Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
((I think this song is appropiate for the SOB saga. XD ))
Threnaad - Dalaran
Thren walked inside the room, being as quiet as possible; something that his toes were good for, thankfully. His face fell as he saw the younger draenei curled up on the bed. Damn it, he shouldn't have left. Now wonder the fox has been so insistent in dragging him back. Unaware that she was awake, he tiptoed over to the bedside and moved to tidy up the displaced blankets around her, humming softly as he did so.
~
Yvene and Inaara - Telredor
Yvene sighed, wondering what it was she was going to do with Bloodfrenzy and White. Transporting them to Shattrath, where they'd be better secured would probably be for the best; especially considering she and her Vindicators were going out to help fight this damnable cult nonsense. But she had no clue if there were any more of this warclan left out in the swamplands. They might be waiting for the right chance to spring a rescue attempt. Well, let them try. Stumptail and his little group did say they had cleaned out most of the clan. So long as they stuck to the main path, they would be fine.
"Think dad will come back to visit soon?" Inaara asked, swinging her hooves idly as she sat overlooking the swamp.
"Sure he will." Yvenre replied. "I will make sure he does once we get done with this cult business."

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myriana - Dalaran
Myri stiffened as she felt the blankets around her being adjusted and heard a rather soothing humming. Scolding herself for letting her guard down, she slowly turned her head, only to see it was the shaman. "Threnaad?" she asked, relief evident on her face that he was back and she wasn't alone anymore.
Floyd - Dalaran
He was really starting to get annoyed with this horse. It seemed intent on raising all kinds of hell. Deciding that it would probably be best not to get further involved and risk getting angry, the rhino looked at Glix and Karzix with a snort. He was going back to the inn. The horse could be damned.

((I think I'll end this little SOB saga since I'm sleepy and Moonlost wont let me go to sleep until something else happen.))
SOB - Dalaran
SOB looked back and saw that the rhino was not following. Oh well, somethings just couldn't be baited. He trotted into the stable and pulled what was left of the stalls door closed, but not before eating the food in the stall that smelled of rhino.
Alfred Copperworth - Dalaran
One the horse had finished, Alfred slid down and straighted his clothes. He then walked back to the Violet Tower. Afternoon tea would not just serve itself.
Elevander - Dalaran
Elevander laid in the street where Squires ran over him, thankful that he was wearing his armour still. A shadow fell across him.
"Will you be returning at all in the future?" Rhonin asked.
"Hopefully not. I dont think this city is a good influence on Squires." Elevander replied. Rhonin nodded and left.
SOB - Dalaran
Not long after SOB had settled down, he suddenly felt strange and the world had gotten slightly larger. Looking out of the broken stall door he saw the mage from the tower leaving.
"Baaah." SOB shook his head. He didn't just say that did he. A quick look at himself revealed that he was now covered in wool. This was not how it was suposed to end.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Karzix and Glix - Dalaran
The two goblins watched in surprise as SOB trotted right out of the nearby tower, a butler perched on his back. Glix glanced over to Karzix, deciding by his facial expression that she was, in fact, not seeing things. As the horse took off Glix raised an apple aloft and went to call out, then sighed as the delinquent horse rounded the corner and disappeared from sight.
"...Right. I dunno 'bout you, but I think our big, 'airy friend 'ere 'as the right idea." Karzix gestured at Floyd, who appeared to be getting ready to leave. If the horse had run over his own master, he'd hate to find out what he'd do to a little goblin like himself. Karzix paused to study Elevander, then continued on when he heard the elf speaking. Eh, he was fine.
"Fine. Apple?" Glix tossed the other apple she had to him and he grabbed it out of the air, biting into it as they walked back to the inn.

Senisra - Telredor
The mage stepped off the elevator, looking around as if she were impressed. It was very hard for her to not stare at all the draenei, which the more she saw of them only made her attracted to the race more. Both sexes were lovely, though she noticed that most had some shade of silver had for hair, while hers had brown. The mage wondered if the brown was rare, and if it was, it made her toy even more of the prize she was. She listened to the conversations about her closely, seeing if she could pick out anything that would tip her off as to were Bloodfrenzy was being kept. She thought she had heard someone mention the cult and began meandering in the direction she had heard it come from.

