Gratz hun! How lucky is that?? Deathcharger was the first rare I actually tried to farm and I think i screamed the house down when it dropped lol!

1st of all I’d like to thank Malackai for the heads up to “Make hay while the sun shined” http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic ... &start=160

Without this nudge I really don’t know if I’d ever gotten around to getting this mount. Especially with the amount of tol'vir solves it took to actually bring it up, I just don’t know if I would have made it.

I have been trying for this one for what seems forever, I would dig when I wanted some quiet/downtime, but when sites ended up being literally at the opposite end of the continent, I’d throw in the towel til another day. My passion for it also waned as MoP was released and there is now what seems no limit of things to try and get done (well even more so than ever before)

With this window of opportunity only being open til the next patch however, I’ve been up to my armpits in dessert sand til all hours of the morning for the last week or so. However this morning, at 7:14, what I have been digging for like a crazy man for, finally became a reality!

Oh wow massive gratz! How many solves did it take you? I read some took 400 and got abit depressed lol!!

Well past 200's I think, but just stopped counting after a while >.>

I also only had 2 other Rare solves come up prior from Tol'vir, even after all the digging, so the next one could have been one of the remaining 4. I was thinking, if this how long it takes to get one rare to come up, and the mount was the last one... I just did not want to think about it... but thank god it was the mount!

Wow! Have to admire that determination!! I still don't get how that sonic thing works (I can't use it anyway as my alt thats has the most solves is only 87) but i've been inspired by your effort fo shizzle!!

I've gotten quite a few mounts recently ^^ Still farming quite a few, but I've gotten up to 190 and I'm gradually moving towards that armored dragonhawk.

Just in the last week I've gotten the Zulian Panther, Aquamarine Battle Tank, Argent Horse, Red Primal raptor and I also caved and bought a JCing panther... Last week I got two of the three primal direhorns and the black primal raptor. So... just need the green raptor and the jade direhorn to complete those sets.

Might get some photos eventually but too lazy atm

Most wanted at the moment is the Grey camel just because I've ran into a lot of dud statues while farming the silithid, Onyxian Drake, Azure drake, the Kara horse and of course the ever elusive Al'ar...

Was my first kill I think? Maybe second kill on him. I was saying on vent about how he has a chance to drop a mount that looks like him and.. well bam. Loot him and got it. Someone else about an hour later linked it as well.

So I got a Feldrake! got this beauty from a random tcg pack I picked up. I am very happy right now considering that I have been wanting a tcg mount since BC. planning on using it with my warlock.

Oh my god that mount is gorgeous! I'm so behind on WoW news because I haven't been playing much lately, and I haven't really paid any attention to what the new patch has, that I didn't even know it existed. Seriously, congrats on the beautiful cloud serpent though, I am so stunned by that model. I'll have to remember to farm it at some point!

So after 2 months of Hard farming, teasing tigers on ah and sleepless nights. I finally got my tiger!.
I saw one on ah this morning for 599k. I instantly added the sellers name. Then i went back to farming! I also put my new precious Ruby droplet on ah for 8700g. That sold then i had 385k. The guy who had the tiger logged on, and i told him my story. He said if i could get 400k gold it was mine. So i told in G chat. One of our nice hunters said he would give me the 15k i needed for the mount.!

So now i finally got the beauty!!!

Next goal is to get 15k for my friend then farm for Corrupted Hippogryph!

I can't believe it. I ran Tempest Keep today on my druid, first time solo'ing it (prior I would 2 man it), and Ashes dropped! I'm still utterly speechless... Though I definitely didn't have that easy of a time getting him. About 40 runs on my hunter, and 17? on my druid. I know people have had far worse luck, but man ... it felt like forever.

I also got a tournament mount (Org. wolf), the brewfest ram (finally!) and Corrupted Hippogryph today ^^ That makes 199 mounts when logged onto my lock - just one more for the dragonhawk!
