Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Decay - Acherus
Finally, Decay finished, holding up the blades with a wide grin. The skeletal smith came over with hilts and scabbards shortly afterwards, and Decay fused them together with the blades with a quick chant. She walked over to a runeforge, and started to draw outlines of runes into the blades with meticulous care. After close to an hour, she finished, and placed the weapons inside the forge, channelling power and bits of soul into the runes. The runes would not only be a potent foci, they would allow her full control of the weapons. At the moment, they were like any other swords, but soon enough they'd be complete, proper runeblades, responsive to force and will. Then they'd just need to earn their names in combat. Trollslayer sounded good, for sure.
The process was relatively quick in comparison, and the death knight could soon put the weapons into the scabbards. She wouldn't need to learn to fight with them, like a warrior, she already knew. With a wide grin she activated the runes, causing a potent blue fire to envelop the weapons before limiting itself to the unsharpened parry sides of the blades, with a faint layer of frost forming all over. They'd be good weapons, for sure. She was also appreciative of the smith who had made the scabbards, to keep them open at the top so the fire could look extra menacing, even with the weapons sheathed. He seemed to understand that elves preferred to be flashier with their magic than the Vrykul who had made her old weapons.
"So, why did you two tag along?", she asked as she came up to Zaruuk and Rose.
((Last post for the night. I will totally post drawings of these weapons tomorrow, I have an amazing concept for how they'd look.))

((Can't wait to see it Sat :3))
Zaruuk - Acherus
Zaruuk felt more than a little out of his element here, like he didn't belong. Almost as bad as when he was still on Oshu'gun. He was amazed Rose seemed so calm here, he just felt like a corpse that hadn't been killed yet. He waited patiently for Decay to finish, watching the process of making her weapons with interest. There was a fine craftsmanship to it, different and yet similar to weaving the patterns of Arcane magic. Nothing he could ever do, but it was interesting to watch nonetheless.
"I was hoping to catch up with Indi, since we seem to be in a bit of a lull at the moment." He explained as Decay walked over.
Threnaad - Dalaran
Finishing his banana, Threnaad moved to rub his chin with a hand as he thought.
"Hrm... let me think... Okay, so tell me more about your family. I met your completely wonderful and not at all stuck up mother, how about your father? Any brothers and/or sisters? What about extended family?"

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myriana and Swift - Dalaran
Myri inwardly sighed. This was not a topic she really liked to discuss, but such was life. "I do not remember my father. He died when I was very young and my mother always changed the subject when I brought it up. No brothers or sisters either. I have a couple of aunts - one is a priestess and the other a mage. My mother had sent me to them briefly to see if I had any talent in either discipline but they sent me back with a resounding No." Myri smiled wryly. That was probably not the answer Thren was expecting. Ah well, such was life. "What about you? I know of your sister and Zaruuk, and your daughter. Do you have any siblings other than Kyali?"
By this point Swift had his head inside Thren's bag, trying to squirrel his way to where he thought the heavy stuff was.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Threnaad - Dalaran
Thren winced a little. "Sorry, I did not know it was a sensitive subject. As for myself? No, No siblings other than Kyali and Zar if you count him. Mother died when Ky was born. I was very young, so I do not really remember her. Dad never recovered from loosing her. Became very distant after that, hollow. One day, he went out scouting with the Vindicators and never returned. By that point, Zar and I had become friends, so his mum kind of popped in every once and a while to make sure we were doing okay.
"Bah, this is depressing. On to a hopefully more cheerful topic." He grinned, shifting a little in his chair to get more comfortable. "So, why did you decide to become a hunter? Aside from the obvious mother-related answer, of course."