Azunara and Kozri
Dalaran
Azunara sat up as she heard the commotion, tilting her head and wondering what exactly had been going on. She got on her paws, stretching and lashing her tail. "I hope we don't stay here long, like we did in Booty Bay. That was boring." She remembered Decay's threats and scowled. "Not like it matters, though. I can't help you guys anymore, I just get in trouble." She huffed. Kozri looked at Azunara, trying to think of something to say. "You'd be great sideline moral support? Or something?" He suggested. "But you're right. We need to get moving as soon as the people at Acherus come back. We're running out of time."

Threnaad - Dalaran
"Who else?" Thren replied, sitting down on the bedside. "Sorry if I woke you up... Again."
~
Umbra - Dalaran
Hearing things quiet down, Umbra stood up from across Kozri's lap with a yawn. Stretching as she walked, the nightsaber moved over to lay down in-between Koz and Azu, curling up into a ball with one paw outstretched to the ghostly druid.
((Umbra is a lazy thing when she's not fighting.))

Myriana - Dalaran
"No, I was already awake. I am assuming Swift went and got you..." Myri trailed off, feeling bad. She should learn to deal with her problems on her own. But she wanted to shaman here and besides, Swift was doing what she had told him to do in the first place. She sighed and stretched out on the bed again, feeling as if she was being a burden to the Shaman. "I am sorry Thren. I will not have Swift bother you next time."

Threnaad - Dalaran
"Don't be. Swift would not have fetched me unless you needed it." Threnaad said, moving to place his thick hand atop her smaller one. "And you did. I was wrong to leave you alone like that in the first place. Sorry, I just do not want to come off as too eager; I thought you would have liked a bit of space... If you haven't guessed by now, I have no idea what I am doing."
He chuckled, then cleared his throat. "But do not be afraid to some get me or to ask me to stay. I don't mind one bit."
~
Inaara and Yvene - Telredor
"So, how long will you be gone?" Ina asked, still kicking her hooves about.
"Depends on how long it takes for us to get fighting, along with how big this cult is." Yvene replied. "But we should not be gone more than a few weeks, if even that. If your doof of a father and the rest of his band have been able to hold their own, a team of Vindicators, and whatever else they bring in, should not have any trouble. Now go on and get packed, Priestess Phyrala will be waiting for us."
" 'Kay." Inaara stood up and skipped off to her room, almost bumping into Senisra. "Oops, sorry miss!" She called as she scooted past.

Karzix and Glix - Dalaran
"We're back from our horse-chasing mission. Miss us?" Glix sang once she was in hearing range of the others seated outside. She paused to study Kozri and his feline entourage, a brief look of amusement flashing across her face at the sight of Umbra lazing around.
"I'm goin' back inside." Karzix murmured, moving past her. He went through the doorway and glanced around for a brief moment before taking a table to himself.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Senisra - Zangarmarsh
"Oh, it's ok dear, I wasn't watching where I was going!" the mage called out sweetly as the draenei girl ran off. Senisra made a mental note which direction Inaara had taken, while still meandering in the direction she had been going. The elf had heard the whole conversation between the girl and who she assumed was her mother or guardian of some sort. And it looked like she now knew the reason why the adventures had come to this terrible marsh in the first place. Batlek would kill to know this information and it would hopefully throw him off her trail for a bit. A new plan was starting to form in the mage's mind, and it didn't involve springing Bloodfrenzy at all.
Myriana - Dalaran
So she wasn't being a bother to him after all? Relief flood the draenei and she immediately felt much better knowing that Thren was willing to stay. She moved over on the bed, flushing slightly as she said "I...would prefer that you stay. And not on the floor like last time. There is plenty of room here and you will not even have to touch me." Myri blushed further. She figured it was pretty obvious to the shaman that she had no clue what she was doing either as far as relationships went, though she couldn't help but blurt out "How can you not know what you are doing if you have a daughter?" Did she really just ask that aloud? Oh blessed Naruu, someone shoot her now.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Inaara - Telredor
The young priestess couldn't help but turn and look back at the elf she had bumped into moments before. She wondered why she was here? She didn't look like one of the Cenarion Expedition, nor did she seem to be with her father's group. Unless she got accidently left behind? There was something about the way she had spoken though that set Ina on edge. Like there was venom hidden underneath all that sweetness. Bah, she was imagining things. Besides, she didn't have time to worry about a strange elf. She had to go pack!
~
Threnaad - Dalaran
"You sure? It is a comfortable looking floor." Thren winked. Well, so much for his own room. He pulled out the keys in his pocket and tossed them to Swift. "Hey bud, think you could deliver those to somebody? Means one less room to pay for."
He turned back to Myri, only to be forced to choke back a laugh at her observation. That was a fair question, he had to admit.
"Well," he replied, trying to think of a polite way to put this. "I am keenly aware and experienced with the more... physical... side of a relationship. It is the whole lovey-dovey couples part that gets me flustered and confused."

