The Plague of Deoxys

"Ha, your boy-GAH!" Eithne yelped as she was knocked over by a Shadow Ball. "Darcie!"
"Shut your maw Eithne before I shut it Permantently!"
The Arcanine blinked at her friend, then shrank down a bit and went silent.

Xanthe giggled and snuggled into Nespi, letting out a happy squeak.

Do you honestly believe that? All of these infections..and you can't say your not a little pleased by it? Did you know....that it infects Humans as well? The ones you Hate so much...
As it spoke the figure stopped just out of sight, the outline blurry and faded.

Mako ignored the ladies' antics, floating to Ecruteak, "We're here..."

Nespi grinned, "Your gonna be full for a while!"

Deoxys tilted his head, "I may not like them...at all...but I'm done trying to wipe them out!"

Eithne looked up and her tail gave a small wag. Her head tilted so she could sniff at the air, a deep growl coming from her after that. "I can smell 'em."
Darcie tilted her head slightly before she shrugged. "It makes sense that they would come here."

Xanthe smiled and wiggled herself so she was snuggled in.

Really? You honestly believe that you are? Can you tell me, now, if they harmed your wife, your child, your family...you would not kill them?

Deoxys hissed, "What kind of question is that? Of course I would. But if they aren't bothering anyone...I'm not going out of my way to kill em.."

Mako tilted his head, "I smell...kids"

Pinsir watched little Xanthe, "Ok that bug is adorable..."

Xanthe tilted her head enough to look at Pinsir and she smiled, squeaking proudly.

"Ah man..does that mean we have to hold back?" Eithne asked in a little growl.
Darcie stayed silent, simply looking ahead.

The ones that are infected aren't bothering anyone..yet your killing Them. Admit it Deoxys...you still want humans gone from this world..

Deoxys snapped, "Shut up! That is not true or Arceus would have disallowed my resurrection!"

Mako grinned wickedly, "Nah...they'll just be the appetizer"

Pinsir poked Xanthe's belly.

Xanthe let out a little squeak as she wiggled, a tiny burp coming from her and making her blush.

"Excellent!" Eithne's tail started to wag now as she kept her eyes on the town. "Well shall we?"

Really, you think so? I Know you Deoxys...I know that all of that is a lie. Admit it..you'll feel so much better.

Deoxys yelled, "Who are you?"

Mako nodded and began to head down.

Seed pointed, "How bout them?" he asked, referring to Mako and co.

Pinsir chuckled at Xanthe.

Xanthe squeaked and smiled at Pinsir, trying to roll over but her tummy was getting in the way.

Eithne trotted after him, smirking and wagging her tail.
Darcie floated behind them before she faded out of sight.

The form rushed forward and stopped directly before Deoxys. His own face stared back at him, eyes narrowed. Their entire body was black, and there was red where the teal should have been. The line on their face was black as well, and a sickly green colour glittered from the crystal in their chest.

Deoxys stepped back a bit, "How...? What are you?"

Pinsir helped her roll over.

Mako floated up to the door, then began to sniff. He turned and spotted Rust and Lyra. He grinned.

Xanthe squeaked happily at Pinsir and a tiny heart popped up over her head.

I'm you, obivously. The darker version of him seemed very amused, a smirk evident in their eyes. I told you Deoxys..I know you. Your hate for the humans is still there inside. I can feel it, even now...it's almost sad really..

[Magnakilro]

Pinsir seemed confused, "How....?"

Deoxys hissed, "You're not me...."

Xanthe blinked before she giggled and looked down at Nespi, letting out a little squeak.

Lie to yourself as much as you want. I can see into here. The tentacles on their right side shifted to a hand and they pointed toward their own chest. I know your heart...

Deoxys stepped back from the fake, "Leave me alone!"

Nespirah looked up, "What's up Xanthe?"

Xanthe wiggled a bit before she looked around. She let out a tiny squeak and hopped of Nespi to go exploring.

The darker Deoxys laughed and their head tilted, the smirk obvious now. I will...for now...think about what I said though...you'll see... They began to float back from Deoxys, their eyes glowing golden for a moment. You'll see...

Deoxys woke up with a start. He was breathing heavily.

Nespi called out, "Be careful Xanthe, okay?"

((*snickers at Soundwave.* That'd be quite a mix.))

Lyra nudged her friend, worried, then stiffened, looking up. "Do you hear something?" She asked, ears pricked. She swore she could hear voices. Nothing familiar, so that was probably a bad sign.

"Ohhhhhhhhhh thanks!" cherrie took the berrie quickly chewing on it lightly

Rust shook his head a bit. "I doubt that will help... I'm not sure if she even cares how strong I am.. She just doesn't want to let me come with..." He sighed, ears drooping.
