on the step. "Well only for a moment." she relented, too tired from their trip to have to effort to carry him, the big lump. Eyes drifting around, they settled for a moment on the human who was standing on the doorstep. "I almost swear I've seen you before, but..." she shook her head. "Maybe not, I do meet a lot of people from time to time."

Threnaad - Dalaran

Thrneaad looked a little puzzled and excited as he was lead through the streets of this apparently floating city. What was she planning? He felt buffeting wind wash against his face and ruffle his clothes as soon as he arrived at the circular landing platform He watched wide eyed, marvelling at the visitors flying in on various aerial creatures and contraptions. Everything from gryphons to wind riders to gyrocopters. There was even a magic carpet, although he had to wonder at the logic behind creating *that* to fly around on. Carpets weren't really know for their aerodynamics, last time he heard. He turned to Myri as she spoke to him. Wait. They were going flying? On a Gryphon?
"Uh, I have never been flying before." He admitted, unsure whether to be excited or nervous. "So I will ride with you, and not just because I fear I will fall to my death if I take my own mount." He smiled at his lame attempt at a joke.

Myriana - Dalaran

"You have not been flying before?" for some reason the huntress was surprised. "Well! There is a first time for everything! I think you will enjoy flying." She gave Thren a reassuring smile as a the flight master handed her the reins to a gryphon. The huntress mounted the beast and settled herself before reaching her hand down to the Shaman to help him aboard. "You ready?" she asked him?

Threnaad - Dalaran

"Well, not unless travelling though the Twisting Nether on a great big crystalline ship counts." He replied as he moved over to the beast, trying to mount up and get himself settled on the saddle. It was far from a graceful sight as he struggled to get his stiff joints to obey him. Finally, he sat behind Myri, his feet securely strapped in. He was a little unsure as to what to expect really.
"Right, ready as I will ever be!" He nodded, preparing himself.

Myriana and Swift - Dalaran

Myri considered that for a moment before stating "No, that does not count." With that, the huntress told Thren to "Hang on!" before kicking their mount into a gallop and, with a snap of its wings, they were airborne. The huntress banked the gryphon to the left, flying around the city. "See what mean?" Myri called back to the Shaman, her ponytail whipping her face.

Normally the fox would have been upset that his huntress had gone flying without him, but he was to pre-occupied with exploring the city. The fox trotted off, trying to see what mischief he could get into while his huntress was away.