Little Mouse - Dalaran
Little Mouse raised her eyebrows and halted, listening to shouts of "That horse again!" and the faint sound of hoofbeats clattering through the streets. "Well at least we now know where 'Squire' is." she muttered, grinning mischievously. "Although I suppose his master already knows about it, considering the volume of the shouts now." Little Mouse hesitated, wondering if she should still go find that paladin. Finally shrugging, she headed back towards the inn. The yells had stopped, so she assumed things had quieted down.

Senisra - Telredor
Once she was absolutely certain that no one was around, Senisra cast another invisibility spell upon herself and backtracked in the direction the girl had gone. Her plan had changed completely. This was now a mission to obtain a hostage. She wouldn't hurt the girl ...at least not right away. But she would probably traumatize her a little. She smiled at the thought. The mage lay in wait, unsure which building Inaara had gone into. But Senisra was patient. The girl would show herself again eventually.
Myriana and Swift - Dalaran
Swift jumped up and caught the keys in mid-air before trotting out of the room and downstairs to where the innkeeper usually was. He thought about returning upstairs, but instead went over to chill with Karzix, figuring that now that Thren was there, his huntress would be fine. He sniffed at the goblin's coffee before making a face. He actually drank that stuff?
"Oh." was the only response Myri had. It suddenly dawned on her exactly what Thren meant when he said he had a bad reputation, and it made her blush. Well, he still had more experience than she had. She was about to try and attempt some witty comment, only to yawn instead. Deciding that sleeping without interruption for once would actually be a good thing, she scooted over more, trying to pull Thren into the bed with her. "No floor for you." Was the last thing she said before passing out, still holding onto Thren's hand. The rest of it could wait until the morning.

Karzix - Dalaran
"Hey, buddy." Karzix murmured as Swift trotted over. A smirk twitched at the sides of his mouth at the fox's expression upon taking a whiff of his coffee. "'Ey, don't knock it 'til yah try it. This stuff is what keeps me from bein' a sulky Karzix-zombie in the mornin's." The goblin lifted his mug, then paused. "Actually, on second thought... the last thing yah need is caffeine, Swift." He chuckled into the cup, taking a swig and then setting it down again. He glanced around the inn, noting a lack of the rest of his party members. The others were either outside, or had run off somewhere. He was assuming Myri had decided to get some shut-eye, seeing how Swift had entered the common room from upstairs.
"Wondah where Threnaad is?" He pondered out loud. "Thought I saw 'im earliah. 'Aven't talked tah 'im much." He didn't exactly consider himself to be a social kind of person, but, well, sometimes it couldn't hurt to just hold a conversation with someone. "...Come tah think o' it, I can't even remembah the last time I've really spoken much tah the othah guys." He was, admittedly, missing going for a drink with his few buddies back at Orgrimmar. Granted, those trips to the bar never ended well, but it was amusing enough seeing his buds getting drunk out of their gourds and flirting with anything that looked remotely female. "'Course, most o' their free time is bein' taken up by a few certain ladies in our group." He let out a snicker, looking down at Swift again. "Guess I'm gonna 'ave tah settle for a fuzzier variety o' company, eh, fox?"

Threnaad - Dalaran
Thren could do little but get pulled in beside the huntress, offering a surprised squeak as a response. Well, he guessed that ended that conversation; the poor thing had fallen asleep almost as soon as she had placed her head down. He smiled, then scooched himself inside the blankets, getting himself comfortable.
"Goodnight Myriana..." He muttered softly, watching the slow rise and fall of her breathing. Hopefully she'd be nightmare free tonight. If not, well, he guessed that was why he was here. One of the reasons why, anyway. It wasn't long before his own exhaustion caught up with him and he too fell asleep, hand still clasped by the huntress.

Inaara - Telredor
Inara placed the last of her things into a small knapsack, not that she had much to pack. Most of her stuff was still in her room back in Shattrath. She was going to miss Zangarmarsh. I mean, sure. There was that whole nasty business with that warclan, but she loved the swamplands despite that. She was raised here, after all. Oh well, best get going before her mother got worried.
She stepped outside and headed back towards where Yvene had been.