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myriana and Swift - Dalaran
"Oh that is easy!" Myri exclaimed. "I was always more talented with ranged weapons than melee. It probably helped that I found them to be more enjoyable as well. Then there is the fact that I find animals to be quite a bit easier to deal with than people. At least animals are honest - well unless they are - Swift!" Myri exclaimed, catching the fox in the act of rooting around Threnaad's pack.
The fox had finally managed to get a hold of something that seemed like a bag of rocks when Myri had shouted at him. He hastily backed out of the pack, a stream of gemstones spilling all over the floor. Swift gave Myri and Thren a sheepish look, as Myri got of the bed and began to pick up the mess. "I apologize Thren. I need to watch him better." she gave Swift a dirty look as she continued to clean up.
Floyd - Dalaran
The rhino wandered about Dalaran, looking for whoever it was that had decimated the stables. Floyd rounded a corner and found the perpetrator nonchalantly chewing on Applebough's limbs. Hey! That was his fruit vendor! Giving a disgruntled snort, the rhino lowered his head and tried to muscle his way between horse and treant.
Senisra - Shattrath
The mage stepped once more into Shattrath. This time, she had some vague idea of where she was going. She stopped briefly at the tavern to see if any information had made its way to the city about the recent events in Zangarmarsh, only to be disappointed. However, she did learn of a Cenarion outpost in the marsh, and decided to pay a visit there. Surely, if anyone knew of the days past events, it would be there and she, thankfully, would fit right in. Finally having something a plan, the mage proceeded out of the city and north into the marshland.

((yay nothing important happened while I was missing! xD
Also, I'm on my phone so it's gonna be short prolly))
Little Mouse and Moony - Dalaran
Moony could hear his mistress calling him. Grunting, he padded down the steps and into the inn, stopping at Little Mouse's table. Yes? he seemed to say, tilting his head. Moony secretly planned to return to his rest on the steps if whatever she wanted of him was not of interest.
Little Mouse flipped the waiter ((waitress, bartender, innkeeper?)) a coin for the meal and tossed the fish at Moony. "Enjoy." she plainly stated, digging in to her own food hungrily.

Decay - Acherus
"From what I've heard, Indi's trainer is keeping her busy.", Decay replied to Zaruuk, looking apologetic. "We can try and catch him when he comes by next time.", she suggested, briedly pondering why Rose would have come along, before she remembered the conversation from a while ago. "Oh right, the gryphon, right? Here's the keys.", she said, handing over a small brass key before showing the two to the teleporter to the storage rooms.
((Keys for the chains she's locked the gryphon down with, but I thought it'd be funny. xD))

"Hah! Swift was just trying to lighten my bag so that next time I leave it behind, he will not have a problem bringing it to me." Thren replied with a bright grin and a wink to the fox. The Broken got up, then moved over to help clean up the mess, grunting as he dropped to one knee. "Do not worry about it."

Asliasa and Iocha
Dalaran
Iocha had been about to send another little spark into Magna via his tongue but she was tackled by Arbennig and sent to the ground. "Easy ya big lug." She snickered and moved her hands up to scratch under his chins and, hopefully, stop the slobber bath she was about to get.
Asli rolled her eyes at the drakeadon and her hand moved up to grab Magna's tongue in her fingers. "I'm not sure if I should blame Akira or you for Searsha doing that all the time."

Dalaran
Myri frowned in concern as Thren knelt down with a grunt. He must be sore after todays events. She had the impression that his joints pained him frequently, but she was unsure how to broach what could be a sensitive subject. Instead,Myri concentrated on the mess."I think it is safe for me to assume you are a jewel crafter as well." She stated with a smile, glad to find she and the Shaman had something in common.

Magna shrugged, "You do it too!" he said...a little screwed up as his tongue was being held. He wiggled it to lick her fingers to hopefully make her let go.
Arbennig growlpurred and laid down on her.

"This..is not what I had planned on.." Iocha blinked before she sighed and shrugged. She continued to scratch Arbennig under his chins. "Your like a giant dog..or cat..not sure yet..."
"Gah!" Asli pulled her hand back before she wiped her fingers off on his arm. "That was unfair."

