Woah, so you finally found a python model that is tameable?? Awesome :) Nothing had been announced but we were kind of expecting it would happen :)

Ahhhh its so cute! I wouldn't mind some bigger ones but I like it.
I saw a bunch of different kinds of snakes in kasarang wilds that should probably be checked when its safe to venture into mop. They are all older models of course.
glad to see these guys join the pet family at last. I may just have to go grab one of these guys. too cute.

If it functions like any other serpent, then it's just as useful as any other.

More useful in some situations if you want a pet that is low profile.

Yeah, bigger would be nice! As they're low to the ground they can be huge and still not get in anyone's way. That's the beauty of them.

Exactly! Like maybe as big as the cobras? Or something in that range.

Oh my god yes, pythons! :headbang:

I was just talking with one of my hunter friends about wanting to tame one of those just the other day. My friend is a big fan of snakes and would be delighted to finally have a python. Let's hope it sticks and isn't just some bug/mistake.

I hate to be a party-pooper, because I really want that python to be tameable. A cool new normal snake model like that is overdue. However, do keep in mind that it's way early in beta, and some things may be flagged incorrectly. I hope they're intended, as they make y'know.. perfect sense to be tameable (even if they should be upscaled a bit imo.), but like with the Void Wolves (which are also cool), just.. until we're further in, don't assume that it's necessarily intended, or you'll just be very disappointed.

It would be worth asking Muffinus about them, and if they're not intended, to ask them to reconsider.

I thought there was brief mention of pythons by a blue way back at the start of alpha? I can't remember if it was a definite "yes" but I could have sworn someone said it was something they were in favor of.

can't really take my word as a solid answer of course but I thought pythons were intentional.
