Little Mouse and Moony - Dalaran

Little Mouse stepped back in surprise as the rhino inhaled the blazing fox. With wide eyes she watched the draenei order him to breathe out, which he did, sending the fox tumbling into... Threnaad, wasn't it? A wide grin grew on Little Mouse's face at the scene. "Well, let's just hope Floyd never uses his powers for evil." she laughed.

Moony flicked his ears at the creature that was now a human...thing, to show he greeted it as well. He lay on the steps with his head resting in between his paws, abnormally tired.

Willowe--Dalaran

Chuckling, Willowe gave Floyd a few parting scratches before heading into the inn and ordering a room and from the innkeeper. She then went upstairs and waited for the bath to be assembled, having totally forgotten her many bald patches of fur.

Little Mouse - Dalaran

Little Mouse decided it was time to eat some food. Taking a seat, she sighed with pleasure. Now they could enjoy Dalaran for awhile, which was probably even better than Booty Bay. Ahh, adventures on vaction, Little Mouse thought, before she remembered Moony. I can't forget him again, Little Mouse grinned, remembering last time. She called out, not too loudly, "Moony, come on in to eat! You want some fish?" she tapped the table while she was waiting for him.

((Eh, I can see it being missed easily enough at first glance. It's no worries. For reference, Umbra looks like a great big blob of cat-shaped shadow. Complete opposite of glowing, no light really sheds on her. Asside from her eyes, claws and teeth. XD))

Umbra - Dalaran

Her curiosity about this new cat sated, Umbra stood up and stretched, eager to go sniff about her new location. She needed to get used to these new people too, considering it was looking like she'd be travelling with them. Fighting beside them too. She remembered fighting against a few of them, come to think of it. Should probably let them know she didn't hold grudges. She padded her way over to Karzix, calling to him with a roar once she got close enough.

Threnaad - Dalaran

Threnaad followed along, trying not to bump into anyone or anything. Zaruuk, mercifully, leaned to the side to allow him to pass. He followed Myri upstairs, hoping he wasn't dripping snot onto the staircase as he went.
"So, you lived here for a while then, I take it?" Then asked as they reached the top. And then that niggling from before issue came up. "Um, uh, yes, that could be good, unless you do not mind me staying in your room. Which I suspect you do, no worries about that! Oh, the others! Yes, they might want their own rooms too."
And there he went rambling on like a fool.

Karzix and Glix - Dalaran

Glix gave Myri a nod, relaxing slightly. Her eyebrows shot up as Swift became lodged in Floyd's nostril before getting blasted out at Threnaad. The goblin burst out with a curious sound somewhere between a giggle and a gag at the sight of a rhino snot-covered fox and broken. "Ohh, dear. I'll have to remember not to stand in front of him should he get a cold." Her laugh was cut off by a startled squeak as Arbennig crashed into her, knocking her off-balance despite his effort to stay gentle. She scrambled to grab hold of the horns on the drakeadon's snout, gripping on tightly to keep from falling over. "Uh, hey, buddy." She said into his snout.
Karzix raised his eyebrows slightly, eyeing Arbennig suspiciously over the lip of his coffee mug as the drakeadon nearly bowled Glix over. He almost jumped at Umbra's roar, coughing as he choked on a bit of coffee. He glanced over at the nightsaber, studying her for a moment. "Yah want somethin', kitty?"

Myriana and Swift - Dalaran

"Yes for awhile. I came here out of curiosity more than anything and wound up finding myself helping - well anyone who needed it really. I like here. I've forgotten how much I've missed it.."she trailed off as Thren rambled on, starting to blush furiously. Of course she wanted him to stay, he kept the nightmares away...but...no. The others didn't know what happened in Outlands as far as she knew and really didn't know what anyone would think.... No it was best if she got Thren her own room. She'd leave the door open so Swift could go get him if needed.

"Well, here we are!" Myri pushed Thren through her room and into the bathroom, grabbing a towel and wetting it down so she could wash Swift. "Uh...stuff is over there and extra towels here" she pointed, before hastily backing out of the small room and shutting the door.

She bent down and started cleaning the snot off the fox. "I do not know what he sees in me. I feel like a bumbling idiot when I am around him." she whispered to the fox. Not that it mattered. Now that she had Thren she wasn't about to let him go.