S.O.B. - Floating city place with yummy talking trees
S.O.B. took a step back... in fact he took several steps back as the large wolly rhino intruded upon his meal, what else could he do in that situation? Oh well, there were very few leaves left on the tree anyway. He could smell the fragrance other the others from the inn, which meant that the rhino was a stranger who had yet to attack him. What did his pet paladin call these things... friends... something like that anyway. The wooly rhino was impressively large. S.O.B. hoped that it would decide not to attack, the battle would most likely take a while and ruin a large part of the city. It always upsetted his pet when it tried to explain these things.
S.O.B. rolled his head and then looked the rhino in the eye; his stance said 'What now then.'
Elevander - Dalaran
After spending a good fair while listening to the sounds of Dalaran, Elevander couldn't hear any screaming in the streets. For any other paladin this would be a good sign, but Elevander knew enough about his horse to completely justify the sinking feeling in his stomach. He quickly headed back into the inn and asked "Does anyone wish to help me find my horse? Squires has gone walkabout and I dont want to have Rhonin kick me out of Dalaran... again."

"Your horse?" Glix glanced over at Elevander, a puzzled look on her face. He didn't look familiar, but she was assuming that he had joined up with the others at one point or another. "Why is your horse walking around? I think we passed by some stables on our way here. You could have just put him in there." She glanced over at Karzix and he shrugged.
"Got nothin' bettah tah do." Glix nodded at his response and slipped off of her chair, giving the elf a salute.
"We're your goblins. Where do you think the escapee could be?"

Threnaad - Dalaran
"Hmm? Oh, yes! I am." Thren looked up and grinned. "Picked it up while I was in Exodar. Something to keep me busy when I was not needed to heal. Not nearly as talented as you are though, a little hard for me to carve out the smaller details you see."
He swept up the last gem with a thick hand and placed it in his bag.
"Thank you for helping me to clean that up, Sunshine." He smiled.

Little Mouse - Dalaran
Little Mouse finished her meal and leaned back in her chair, full. Moony had long since eaten his fish and wandered outside again, probably going to take a nap somewhere. Little Mouse shook her head. Boy was that cat sleepy today.
Little Mouse looked up as she noticed Elevander. "Your horse is missing?" she echoed. Little Mouse tried to think of where a horse might take interest in Dalaran. "Hmm, maybe he went to the herbalist's greenhouse? There are plenty of plants there a horse might find appetizing." Little Mouse shrugged.

Elevander - Dalaran
Elevander bowed to the two Goblins and Nightelf.
"My thanks. Unfortunately the smallest I can narrow down Squires locatation is... um... well... Dalaran... unless he's found his way to that teleport gem thing again. Let's hope he hasn't." Elevander said.
"He was in the stables but has decided to break out... after doing something unpleasant to the stable boy. The green house could be a possibility, I dont think he's had enough time to make it into the sewers yet so hopefully he's not too far away. I suggest splitting up and searching around the city for him. Thankfully I took his barding off so he's not as dangerous. He's a white and black roan with a mean disposition."

Karzix and Glix - Dalaran
Glix nodded, though Karzix looked rather troubled at the mention of the stable boy and the horse's attitude. "Greenhouse, huh?" Glix said thoughtfully. "If you think he'd go there for a snack, he might stop by all those grassy patches around town, too. Let's go check those out, Karz - that will only take a quick trip through the streets." She made for the door, pausing to gesture for the other goblin to follow. He trailed after her, if a bit warily.
"... What d'yah think the 'orse did tah that stable boy?" He asked her with a note of nervousness, briefly reflecting on how much bigger a horse was compared to a goblin and how much hooves probably hurt.
"Eh, I'm sure it wasn't that bad. Give him a few carrots and I'm sure he'll be your best buddy." She said with a wave of her hand, waiting impatiently for the other, much more reluctant goblin as they made their way down the street.