Threnaad - Dalaran

Threnaad spluttered a little as hew as pushed quickly into the bathroom, then just as quickly left alone. He stood, staring at the door for a few seconds, bemused. He guessed he wasn't the only one who was getting a little flustered over this... this thing. This romance thing. He shook his head to clear it and moved over to the tub, filling it with hot water, stripping himself of his snotty clothing while he waited. Things were a lot simpler when it was just about sex, he mused. Not that these new-found feelings weren't nice, far from it. It's just that he wished they didn't overcomplicate things quite so much. Then again, perhaps that was half the fun?
He carefully slipped himself into the bath, letting out a happy sigh as the warm water surrounded him and took the weight off of his joints. Oh yes, he had needed this. It didn't take him long to clean up, and he soon found himself quite willing to soak for a while. He hummed a little to himself as he sunk in deeper into the bath.

Umbra - Dalaran

Umbra, uncaring of how she had startled the goblin, padded over to him and bent down to rub her head on his shoulder. She had gifted him with her presence, that should be enough of an apology, right? her tail twitched as she watched him, wondering what his reaction would be.

Karzix and Glix - Dalaran

Karzix blinked at Umbra's action, shifting his coffee mug to his other hand to keep from spilling anything. He cast the big cat a mildly bewildered look once she was done rubbing up against him. Was this really the same nightsaber that had tried to claw him to bits back at Dun Morogh? ...He didn't understand animals.
"Making a new friend, Karzix?" Glix called, having righted herself and was now busy rubbing Arbennig's chin. Karzix shrugged, looking at Umbra again.
"Beats gettin' bowled ovah by a hypahactive fox."

Myriana and Swift - Dalaran

Steam rose from the fox as Myri scrubbed him down with a damp towel, but for once the fox didn't mind. He'd rather be wet than covered rhino snot. That done, Myri stuck her head out of her room, flagging down one of the inn's servents. The servant soon returned with a room key for Thren and some food. Myri put the key and tray on a table, smiling a bit as she heard the shaman humming to himself.

Myri stifled a yawn and looked longingly at her bed, feeling as if she had hit a brick wall. Deciding that she could catch up with the others in the morning, the huntress sprawled out on her bed, asleep before her head even reached the pillows. Swift jumped on the bed as well, curling up at the end of her bed, though he didn't sleep.

The mage watched as the hunter and deathknight made a getaway, not really caring. What this cult needed was either a hostage or a warparty. Obviously holding their own hostage hadn't worked...but what if they got someone else? Or what if she was able to recruit what was left of that war party to wipe the adventurers out. Or even form a raiding band similar to it? Hmm...there were a lot of possibilities there. Not wasting anymore time, Senisra threw up a hasty portal to Shattrath, intent on seeing what had become of Bloodfrenzy and her clan.

Vixik - Durotar

Well, that had been... eventful. The goblin shook his head to himself, wondering what that had been all about. He still had yet to catch even a glimpse of his brother - they hadn't been lying, had they? But then again, they had known Karzix's name... Vixik muttered under his breath as he hefted his gun over his shoulder, glancing around at the Cultists scattered around the general area. Perhaps he could busy himself with another job? The elf had paid well enough. Maybe the others would do likewise? He took a seat on top of a large rock, studying each of the Cultists close by. This was an... interesting group of people, to be sure.

Kozri and Azunara
Dalaran

Kozri looked at Zaruuk, blinking, trying to figure out why he would apologize to him. Oh, fel. Right. He had accused Zaruuk as well as Indi and Decay, way back. "No. I should apologize to you, I think. I wasn't exactly fair." Azunara pricked her ears, resting her head on her paws, but otherwise didn't move as she heard the two talk.

Decay - Dalaran/Acherus

Decay muttered to herself as she pulled herself off of the ground, casting a quick glance at Rose. She should be thankful... Right, like that was going to happen. Stupid rogu- damn, there was that feeling of utter and complete emptiness again. She looked around, quickly before going over to Karzix' table, where she downed his thermos of coffee in a single gulp. She threw him a few gold coins as apology, before going over to the door. "I'm going to Acherus.", she explained as she summoned up the portal, stepping through. Damn people. In any other case she'd prefer Naxxramas, but that place had been sacked too many times to mention now.

"Hey Anne!", one of the younger knights exclaimed as she ran over, only to get shoved away with a hostile "Shut up.", leaving her standing, blinking in surprise. Huh.

Zaruuk - Dalaran

"Unfair? Perhaps, but your words were not entirely untrue either. The events of that day got a little out of hand... To put it lightly, I suppose." Zaruuk sighed, recalling his little descent into madness. He drummed his fingers on the side of his cup as he thought about what to say next, the silence uncomfortable.
"I think, perhaps, we should leave it at that. Before this gets any more uncomfortable." He coughed, then turned to look at the ghostly druid not too far away. "But I am glad that you are back with us, Azu."

Threnaad - Dalaran

He really didn't want to leave the bath, but decided that it was for the best. The steam and warm water were making him a little sleepy and he didn't want to fall asleep in the bathtub... as sorely tempting as it was. With a grunt, he heaved himself upright and out of the bath, pulling the plug before reaching for one of the towels. Drying himself, he reached over to his backpack for his spare set of clothes... His backpack which wasn't there... Why wasn't his backpack there?

Crap, he must have left it by the door to Myri's room. And the huntress probably didn't notice or think to grab it for him. He groaned and placed his head in his hands. Awesome work Threnaad!
Wrapping the towel around his waist, he opened the door to the bathroom a little, peeking an eye out. Oh good, Myri was asleep and Swift wasn't. This could possibly end up less embarrassing than he had expected.
"Pssst, Swift!" He called out, trying to get the fox's attention without waking his mistress.

Umbra - Dalaran

Hmm, the goblin wasn't lavishing her with pats and praise. This would not do, didn't he realise she wanted attention? She had come to him, after all. That wasn't something she usually did. She waited for Decay to pass by, then she reached up to lay one of her front paws across Karzix's legs, chuffing to try and please him into petting her.

Jraak - Durotar

Jraak shook his head in irritation. He needed to get his mind off this, get busy with some duties for the flock. He stood up and looked around, spying Flock-sister Cori not too far away. She looked a little sad, although most mammals did to him. No feathers to puff out. Perhaps a good preen would cheer her up? The arakkoa walked over to her, then gently snapped a section of her hair in his beak to clean and sort it.

Azunara and Kozri
Dalaran

Azunara winced when she heard Decay's stomping around. It sounded like things didn't go too well. She did have a quiet satisfaction, though. This time, it wasn't -her- fault. She had stayed out of this one. Kozri had nodded in agreement, falling back to silence, though Azunara shifted her weight, looking up at Zaruuk. "I just wanted you to know that I wasn't ever upset at you, or Indi, or Decay. It was kind of my fault I let the Cult get to me. You guys were just defending yourselves." She grinned at him cheerfully, sitting up.

Karzix and Glix - Dalaran

Karzix gave Decay a sour look, scraping the coins off of the table and stuffing them in his pocket. Why his coffee? Zaruuk's looked just as good, and judging by the faces he was making while drinking it he didn't even like it! His sulking was interrupted as Umbra reached up to place one of her paws on his leg. He glanced down at it, ears flicking back slightly before looking up at the cat as she chuffed. He had been around Swift long enough to know when an animal wanted attention, and seeing how much bigger Umbra was than the fox he felt that it would probably be a good idea to comply. "Alright, alright..." He mumbled, reaching to give her some halfhearted scratches behind her ear.

Cori - Camp

Cori knew that the weird bird-person had come up behind her, and done her best not to freak out, but when she felt him doing something to her hair she leapt up with a screech, cowering back several meters. "Eagh! Wha-What are you doin'!?", she asked, cowering back. That bird-man was SCARY!

Zaruuk and Umbra - Dalaran

"Well, thank you for understanding." Zaruuk responded. "Uh, if you ever need anything, just ask. I feel it is the least I can do."
He couldn't fathom how it was the druid was so forgiving though, not even a little bit of blame? Goodness knows he would have been a bit bitter had their positions been reversed. He threw back the last of his drink, more so that he didn't have to nurse it any more rather than out of any real desire to drink it.

Umbra pushed her head further into Karzix's fingers, trying to encourage him to scratch better. It wasn't working much though. Disappointed with the goblin, the large nightsaber removed her paw and walked outside. She spied Kozri, recalling taking a few swipes at him a very long time ago now. She padded over and, unceremoniously, moved to lay across his lap. Hopefully this one would be better at scratching than the goblin.

Zaruuk had to raise an eyebrow as he watched the big cat parade over like she owned the place.

Jrak hopped backwards with a squawk as Flock-sister Cori made a sharp, shrill crying nose.He puffed his feathers out in alarm.
"Jraak thought Flock-Sister would like preening." He responded in a crestfallen voice, bobbing his head backwards.

"I, ah...", Cori started, with a shaky voice. "P-preening?"

Swift raised his head and looked inquisitively at Thren, wondering what the broken wanted.

Myri mumbled something unitellegible bit otherwise stayed asleep.

Jraak twisted his head to the side, his plumage smoothing out a little.
"Don't mammals preen?" He asked. "Preening is cleaning feathers. Or fur in mammal case, Jraak guess. Good for flock, strengthens bonds between flockmates."

The broken pointed over to the door leading outside the room; his backpack leaning up against the wall next to it. "Can you get my backpack for me, Swift?" He hissed, trying to keep as quiet as possible while still letting the fox know what he wanted. He kept an eye on Myri, ready to close the bathroom door should she wake up.
